"The host was friendly and reply all the questions asked thru chat. The picture used as ads maybe from other host, but no worries since the house is there. My advice, the host should use own photos. The cleaner should clean all the dust properly, since many lamps are reachable(hanging types). Maybe if the teabag/coffee/sugar provided as a courtesy, it would made the tenants much happier. The elevator is the main access to go to all interesting places here. Please study all the difference elevators which can bring u to the desired place. The private elevator still can bring others to the house if the go up/down button selection is pressed. So be careful to not mistakenly allow young kids to play with it. Overall, i enjoyed the stay and worth the penny. Be remember to always communicate with host for any uncertainty."

"My family and I love this place so much. the house is so big for all of us. The interior design is so lovely. Worthy the price we paid. The only unsatisctory issue which kept bugging us is the elevator. Since we came during school holiday, we need to wait longer to take the lift. But overall, everything else is awesome.. Such a perfect stay for your holiday in Penang."

"The house was super spacious and you even get a personal lift. The lift will bring us from the car park and direct to the room. It gets better for the morning view. Imagine to watch sunrise from 29th floor. I love it. Of course will consider to book again for Penang visit next time! "
