Overall it's was good for family. But the management need improvement to entertain the customer. Please reply and contact the customer. Side note: Please prepare rm200 for deposit. Rm20 for each car. And for infinity pool please booking by filling the form and bring to guard before enter the pool.

VERY DISAPPOINTING PLACE WITH THE RM800 WE PAID FOR 11 PAX”
Negative comments on C23A05 Block C Regalia, KL my family members have very bad comments on your unit that we paid RM800 for 11 pax (RM760+parking fee RM20x2). The price is too high for what you have offered in the unit. Serious problem in your property: Didn't expect that warm temperature in the living room, due to the facing east Unit. Hot condition can't solve with the poor Air conditioning and caused us to decide early check out than planned. 1 especially on many small cockroaches running around in the 2 bathrooms day and night and 2 running down cabinets in the living room and bathroom. 3 Only 4 seater sofa given for 11 pax. Only 4 dining chairs given for 11 pax, with 2 outdoor chairs. 4 water leaking in the bathroom, ceiling and around toilet bowl... problem with toilet bowl lid 5 much lizard dropping in the house. 6 Not enough bedsheets at the beginning. Sincerely, the RM800 (760+40 2 cars parking) is not worth what you have provided. If you understand how you should upgrade your unit based on our comments, you should refund at least RM100-200 to us

love this place so much,very suitable for big family staycation. the view of kl tower & twin tower from the balcony is superb! but,kindly remind for new guest.. there will be freakishly frequently of passingby LRT just below the balcony so be prepare with the noise every 5min or less like that. but for us, we can adapt and no trouble sleep with the sound. definitely will come again.

The KL city view is the best..Got some maintenance issues but its not major as the friendly immediately came to fix. Overall was a good stay.
