          The hotel resembled an abandoned place. ”

          The room is clean. However, it lacks basic facilities like tea/coffee making, restraunt and room service. No personnel to direct you to your room. Just one bottle (600 ml) of drinking water was provided instead of the usual 2 bottles. The morning coffee served upon request was lukewarm and contained a lot of coffee sediments. Not worth drinking! Staff very disinterested. Would definitely not reccommend M Hotel.

          Not up to my expectation”

          I booked the M Hotel room since there was a promotion. I booked for city view bedroom instead of seaview. I was surprised there was no fridge in my room. And the TV has no international channels. And bathroom does not provide many toiletries, only has 2 packs of toothpaste & toothbrush, toilet paper, 2 bath towels and an attached bath foam container on the wall. Not even a glass mug for rinsing the mouth.

          Very clean new hotel, but no services, no jug, no hot water, no coffee, no where to eat dinner or breakfast. Just not the hotel to stay in unless all you want is to sleep.

          Problematic Bathroom”

          At arrival/check-in the toilet seat was not cleaned properly, in addition to that the toilet sprayer was also dysfunctional. After a quick word with the front desk the problem was solved. However, the once dry bathroom mat was left soaking wet.

          夜遅くにチェックインしましたが、フロントの対応もよく、きれいな部屋でした。 ただ、土地柄か小さい虫が部屋にいました。ドアの下も隙間があるので虫が入ってこれる環境でした。

          とてもきれいなお部屋でした。”

          シービューのお部屋に泊まりました。もちろん目の前は海で地元の方たちが魚を釣っているのどかな風景を見ることができます。部屋はとてもきれいで、シャワーも洗面所もお湯がしっかり出ます。 アゴダ経由で空港への出迎えを希望していましたが、空港にお迎えは来ていませんでした。アゴダのバウチャーに記載されていた電話番号もかけてみると使われていないものでした。親切な空港職員に調べてもらってやっとホテルに電話をして空港に到着していることを告げると、ホテルは車を所有していないのでタクシーで来てくださいということでした。 夕食をホテルのレストランでしましたが、どれを頼んでもSold outということで、結局メニューの1/3くらいしか準備ができないということがわかりました。朝食は同じレストランで通常メニューを注文してくださいということなので、外に食べに行くことにしました。道沿いには朝からやっている食堂はなく、隣のホテルもレストランは10時からということで、もう一つとなりのホテルオンザロックまで行きました。料金は91,000ルピアで、まだ9時過ぎでしたがおかずはほとんどなくなっていました。
