A pretty good place in Labuan Bajo”
By Labuan Bajo standards, its a pretty good place. The view from the pool was great. AC worked fiercely. There was a bath robe and a pair of slippers in the room, which added to the posh touch. They have a car on premise to take people to the town or the airport, on demand.

Luwansa Beach Resort ”
Lovely setting and facilities. A little bit far from town but not a problem as the staff were happy to shuttle us into town whenever we wanted. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Clean, tidy rooms, fabulous pool, bar and restaurant on the beach. Had a fabulous stay here!

Nice for short stay”
My family of 4 stayed here for 1 night after 3 days sailing Komodo. It was relaxing to finally have long hot shower after only little wash with limited amount of cold water on the boat. The bath rooms were spacious, the water pressure was great. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms with connecting door to meke it easy for my children to move from one room to another. We booked without breakfast so can not say anything about the food. The pede beach is not swimmable like Waecicu, but the view is as great. Thank you Luwansa.

Excellent”
Luwansa is about 15 minutes by car south of Labuan Bajo in a less developed area. The restaurant and pool are right on the beach. There didn't appear to be many alternatives for dining (or anything else) in the immediate area. Lunch was very nice. The room was pleasant and clean and had tea & coffee facilities plus a mini-bar. Hotels with pools tend to be on the expensive side (by my standards!) in the LB area, so Luwansa was great value.

Amazing resort, but wifi is bad”
Pros 1. Got private beach for resort. One can enjoy sunset from here, amazing view and privacy 2. Good gardens and pool facing the beach. But pool doesnt have much height 3. Pick up and drop by resort to and fro to airport and city centre between 8 am to 7 pm 4. Large washroom 5. Nice breakfast with amazing view😍 Cons: 1. Wifi was available only in receptiob 2. Bathroom utilities were not refilled on daily room cleanings. 3. Decent rooms, but should have managed light switches in better way. All 3 lights come on in 1 switch 4. TV only has local channels. Hotel staff came and checked and then disappeared. This was unexpected out of resort of this standard. 6. When asked for bathroom towel as they were not replaced after 1 day, they asked for an explanation which was embarassing

Not Diving-friendly ”
Pros: -wonderful and helpful staff -quiet -value for money -has a beach/pool -hot breakfast Cons: -too far from the dive centres, although they provided a free shuttle to drop off and pick up(7am- 8pm only) -breakfast only starts at 7am, and we needed to be at the dive shop by 7, so we could not have breakfast. Hotel staff were very accommodating however, and packed us a boxed breakfast which we picked up at 6am. -found two baby roaches in the room. But we aren’t picky so we just killed them, others might not like it though. Overall good stay, would not recommend staying here if you are planning to dive. We had full day dive trips each day, would have preferred to be closer.

Nice beach in front. Clean rooms with aircon. Keep an eye when you make the reservation check that you actually booked breakfast included (if that's the case) it might has been agoda's mistake. Free transfer to airport.

Nice hotel but could be better”
Hotel was nice, rooms were big and clean. It's not in town centre but there is a free shuttle bus although only between certain hours. The pool area is nice but there was work happening on the outside bar so it wasn't open and the pool area therefore wasn't staffed properly. We ate lunch there one day, it was mediocre and over-priced. Most disappointing thing is the beach is dirty and could really benefit from a clean-up.

Okay for an night”
The hotel looks like it was pretty nice at one point in the past. Now everything is a bit old and used. It was okay for a night, but i wouldn't want to stay much longer, especially for the price + friendly staff + free shuttle to the city center and back + good shower - a bit old - pool water dirty - not the nicest beach

Room was comfort, clean, with partial beach view. Breakfast was basic but ok for me. Shuttle car free to/from airport/city center, but only until 6 pm.

A Good budget hotel for short stay”
Stayed for 2 nights to explore the island. The location of hotel is good near to airport and harbor with private beach excess and pool. The hotel provides free airport and town visit shuttle. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Since, the place is not in city, don't expect much of facilities, the basic facility is good. The room is big and would request to carry a pin plus for all your electronic devices, as it has all two pins connectors and i have to get a new 2 pin converters for my devices. The breakfast spread is limited and good with an ocean view.. The evening sunset and dim lights, light music will add up to the stay. Coming to the room cleanliness, the room is not clean and tidy even though its spacious. Small cockroaches are roaming in the room and bathroom after evening. This is basic cleanliness requirement. the furniture is old and bit dusty. Towels and bedsheets were with stains on it. Overall, an average stay good for a short time.
