"Hotel is not finished yet needs lots of improvement. Arrived and room was not ready and was no power in the building. We were told there is free refreshments in the bar but there is not .. We got room that was forest view second floor and view was half blocked by the wall definitely price was too expensive for this room so do not take forest view if they allocate you on the second floor !! Ask for ground floor forest view is bit better or the best upgrade to garden view 2nd floor or ground floor Location Leo beach is lovely but staff need to clean beach in the mornings as there is a lot of rocks and leaves .. It has got game room , gym , amazing swimming pool. Staff is absolutely lovely but need more training as they do not know what they doing yet. I would recommend Devine as she was the best help and she has got experienced - 5 star girl. "

"My kids enjoyed the pool. Superb service, polite staff, filipino dishes during breakfast buffet are very tasty. We had been into different hotels and resorts and yes, the rooms may not be a cozy carpeted 5 star type, but hey-it is a resort type and the floor tiles will always be wet and sandy coming home from pool or sandbar outside. Plus complimentary banana boat,sandbar access, kayak, stand paddle, access to floating restaurant,free use of billiards and dartboards, free use of gym and bikes. However, they keep the room clean everyday and will always povide you with fresh towels. Moreso, i dont know why the other reviews state few food choices, this is by far the best breakfast buffet with a lot of tasty variants compared to other 4 or 5 Star we have been in other countries. No other hotels nearby or in Puerto Princesa Palawan can match what this hotel has to offer in terms of amenities, courteousness and service. You can even see their amazing landscape thru the plane window before landing. Highly recommended for families with young children. Just enjoy the view, the pool, food and your stay at the hotel, explore what they have to offer and have great bonding moments with your kids. Not recommended for loners/ backpackers and for those who have several tour itineraries everyday, better find a lodge or inn to sleep at night to get the best value for money. Will surely come back soon. They deserved my 9.5/10 rating, 0.5 for the other facilities they can still improve. "

"At first we booked a place here on October 2016, but sadly our trip was cancelled because of the typhoon that hit the whole Philippines. Therefore we decided to rearrange the trip. July 2017, we finally came to this beautiful and wonderful resort. We are really happy here because the facilities are top-notch, the surroundings are really beautiful and the staffs are very kind and caring. I really cannot recommend this place enough. From the very friendly receptionist, the always smiling waiter and waitress in the bar, up until our friendly Private Tour Guide, this place is just the best. Value for money? Definitely! Location? Yes it is a bit secluded but perfect for relaxing and honeymoon. Cleanliness? Yes. There are some insects and sands here and there but it is expected since you're practically living in the middle of an insland. Staff? Super friendly, accomodating. They rearrange for my whole trip and stay here without even charging extra additional fee. How kind of them! Facilities? Top notch! Jaw dropping. Bluetooth speaker in the room, Water. Personal bar loaded with drinks. Bar. Infinity pool. Kayaking rental (for free), Gym, etc etc etc. You'll never be bored even staying here for several days! Stay here! You won't regret it!"

"When you go search for rooms to stay in Coron, Palawan, most likely you return with two types of accommodation. There are the numerous budget hotels that you can commonly find in the town center and are close to the port where you take off for your island hopping or other water activities. On the opposite spectrum are the luxury resorts that are remote but expectedly having the best amenities. It is quite challenging to find mid-range resorts that are accessible and affordable while providing well appointed amenities... until I learned about Busuanga Bay Lodge. It is accessible from the town center (45 mins), got deluxe amenities (infinity pool, own beach front, docking station, bar, cafe, water activities), where rooms are huge including the bathroom (king bed, down pillow, duvet, office desk, snack bar that gets refilled daily, flat screens, rain shower, toiletries, clean-as-new sheets and towels). There villa-type layout provides you a great deal of privacy too. They provide guests an easy access around the resort with their Club Cars. The arrangement from transfers to planned activities are well laid out, they even plan out your late check out to usher you just in time for your departure. The staff are pros in what they do. I was most impressed at how the room service accommodated our request for in-room breakfast because we were too lazy to join the buffet at the pavillion. They set the breakfast up with all the works and arrived timely despite our last-minute request. I enjoyed the infinity pool, overlooking landscapes and the calm waters of Busuanga Bay. The best part were the island hopping and diving activities we arranged using a speedboat. Two itineraries that shouldn't be missed are the Coral Garden and WW2 wrecks. Palawan is indeed best explored underwater. The things not working for BBL to me are the food quality and choices, the dirt road leading to the resort, wifi and network connectivity. The last three do matter so I'm giving this a 4/5. "

"It only got better! This place is hands down the best resort in the Philippines. Everyone here is just too sweet and so amazing. When people talk about Filipino hospitality, you think of Two Seasons Resort and Spa. The welcoming greeting with drinks and snack. The whole staff went out of their way to take care of you. When you go on a tour a staff comes to the tour to serve your food. This is a five star resort and worth every penny! "

"The staffs are very nice and make me feel at home. They always try best to solve it if you have any request. It' very near the city just take a ride for 5 minutes. I will definitely recommend Casa Belina to all of u interested to come and visit Palawan."
