Comfortable accommodation”

It's a newly renovated hotel apartment with a two-bedrooms apartment for two days. It's well-equipped and comfortable to live in. The entrance to a vertical road to 1St Avenu(that is Guangda). The staff service is very good. It should be noted that it is a hotel apartment property managed by PHC Company, is one of the company's properties, the first floor are shops, the second floor is a separate apartment room. So when you arrive, contact the company by phone (posted on the first floor wall) and the staff will come to check-in/check-out. Agoda's house price does not include taxes and fees, and the company will charge an additional 12 RM / day tax and 200 RM deposit.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Penang!”

At first i was worried about 2 things, parking & the lobby after read the previous reviews. But when i reached there, thank goodness the lobby are located at the hotel itself! Plus just next to my room! The parking also got no problem, we parked at the back of the hotel and the road are just renewed! Phew! The hotel was excellent! My family love staying at this hotel. They have wonderful facilities, the hotel is spacious, very clean and cosy room! They have everything includes the equipped with kitchenette! We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommended for those who looking for hotel in Penang. Surely will come again!!

Nice new hotel in Georgetown ”

Nice new hotel, well equipped with everything you may need for your stay (including washing machine!). Stayed in July 2018 and the hotel itself just opened for only 2 months. Hotel lobby is about 2 mins drive away from the hotel location (you can called the staff in advance to the hotel for checking-in or just to drop by at the reception building). The only downside of this hotel is street noises, since the place is located by the street you can hear noises from your front door and also in the living area (some also said the main bedroom is also get very noisy) but the second bedroom in the back is quiet enough for me. Anyway, this place is highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Penang.

For a hotel room, that looks like a serviced apartment I think it has a great price. Just to note, the hotel lobby is located 500m away from the hotel but they mentioned they are relocating the reception to the hotel location. Also, the staff is very friendly and very efficient. The only downfall would be not the best location, as it is close to the main hotspots in Penang but not within walking distance but there are some hidden gems nearby the hotel & also, there is no carpark provided for the guest, there is an alley behind the hotel which the guest may park at but safety on your own account. Hidden Gem includes, 888 Hokkien Mee stall, Star Coffee at Noordim street and there is also a cute dog cafe within walking distance :)

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Facilities are tiptop ( esp their 2in1 washing+drying machine, love it!) The only 2 drawbacks would be: 1)the parkings. Parking lots are at the back lane of the hotel, only limited spaces available. 2) No reception counter, you will need to contact the PHC HQ for assistance upon check-in & out. Or, You may go to the HQ at lebuh noordin on your own to complete the process.

Everything is perfect but...”

The room itself and the facilities are exceed my expectation. Applause on that. No car parking provided so you need to find it yourself behind/besides the alley/road. The only problem is that I had already notify the hotel on my late check in (around 10.15 pm). I was informed that apparently the lobby is closed after 9.40 pm and was given a phone number to call 15 minutes prior to my arrival, so that person in charge could come with the room key. I keep on calling the number given as soon as approaching Penang Bridge until arriving at the hotel but to no avail. Then only I saw the Notice at the Hotel front door and realized that there are another phone number to call regarding late check in. After standing in front of the door for around 20 minutes, the hotel person came to deliver room key and collect the deposit. Since I was there with my kids, therefore it was a very uncomfortable check in experience. Please improve on that. Thanks!

I come with a group of 4. We chose suite with 2 bedrooms. But in fact, the room has sofa bed so it can be max of 6 adult. The room was spacious. I had read other reviews said that the suite to be a bit noisy but to be honest, i sleep peacefully. If u sleep in master bedroom, yes it is a bit noisy. But if u in second bedroom or living room, u heard nothing from the road. The facities inside the suite is modern. I will definety stay here again if im in georgetown. This hotel is perfect.

The place is situated at Georgetown and by walking you can witness rich culture. The hotel itself was great. The service provided was exceptional at very reasonable price. We were provided with all the amenities and staff were really helpful. We really had a great time l.

Our ONLY concern - the check in facility. We arrived after 10pm, and no one monitored the reception, we must call them via a Malaysian phone number so they could send a staff to do the check-in. It'll be really bad if you're coming to Penang without a Malaysian SIM card ready, so make sure to PREPARE a SIM card, or other means to contact the reception. Else, things were perfect, the place was clean and fully furnished. Sparkling clean bathroom. Good location, right in the heart of Georgetown.

Home Sweet Home in Penang”

We felt like we are at home and the dwelling was so clean and neat.It was simple and decorated in minimalist concept.We stayed in 2 room unit, and it has 1 sofa bed in the living room (with a comforter and a pillow).There were extra pillow in each room too.There were 2 door fridge,washer dryer,microwave and induction stove.The only challenge is the parking space especially if during the day.At night we used the available parking space just beside the building.For nasi kandar lover, you can just walk (or run) to join the long queue of Deen Maju Nasi Kandar (the sotong goreng were so nice and cheap!!) and walk to Famous Kopi Peng Aunty! 1st Avenue is also 2 blocks away, 7 E, spa and yes in Penang you got to walk a lot!Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to family with older children and elderly who can climb stairs. Staff were sooooooooo friendly and helpful.Thanks naaaa!Nanti cek mai lagi dok sini!50 stars!!

Love at first sight”

The room was super clean and tidy. Big enough for the 3 of us. The Hotel-Apartment concept with all the washer, dryer, kitchenette really help us during the stay. Modern on the inside, English-like design on the outside. We came during a little bit less peak hours (thank god, because the jammed in Georgetown will kill us definitely) and it makes the parking, very easy to get - just behind the building. Overall, I am so going to choose this hotel again!

When we entered the room, we were all in awe! We didn't expect the room is so spacious and equipped with all kinds of basic amenities, including a washing machine! The room is very clean. Staffs are friendly. Location are strategic, easily accessible to restaurants, malls and good food around the town. Strongly recommended and we would definitely come back and stay here again during our next visit to Penang!

Superb and worth the money”

The location is really good. It's walking distance to the komtar the top. There are many night eating stalls which are just 5 min walk. Morning eating stalls are even nearer. When i saw the negative reviews stating that it's noisy because of heavy traffic, reception not at the hotel site, it's absolutely not true. Though there are traffic around, the windows are quite sound proof. Not much sound as mention in one of the review. Reception staff are friendly, the hotel we stay can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child! The area are so clean which is to my surprise. It is comparable to a 5 star hotel in Singapore. Amenities are all provided including washing detergent. It is out of my expectation. One negative area is that there are many ants at the kitchen table which i feel is a small issue to us. It's really worth the money to stay such a big apartment which has 5 star standard. Thumbs up!

Very classy establishment, location is at the outskirts of Georgetown but walkable to most parts, some rooms still constructing finishing touches and housekeeping came at a weird time on first day

Worth it!!”

Everything is provided in the hotel! The price is definitely up to the quality you get (as in photos).The only complain is that the check-in and check-out process is quite tedious as the hotel reception is not located in the same building. You have to call them to come to the hotel to check you in and the same goes to checking out. It takes around 30min for them to come. Over than that everything is fine. Will stay here again.

Excellent”

Spacious room and very happy with the facilities, can wash clothes daily too. But the paint on the wall is falling off, and also need to constantly remind staff to provide amenities for 3rd pax as what we booked for is for 3 pax room. Staff could have helped us carry our luggages up the stairs and also could have shown us how to set up the sofa bed as well. Will definitely come back again the next round we are in Penang! Happy 5 nights stay! :)
