Pleasant one-night stay.”

My husband and I had booked three nights in Senggigi at a hotel there before our flight from Lombok International, however, the place (Pesona Bulan Baru hotel) had a rat infestation and so after two nights, we booked at Lombok Plaza last minute - it was truly a much needed relief. The hotel room is fairly modern and clean with a very comfortable bed, a fridge, and a clean bathroom with amenities. The pool was very nice, and after our checkout at noon, we had time before our shuttle to the airport and the staff let us hang out there until our departure time. The location is also great, and at night there are a lot of street food stalls (they start around 7pm) and managed to find very cheap and tasty local food. But the best thing about this hotel is their complimentary breakfast buffet - it's one of the best free buffets we've ever had, with an incredible amount of options. One issue is that the wifi connection isn't great, but we didn't penalise this on the rating because we found that internet in Lombok in general is pretty poor so we figured it's probably not the hotel's fault.

We booked Lombok Plaza hotel for one night stay before heading to gili and when we arrived they upgraded our room from plaza suites to president room. Honestly, the location is great, walking distance to famous foodtruck Ayam Taliwang Pak Udin to eat outside the hotel at night. This hotel also close to fruit market where you can buy many tropical fruits. On the same building they have convenience store as well. Massage service available until 11pm with affordable price Overall we got everything we need at this hotel and would certainly coming back.

10 Feb 2012 to 13 Feb 2012 (Lombok Plaza Hotel) 1) Too bad construction works in progress at 3rd level and our room (#03-01) was located next to it. Very dusty and noisy even on Saturday night. 2) Changed room to #03-23 but unable to surf the internet. 3) No mini-bar 4) Good toilet facilities

New Hotel in the center of City”

Located in the heart of Cakranegara. This hotel is a new building and modern so it was clean and neat. But room a little bit small. Close to Pasar Cakra where you could find T-Shirt and another Lombok souvenirs. To Mataram Mall the only one mall in Mataram is not far enough. You could reach it by walking around 10 min.

Recommended hotel in the heart of Mataram city”

This hotel located at the heart of Mataram city, the city centre is only walking distance from this hotel. The room size is quite roomy, I believe it is good size for family with 1 kid. The staffs are all good, you can ask them what ever info you are looking for and they will arrange for you if you need them to do. Don't forget to try the SPA at your room convenience. During my stay, it is Ramadhan time, and I can request my breakfast converted into sahur meal in the dawn time. The food was nice even though not so many variety. I believe I will come back to this hotel again, whenever I need to go to Mataram city ever again.

Modern n Clean Hotel with great location..”

We are really enjoying our stay at Lombok plaza hotel. It has simple,clean n modern hotel, with strategic location at cakranegara. The service are excellent. Next trip to Mataram,I will choose this hotel again.

Lovely new hotel in the center of Mataram”

This hotel is brand new and looks beautiful. The room we were in was not huge, but the decor was lovely, the mattress incredibly comfortable and it was completely soundproof. There was a concert on in the hotel one afternoon, which was only one floor below our room and you could not hear anything from inside! The restaurant was also a big surprise, we were not planning on having many meals there, but after sampling the menu one afternoon, we had to go back for more! The menu is very varied with Chinese, Indonesian and western dishes. The location is good for anyone who wants to go shopping; Mataram mall is only 5 min by taxi from the hotel. It is also only a 45 min ride from the airport and there is always at least one Blue Bird taxi waiting outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

NIce hotel with good location and fair price”

This is the 2nd time I stay in Lombok Plaza, the first time for businness ocassion, now with my family. This hotel most strongest selling point is the location, it's easy to get some food. Overall it's a good hotel and I will stay at this hotel again if i'm going to lombok.

I arrived late but was greeted with a very friendly smile and service. At breakfast time, the staff at at both the reception area and the restaurant were very knowledgeable and willing to show the way. They were very understanding when I told them I need to move to another hotel as I like to relax at the beach. The receptionist also helped in telling me the price of taxi and where to have good meals. All the friendliness and helpfulness made my one-night stay a memorable one. If I have reason to be at Mataram again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Night stay in Lombok”

Unfortunately, my stay came immediately after a stay at a really, memorable, wonderful hotel in Lombok so my perception was tinged by constant comparisons. The food was nice. The pool is not really set up for lap swim and if one is a nonsmoker like myself, it can become quickly unbearable after a mass of locals start the kratek fires going. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is both a blessing and a curse two essential cultural sites are within sneezing distance i.e. the Pura Mera temple and is close to multiple shops and stores, however then tend to be more of the gritty and down and dirty and out kind. If you need that 50 cent nail clipper you are bound to find it. The Lombok Mall is also within a short taxi ride. It is a good hotel and has a sensitive and attentive staff. It's location does not give it much wiggle room, as slum like tenements surround it as well as more up to date shops and stores. A lot of gold wholesalers seem to be located nearby as do many money changers and a very good travel agency. All in all, a hotel that delivers.

Very nice hotel! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is very spacious & clean. Booked my stay in a plaza suite room, it came with a bath tub & affordable price. I specially requested for a more romantic decoration as it was a birthday trip for my girlfriend, they made the bed so pretty and even decorated a birthday wish for my girlfriend. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here!

A nice hotel in the center of Mataram”

Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights, booked the Superior room but they gave us the super-huge Deluxe room because the Superior room was full at the time, and it was great! The bathroom smelt very bad, but we can still deal with that. Will absolutely stay here again if we go to Lombok.
