My wife and I arrived at about 7pm after a tiring journey and were surprised to be greeted personally by Bram and his father. We were so pleased with the ambience of the garden and room. After a good nights sleep and breakfast we walked the 10 minute stroll to the beach. What an idyllic sight with a peaceful serenity. An early morning beach visit to catch the sunrise is a must.The Long Beach Inn offers guests a peaceful and delightfully friendly hotel experience with a cosmopolitan clientele . Food, prepared by the helpful and lovely staff was of good quality , variety and value. It was more akin to being a house guest than just another client at an hotel chain and someday we would love to return. Thank you to everyone at the Long Beach Inn for helping to make our stay in Sam RoyYot so memorable.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere ”

We spent a week at Long Beach Inn, it's such a nice place to get away from the crowds and relax. The staff, along with Bram and his father are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting Long Beach Inn for anyone who likes, good food, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. I was a little lazy this trip and didn't make it to some of the local sights but there is always next time. Big thanks to Bram, his father and all the staff at Long Beach Inn for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Quiet, relaxing a good getaway spot.”

We were looking for a quiet place to relax for the weekend that was out of the main stream tourist areas. The Long Beach Inn was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was a good size, the other guests were return customers and long stayers, they were friendly and helpful. The service was good and provided by the hotel owner himself. They had awesome towels to use by the poolside. The only complaint would be that the large picture window in our room (tinted for privacy) had no curtain. Privacy wasn't a problem, but the sunlight in the morning had us out of bed by 8:00 am.

A lovely small hotel with only 11 rooms. Its about 100 meters down a quiet lane to the beach which is clean and doesnt have many people. the owners of the hotel are dutch and very friendly if you need any local knowledge. the hotel is pet friendly and we brought our dog - the hotel is perfect for those with a dog as the beach and surrounding areas dont have many wild dogs (and the ones that are there are friendly) all in all i'd highly recommend the hotel for a quiet getaway

Long Beach Inn, my second home-resort in Sam Roi Yod”

I made a booking, 2 rooms 2 nights for 4 persons and 1 dog (free of charge) on a busy Thai long weekend. They arranged us in privacy corner, attached with a little garden for my doggie. The Resort is small but nice atmosphere, small swimming pool. Location is just a few minute walk to the beach. The room was large and very clean with almost full amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The resort owner, William were taking a good care of us upon we arrived till departed. I, William (my BF), Me’mee (my dog), my mum and the rest of my family member (7 persons) we thanks for a lovely dinner you provide for us (10 people includes adult, young and pet) that night. With this Great room-Great-service-Great Breakfast. It’s totally worth your money.

Small hotel offering personal service ”

We stayed at Long Beach Inn for three nights over Songkran. We arrived after a long journey to find there had been a mix up with our reservation (not the hotel's fault) and that only one room had been booked rather than 2. After some time it was resolved and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very nice bathrooms (in our executive rooms). The Inn is set in a beautiful tropical garden and although it is not directly on the beach and hence there are no sea views, the beach is only a 200 metre walk away. The showers are hot throughout the day. Breakfast is a la carte and freshly prepared, and this and the dinner we had were both excellent. Our host was very friendly and made us feel very much at home. Our children (ages 2 and 5) were also made very welcome, although there was no specific provision for them in terms of games, toys or a play area. There are no adjoining rooms and whilst we were told we could have an extra bed in our room, that would have made it very cramped. The

Very friendly stuff and owner; clean and nice rooms; thai food is great; literally less then 2 minutes walk to the beach. No annoying sellers on the beach. Peace and quiet. Recommend

Best of Sam Roi Yot”

The place is quiet and not too big, perfect location, friendly staff and owner who takes real care of his guests. A lot of respect for him! The place is pet friendly, we brought our dog and we had a very relaxing time. Nice pool, very good breakfast choice and ability to order food during the rest of the day, including dinner. No restaurant in Sam Roi Yot can match the great food of this place. This is great because we didn’t have to go out eating somewhere else. We can imagine people living in the area or staying elsewhere, go here for dinner. Pizza is also ok! The room was perfect, very spacious, clean, bathroom perfect with 2 sinks, quiet AC, ceiling fan inside as well as on our terrace, overall we couldn’t wish for anything better. We also had kind neighbors, through this way we would like to wish you save travels back to Canada, and Bram.. great place you have! We will definitely come back maybe 2-3 times a year! Hans&Melanie

Exceptional”

We had two nights staying at this hotel and was very pleased with our choice. The hospitality of the management and staff was exceptional. There is a wonderful pool and garden area to relax in and bikes available to use free of charge. We were given excellent information and local knowledge of places to visit and how to get around. I would not hesitate to recommend Long Beach Inn and would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place”

My wife and I were wanting a short break and as we had only recently adopted a couple of street dogs we wanted to take them with us so trawled the internet for pet friendly hotels. We found a few and chose The Long Beach due to its location. On arrival we were greeted by Bram who runs the place and within minutes the dogs were being spoiled by him which continued for the rest of the stay. The staff were very attentive, so much so that when my wife had a minor accident, they couldn't do enough for her with one even guiding us to the local clinic. It is reasonably priced for the accommodation, food and drink and was very peaceful. We will definitely consider going there again.

Perfect”

Amazing location, lovely facilities. Just steps from the beach so you can bask in the sun, while the hotel has a private pool and garden lit with hanging lights at night. There aren't too many rooms so you always have privacy, piece and quiet. Restaurant is tasty as well. Also, they're pet friendly!

Awesome place, like home with goodies in Thailand”

Totally loved this place. Bram and his stuff were so nice and polite +fun. They gave lots of ideas backpackers who are first time travellers. I defenetelly want come back with my whole family to Long Beach Inn. The weekend there was time i dont forget ever...positive way. Thank you

Great resort near the beach”

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Long Beach Inn and would certainly stay there again. It was a short walk to the beach, which was great as that made it a quieter place to be. Better than being at the big resorts.

Quiet and Relaxing”

Bram picked us up at the Pran Buri train station without a charge driving us the fifteen minutes to the Inn...nice welcome. During the stay he offered the use of his motorbike. We stayed in the executive room on second floor overlooking a field and the mountains. The room was very large, had character and the mattress and bedding were very comfortable. Having a balcony and bath tub were pluses. There were many choices for breakfast. The inn was quiet when other places on the beach were noisey and crowded.

Charming and peaceful”

I spent 4 days there with my 70 years old parents and 2 boys (6 and 8). We felt at home immediately. We were happy to be far from the crowdy Hua Hin (45 minutes by car). The staff was welcoming, helpful, always smiling and calm. The small pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and birds. The rooms were nice and corresponded to what you can expect from a 3 star hotel. The doors and the wood furniture are very charming. We traveled around and went on a few very interesting expeditions in the Sam Roi Yot National Park, thanks to the owner who was highly sympathetic and helpful. We ate at the hotel every evening and tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was delicious and adapted to western mouths unused to spicy food. The beach was less than 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. The beauty of the Dolphin bay was worth the trip, especially at sunset. Don't expect to find clean white sand there but the landscape is so amazing that it really doesn't matter. We will go back for sure.

The hotel looks lovely especially its well maintained small garden and the small pool with nice jacuzzi. Our room which probably has just been made up was quite spacious especially the bathroom. It has a separate bath area and a shower area. The floor tiles are really comfortable to step into and they dry easily. That's probably the reason they no longer put floor mat for drying up one's wet feet. But, I suggest, there should always be as we ended up using our towels as floormats to avoid wetting the whole dressing area. The bed was comfortable, aircon and fan don't make disturbing sound once switched on. Room Cleaning is done every day. There's a free internet in the common area. I hope they will not remove the dart board there coz it's an additional attraction especially for those looking to entertain themselves. As the hotel is a few meters from the beach, they provide free bicycles for those who want to cycle their way through the beach or the sea side village as a whole. We enjoyed biking so much as the place was traffic free. Perhaps what the hotel should rethink about is the pricing of their food. It's way too expensive if you compare it with those in the neighborhood. Also, please be informed that you have to take care of your own transportation en route to the bus/van station 15 kms away from the hotel. Taxis charge THB 400. The hotel will only be responsible to pick you up when you arrive in town but you have to be on your own when going back. They will of course assist you with looking for a car to bring you to town. Overall we had a great time in the hotel though it was raining the whole time when we were there. The surrounding is beautiful. The owner and the staff are friendly.

Stunning beaches and Inn and attentive management ”

We were a couple looking for a quiet romantic get away for 3 nights over christmas. We arrived in the evening and were impressed with our bedroom which opened onto the pool area. We ordered a Thai meal and ate in the hut in the gardens. The food was delicious and abundant. We walked for hours everyday up and down the beach which is just metres away. Very quiet with stunning views. We were advised by Bram that there was lots to do in the area like trekking push and motor bike hire, elephant watching, temple and waterfall visits etc. however enjoying the scenery, having a drink or some BBQ chicken on the beach front was the way we chose to take in the surroundings. It must be added that the owner was also willing to go to the local shop at midnight to purchase us cigarettes when we ran out. Nothing was too much for him. We would love to return here in the future!

The food is AMAZING & very well priced. The pool and gardens a real delight, and the rooms lovely & clean. Only a minute or two's walk to the long mostly clean beach. Nice for swimming even A very quite area with lots of eating places, but no general shopping or night life - a bit far to go to them, so if that's what your after, don't stay - but if its chilling with each other having massages by the pool, playing with your children or visiting with friends drinking & mopeding around the near by rice fields & national forest then this is the place... enjoy!

Good value; great service”

I was looking for a quiet setting not too far from Hua Hin and Long Beach Inn fits the bill. Facilities met my needs; wi-fi as advertised. Very accommodating in terms of providing a late breakfast.
