Oasis of calm in a hectic city!”
WOW, what a lucky find in Ho Chi Minh! We were so pleased to have discovered this boutique hotel while “surfing” websites for lodging options for our recent visit to Ho Chi Minh. It is truly an oasis of serenity and peace in the very busy city of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is located in District 1, close to many areas of interest. The hotel is an architect’s dream that has become a reality! The hotel building is very well designed...there is a great restaurant and pool on the top of the building, 11th floor, with wonderful views of the skyline of HCM. The pool is a good size, allowing the opportunity to swim and/or plunge…such a wonderful option considering the heat and humidity levels. We throughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts that included both Vietnamese and European options. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant...such a relief to stay in this oasis and not have to search for a restaurant. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with plenty of space to relax, read or watch cable stations. The bathroom was part of the room with a walkin shower and double sinks. Service was exceptional … the staff was caring, warm and professional. Everyone greeted you with a genuine smile and then an offer of help. On transportation, we recommend that you consider using "Grab" that allow you to experience driving on a scooter in traffic. The cost was very reasonable and quicker than using a car due to the traffic. My wife and I are retired, travel a lot and wish this high level of accommodations and service would be available for all of our trips. Definitely would give this hotel a 10+ star rating!!!

Slick hotel in central location”
In the three years since my last visit to Ho Chi Minh City, the landscape and feel has changed dramatically. The seeds of a modern metropolis have been well and truly sown, though here (and especially in this hotel) it's being done with a considered, modern approach that really caters to what the modern traveller wants and needs. Yes, the physical location isn't great now (many others have commented on this), but it's really close to the centre of the city and everything you'll want to see. Rooms are great, with ours separated from a small living space and a mammoth bathroom extravagantly fitted out in white marble. Clean, modern and spare with little touches alluding the city's history, this really reflects the growing confidence in their unique take on contemporary design, reflected throughout the common areas of the building and especially in the quirky reception area. The rooftop pool, whilst small, is something to really look forward to, escaping the humidity and heat of the city at the end of the day, and staff will happily bring out well-priced and well-made cocktails while you admire the great view. Adjacent to the pool area is the small breakfast room - be warned, it can get very busy in the mornings. Staff will do their utmost to get you seated as soon as possible, but it can take time. I really enjoyed revisiting Ho Chi Minh, and am happy to see that changes are being made to enhance their history and culture in their own unique way. Restaurants and Shopping are particularly great here, taking classic elements and reinterpreting them in really exciting ways. I'll be interested to see what changes are made when next I get the chance to visit!

Fantastic hotel - Good food and service”
Im giving this hotel a 5 out of 5 score. Ho chi minh was the last city for me and my buddy's self-orgnized asian trip and the hotel was just so perfect for this occasion. I had a great time from check in to checkout. I must say i got more than what i paid for. The staffs were super accommodating and professional. The room gave me a sense that the hotel was just newly built (loved the toilet's cleanliness). Another thing i loved was the restaurant on the 11th flr. Their food selection for the bfast buffet was so good compared to the other hotels in other asian cities ive checked in to. The location is also good. We just did our whole trip's itinerary by foot. I fell in love with the vibe that the locals and city were giving. I'll definitely come back.

Lovely hotel”
The hotel room I had was very airy, the ensuite was stylish and the staff very helpful. If there was one gripe it was the deceptive photo of the rooftop pool. It was a lot smaller than I imaging it however, it was well maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet was very good catering for a range of Eastern and Western palates. I also used the airport car which was very handy for the transfer and it wasn't that expensive. I wouldn't hesitate returning here should I visit Ho Chi Minh City in the future.

Nice hotel to stay at for a couple of days at good location”
Good location walking distance from city center. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms are not big but are very space efficient to the good. If you are a family with kids they have connecting rooms which was great. Staff nice and very helpful. Pool on top of the hotel with great view and lots of sun. Great place to stay at for 1-4 nights in my opinion to see Ho Chi Minh City!

Excellent few days”
Perfect stay in the city, only a few minutes walk from everything. It was our first time in Ho Chi Minh but the hotel made our stay so easy in such a busy city. The pool is very very small and you probably wouldn't even use it. In terms of staff, they were very friendly and polite. However, at times, their English made it hard to deal with complex situations (our baggage was delayed for 4 days and we needed assistance and guidance). Overall, it was great and I definitely be stay there on return.

A very pleasant stay for value”
Enjoyed this hotel a lot. Even despite its slightly abandoned location, which at some point can be considered good, because it saved us from all the noises of Ho Chi Minh. Staff was polite, cheerful and ready to help. Breakfast is also very good. Rooms are not big but comfortable, clean and cozy. Rooftop pool is a great place to chill out during the hot midday. Kind ladies serve all kinds of drinks while you swim, sunbathe and enjoy the view. Can definitely recommend this place!

Excellent”
This was my second stay at this hotel. When Agoda runs specials that get the price down to around US $50/60 a night, it is an excellent deal. It is in a great District 1 location in Saigon, the staff is friendly, efficient and professional, and overall the hotel is a very good value. I was a bit disappointed in my room this time - it was small (as many hotel rooms are in this part of the world) and lacked places to put a bag or clothes. I was traveling light with a small carry-on so the room layout was not a big problem. For people coming from overseas with a large bag, the room would be pretty difficult. As I recall, the room I stayed in my first time at the Millennium Boutique was somewhat larger, so there are options.

Perfect central location”
The hotel was very well located, right in the center of Ho Chi Minh city - and in a dead-end street, so there wasn't any running through traffic. The rooms were quite small, but since we literally only "slept" there, it was perfectly fine and good value for money. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a wonderful view onto the river. Would stay there again.

Good Hotel...Fairly New”
Positives: The staff is overtly friendly. The rooms and public areas are very clean and relatively new. The breakfast buffet is one of the best attributes of the hotel. The views from the 11th floor is wonderful. The location is great being located on a dead end street, yet in good walking distance to most District 1 attractions. In the evening, there was a pianist in the lobby, which was a nice touch. It is worth mentioning once again...fantastic and attentive staff. Perhaps the foreigner manager could be more friendly like his staff, but I did not have many dealings with him. He seemed friendly, but nothing like his employees. One final note, the beds are awesome. Negatives: Throughout the hotel, they advertise a happy hour for drinks. It is advertised as buy one drink, get the second for $1.00. I bought a beer and a cocktail. I did expect to pay full price for the more expensive of the two. But, they tried charging me full price for both since one was a beer and one was a cocktail. I was able to finally get the beer for a dollar after a long process of speaking with the manager. They should be more clear in their advertising in this regards. It set a bad tone with me in regards to my overall experience with the hotel. The pool is very small, especially when you look at the hotel next door and see a huge pool. Of course the hotel can not do anything about this. They have very limited space on the roof. The hotel does try to maximize it's seating near the pool, but it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Again, with the space being limited, I understand why they did it. But, it is not comfortable. I made a suggestion to one of the staff that they invest in some fans for the roof area too. When the sun is out and there is minimal wind, it is quite hot in the area. One of the biggest drawbacks for me at this hotel (and I think it is common at most hotels here), you only get about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower before it goes cold. If you have two or more people in

Excellent location. Very friendly staff”
The location is fabulous for a stay in the center of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh. Excellent restaurants, pubs and the public square are within easy walking distance. The hotel is generally very nice as are also the staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious. However, the coffee of course is of the usual chocolate tasting variety. Most of what I saw was clean, but in the corners and under the curtains in my room, the cleaning was sub-standard.

Nice new hotel”
We juz stayed for 1 night after few days in Ho Chi Minh. The staff was helpful specially the bellboy porter & the reception staff. All of them was attentive to our request & alwiz alert us to careful with our handphones. Hotel was nearby to Hardrock Cafe which was our main intention to stay at this hotel around 10mins walk. Many coffee cafes nearby despite the location was quite isolated far in. But the staff will help u to call for taxi everytime u wanna go out & u can just sit back and relax while on9. Our room was quite small but comfortable. The cons side of this room its juz that the bathroom was super small for us. Overall was good experiences.

Excellent”
The hotel is located in a quiet alley in the central of HCMC, with 5-10 mins walk to Ho Chi Minh City Hall. Staff are lovely and very polite. Breakfast is good, variety of choices (Asian and Western). The hotel has a rooftop pool which is a bonus if you want to relax after a day exploring.

Good location”
Very convenient location in Ho Chi Minh City. Kids like the pool on the roof. Some rooms are much large than others. May be check with the receptionist when check-in would be a good idea. The staff members are very friendly. Breakfast is satisfactory.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with great staff”
We stayed for 2 nights. While room and bathroom were small, they were very clean. View at breakfast from 11th floor of the river. The staff at breakfast and front desk were so friendly and helpful. Well located. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable stay in Ho Chi Minh.

Beautiful hotel”
We really loved our room at the hotel - lovely, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the reception staff were not very welcoming and did not make any effort to make our stay enjoyable. We've stayed in about 10 different hotels during our visit to Vietnam and sadly the customer service at this hotel was not up to scratch. On the positive side, the rooftop pool and restaurant was so luxurious and was a great relief in the hot Ho Chi Minh sun! Breakfast is lovely and views over the river are so pretty.

Excellent location. Friendly and professional staff”
I stayed twice at Millennium Boutique Hotel during February and enjoyed both stays. The location is excellent right in the center of District 1, a ten minutes walk from the big square. I experience the staff I've met as professional and friendly on all occasions. Facilities are clean and well kept. The aircon is working well. The gym might be a bit better equipped, but it's absolutely ok. I recommend Millennium for a reasonable stay in the heart of Saigon
