員工細心, 房間整潔, 食物美味”
My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 days from 5 to 10 May 2019 in Ancient Deluxe room, the facilities and settings are as same as photos on Agoda! XDD And I love the separate shower and bathtub, also the bathtub is inside the house so that I can relax and enjoy without any mosquitos or bugs! That is very good!!! Also, the distance to the swimming pool and beach is very close, about 5 minutes. Moreover, I love the room service that we ordered rib and chicken, they were very delicious. If I come to Phu Quoc Island again, Long Beach Resort will be my first choice! The staff is very nice and I appreciate them in the heart!

luxury in development”
The hotel is unfinished, however work was not being completed when we stayed. Massive resort. With phu quoc being a newer destination this means English skills are limited, however the people and staff are friendly and willing to help. Lots of walking due to the size of the resort. Good mix of local and international food at breakfasts. A short trip to the markets at night for food is well worth it, seafood for 4 people with drinks and dessert will cost around 600000 dong. Beach is a bit rocky. I see why others have written negative reviews, however these things did not bother me and I really enjoyed my stay at this resort.

Great value for the money”
I had originally been staying at the Novotel, but I didn’t like the location, so I booked my last two nights at Long Beach Resort. I’m so glad I did and wish my whole stay had been here. I paid a fraction of what the Novotel costed me, and I enjoyed my stay at Long Beach Resort so much more. You really get a lot for what you pay here. Yes, the resort is a little old and could use some sprucing up, but it’s still very charming and you can’t beat the location. The pool is absolutely lovely and the beach was very clean. The location is in walking distance of Duong Dong, but it’s far enough from the center of town so noise was never an issue. The staff was also very great, and my bed was sooo comfortable. The only thing I would change is the towels. They’re very stiff, and they hurt to use after a shower when you’re sunburnt. Lol. Fluffier towels would have been nice! If and when I go back to Phu Quoc, I will stay at Long Beach Resort again!

Great, good food and amazing beach!”
It was really amazing, I had great time with my boyfriend there so I would recommend for couple's stay in Phu Quoc. I would come back to this resort again as I love its antique design, the room was very comfortable though it is quite far from the beach (good for exercise though). I think the staff is very friendly, I don't understand why many people complained about the staff. Probably it was easier for me as I am Vietnamese. However, many of the staff are Filipinos so they would be able to communicate well in English.

Very nice hotel in great location, pool”
It is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location on the island. It is half filled with Russians and you have to note that there is a new wing being built, which they plan to open next season. The wing will share all facilitates (pool and beach), so it might be overcrowded. But right now, it is wonderfully relaxing and the beach stretch is the best on the long beach. We were choosing between Long Beach Resort and La Veranda and were very happy with our choice in the end. La Veranda is almost next door (we walked along the beach past it) and Long Beach is a little more secluded and offered more relaxed experience on the beach. Very nice breakfast and the gardens are kept clean and tidy. Wonderful hotel. The best on the island in our opinion.

Beautiful resort in lush garden”
This must be one of the most beautiful resorts in Phu Quoc. I was impressed by the care for details on the buildings itself (sculptures, wood carvings, artistic reliefs on walls, cut glass windows) as well as the garden. Each morning an army of gardeners took care of the plants and flowers. The hotel beach is not very big, but beautiful and quiet. Beautiful resort to stay and relax for couples and families, but go and eat out somewhere else for dinner and massage.

Fantastic attention to detail.”
Long Beach Resort, is a fantastic place to relax. The buildings are fantastic with hand-carved wood, in an oriental style throughout the hotel. The rooms could not indulge you more, with bathtubs that fit 2, big beds and balconies. The resort has also got beautiful gardens everywhere which ads to the tranquil experience, the many ponds have fish happily swimming in them. This was our very favorite hotel out of all the hotels on the island, and we stayed at a further four in total.

Resort with tremendous potential”
Turns out we were among the first few customers on the very first day this Resort had reopened itself, after a closure for almost 2years. Apparently, the WIJAYA consortium from Malaysia had bought it over from the previous owner, and the hardworking but amateur staff had only a month to prepare for opening. State of the resort is smackingly pristine though, despite not having been occupied for past 2 years; and despite the grouses listed above with the staff's relative inexperience in the service industry and the incomplete renovations during our stay, we had come to chill and truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the quietness of the beach (although in due time this might be a little more crowded if the resort does take off). The service manager, despite knowing limited English, happened to know Mandarin, and we enjoyed not a few good conversations. The hotel manager and his steward, sent here from Malaysia, was superbly hospitable from the moment we arrived, and attended to us personally. Free dinners were hosted by them for the first 2 nights, signalling the owners' intent to build reputation on trust. Room was cleaned almost all the time we were out! Resort came with a swimming pool right next to the bridge leading to the beach, and pool was normally occupied by kids. We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing morn-aftn on the beach chairs, serviced by the massage, nail-cutting & polishing, and hair-threading elderly vietnamese ladies who roam the beach in search of tourists. When it came to transport, resort provided free shuttle van to the night market after dinner, but we opted to rent a motorbike from the small motel next-door (as recommended by the resort's hotel manager himself), and enjoyed our freedom of travel all across the island on two wheels =) Overall, cost of the room here is expensive relative to other accomodation available on the island, but is well-worth the money if it does fulfil its immense potential to be a luxury spot on the islan

Spacious rooms, good location, great service”
Long Beach Resort is in a great location on the beach and has been constructed in the style of an ancient village. The rooms are excellent with good character (wooded and brass finishings). Having said that the hotel is still a great place to stay. Breakfast was fantastic and although we didn't try dinner we heard no complaints. Also, service was excellent (although they didn't transfer us from our previous hotel because they said it would not look good...). I'd easily stay here again.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
We had a short trip to Phu Quoc and stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was built to look exactly like a natural garden with everything made by wood, your room, your bath room, bath tubs, balcony. We enjoy the time here with very friendly staffs, beautiful scenic beach. The hotel even has free transportation to-and-fro the airport, which may take you $10-15 if going by taxi. You just need to call the hotel reception and arrange the timing there will be a minibus going to the airport picking you up. Breakfast is free, however nothing fanciful about it. Food is so so, you should go out and look for local restaurants with more delicious dishes. The internet service in my room is awful, we couldn't get the signal most of the time, that's the only cons we hope the hotel could improve the next time.

Probably the best of a rather sorry bunch”
Let's face it. Phu Quoc doesn't seem to have much quality hotels. So, it's about compromise and Long Beach Resort is probably one of the better ones. yes there is a more or less abandoned building site next door, yes the restaurant is embarrassingly mediocre...so what? Bottom line, it's peaceful, clean, has a fair bit of charm, beach is nice, swimming pool handy for families, it's only 5 to 10 minutes away from the great Duong Dong Night Market and its abundance of wonderfully fresh seafood and it's, well kind of reasonably good value for money. Yep, anywhere else Long Beach Resort wouldn't be my first choice but hey Phu Quoc is definitively worth the effort or lowering one's standards.

Nice place to stay”
Stayed there for 2 nights, 3 days, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the Ancient Suite, which was fantastic, beautiful landscape and gardens. Good to have a walk around in the morning. Facility was good. Food at Beach Bar was good. Would recommend people to stay at this resort if you travel to Phu Quoc.

Excellent resort, luxurious feel to the room”
Very much enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Resort The resort is located on the 'quieter' side of the beach still close to all other restaurants and resorts. The staff were very friendly and the chef was particularly engaged in his guests satisfaction. Not polished 5 star, but very good 4 star with atmosphere because of the architectural style. Did not feel like a concrete block which a lot of other resorts appear to be.

Great hotel with good service”
Long Beach Hotel was a very good hotel. I would with no doubt return to that hotel if I came back to Phu Quoc.

Lovely traditional Vietnamese style hotel”
We had a lovely stay at Long Beach. The room was large with a lovely bathroom and a great balcony for enjoying a sundowner. We were there at the start of the wet season so there were not many guests there which was great for peace and quiet (because there are a lot of rooms in the resort) and use of the pool but not so great for restaurant ambiance. The pool and sea were a little walk from our room (near reception) so the resort felt a little disjointed as we didn't want to make the walk at night to the beach bar before going out because it is a long walk back. We only ate in the restaurant once on the first night but due to lack of ambiance and prices, we ate at the nearby night market each night. It is necessary to get some form of transport because the road is very dark at night and it is quite a walk. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was an extremely relaxing stay. There's not much going on at the hotel so it is a perfect place to just relax. Just make sure to re-confirm your flight before departure. We arrived at the airport 90 mins before departure to be told the flight was overbooked and we had been bumped off.

Great stay”
We had a great time and memory here. And we would love to come back again. Our room was Ancient deluxe room for 3 nights on the island. We had aircon issue for first few days due to wooden structure unable to keep the cold air & temp and receptionist helped us to get extra room card to keep it running n cool. Bike rental at hotel is very much convenient and price is fair. Wooden bathtub was oily n dirty when we checked in and there r holes n leaking water so it took longer time to fill it up. But housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful and cleaned it for us before we used it. Location is great, close to the airport and close to market and eateries and convenient stores. Beachfront is clean, so nice to swim and excellent sunset view and chairs r enough for the crowd. Bfast was average for 4 stars hotel like this. Most of the things worked fine for us and like to recommend for everyone.

Great hotel for relaxing break ”
I enjoyed my stay at Long Beach immensely . Staff were friendly and very helpful . Restaurnat in hotel is good standard if the menu is a little limited . Other resaturants within walking distance . Location great for a relaxing break with good pool and beach on the doorstep . Only con , which isn't major is that there are no shops on doorstep for buying any basics - water , snacks etc ..so are limited a bit to buying from hotel . Not really a major issue though . Overall a very enjoyable stay and this hotel perfect for all kinds of traveller

Beautiful rooms, beachside pool and great services”
gracefully designed rooms with well paced gardens. clean and quiet with all the major international tv channels. the beachside swimming pool is very clean, with a terrific view of the long beach and the sunset. thoughtful services from check-in to check-out. nice welcome drinks. they sent a bellboy to pick up our bags 10 minutes before the time they advised us to check out to catch the flight. he accompanied us all the way to the airport and helped us check in to the flights, all free of charge with the hotel car. the only pity was that they didn't have enough people at the spa center to give us massages, as it was the low season. overall i felt well taken care of during my stay.

Great family Resort! ”
Would definitely recommend especially for family travellers. We stayed in a family room which was clean, a bed for everyone and had great view of the ocean ( all family rooms are close to the pool/ocean). The beds are comfortable and bathroom is very nice and modern, like what you see in a 5 star hotel. The patio is quite large. Would be great to have better seating here but what they have is ok and works. This resort is cute and charming and definitely older but very comfortable. Most of all, this resort is affordable and in a great location with access to airport, King Kong market and even the night market is only a short taxi ride away. Breakfast is great. Lots of selection and the staff in the dining area are super nice! So overall, thumbs up. Note they will ask to hold a passport as a damage deposit, which we didn’t and so we agreed on a different option. The staff speak good English and are helpful. If not sure about something just ask and it’s all resolved.
