Need to improve the foods ”

I have attend few meetings at Lot 10 before , and the foods are excellent . Above expectation . Unfortunately during my stay , for breakfast , the chicken curry was too salty , the prata was extra crispy , the fried rice taste a little bit burn , the salad was too wet , soaked with water on the display plate resulting the vegetable on the bottom become mushy and I have to pick and chhose the salad before putting on my plate . Overall are ok . The frontdesk lady is super helpful , the security is attentive , the room is super clean .

Worth it ”

Highly recommended. Location is strategic. The cleanliness is very well taken care of. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Because of S.O.P., breakfast is sent to room. I would prefer eating breakfast at the cafe since a variety of food is provided.

Room was comfortable and clean, with good & friendly staffs. Only that they keep repeating the same foods for breakfast, would be better if they can serve more variation of foods. Also, please update & remove facilities which is no longer available from the website e.g ironing facilities & gym, and upgrade your wifi speed please, it was very inconvenient for me to check or reply emails, i have to use my mobile hotspot instead. Other than that, i had a very pleasant stay here. Thank you.

The breakfast is really nice and tasty. The staff, the room and the cleanliness is perfect. Only for me is the aircond is not enough cold. Need to service the air cond. And the room i stay i can hear the sound of car crossing the road.

Cozy and quaint”

The room is not quite spacious but it's enough even if you have many luggage. The bed is really comfortable, the showers are okay. Although I don't recommend this for family per se, at least, based on the room I got, as there's a translucent, but not transparent, frosted glass for the shower, that's right next to the bed, allowing the bathroom light to stream to the bed area, as well as whoever is in bed can see blurred figures showering. Besides that, the room is quite good and cozy.
