The checkin process is quickly and easy, the check out also. The room is bigger than I imaged. We could find address easily even if in the alley. Nothing to complain.

The location is not suuuuper central but very quiet, feels super safe and secluded from the busy street. So you&#39;ll get a nice sleep. The staff was available at all times to answer questions and provide anything that was missing. The place has been cleaned every day, toiletries, towels and drinking water were always included. The room is spacious, has a living area with a small couch and table and a big comfy bed. We loved our stay!
The kitchenette didn&#39;t have all the essentials at first but once we talked to the staff we managed to get everything that was missing. The main pictures are from the apartment with the very big terrace, ours had only a small one. It was lovely and still amazing but I would clarify that some rooms have a smaller balcony.

The room only has a bed with two towels, a dining table with some plates and TV. The fridge is not working, nothing other than that. Not like what is in the description. No view, a great wall you can view.

The room is located in a private apartment building down short alleyway. My 17 yr old son stayed here on his own as we under booked beds at hotel. The owner, Ms Hang, was so accomodating to our needs, she was super helpful when I worried about my son and she also came to the hotel to collect the room keys, can not thank her enough for her kindness &amp; hospitality. The building is safe as well as the location. The room has everything you need and is extremely clean and comfortable. I will definately be booking into this apartment when I return to HMC! Beats paying ridiculous prices at hotels in the area.
My son was worried about the mess the aircon made. It was designed to vent into the bathroom however it then leaked onto the floor.
