Affordable bungalow & near Kuta Beach lombok”

The place is quite hidden but still a sign to get there. The staff is very nice and warm, very helpful if you need some help. It’s very near with Kuta Lombok Beach, you can just walk from the hotel.

simple comfy hotel, pleasant room and friendly staff.. we did the right choice for a night in Lombok, near to Kuta Mandalika (you must see) and the access to get food so easy, many restaurant around..

Memuaskan”

Lokasi dekat dengan pantai Kuta, tinggal jalan kaki sedikit. Staff baik dan ramah. Kebersihan lumayan bersih karena kebetulan saya dapat kamar yang masih pakai keramik lama, jadi terlihat agak kotor. AC nya dingin mantap, sepertinya baru ganti AC. Ada air panas nya. Suasana hotel juga enak untuk bersantai. Yang kurang memuaskan untuk kunjungan saya kali ini adalah breakfast nya, tapi secara Overall tetap memuaskan. Semoga dapat terus di tingkatkan :)

New hotel”

Lombok holiday hotel is a new hotel. Everything is good except the tv cable. When I was there, it didn't work because of technical problem. It has a pool. It's clean. The staff are helpfull. But still need improvement: 1. The breakfast menu could be improved and served more beautiful. 2. Amount of the water shower was not stabilize. 3. Please considering to provide doormat at bathroom.

Our stay at the hotel was great, I liked the way they set up the rooms, you had glass walls so you have a good view of the pool outside, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. One advise to the hotel is to provide more choices for the breakfast menu (not complaining just something to take into consideration). Staff were nice and friendly. The beach is 3min walk and there are several shops and restaurants 2min walk from the hotel. I recommend to stay at this place as I would go back again if had the chance to do so!!

Clean but not what I was expecting.”

While our room was clean, it was not what I expected. The room was relatively bare, and compared to other prices for places in Indonesia, I've paid less and gotten more. It was close to a lot of the shops and restaurants, but not close to a good beach - we had to ride motorbikes everywhere. Majority of the staff did not speak much English, except for one man, however they were all nice! Some showers were cold, some were hot. The bathroom flooded during each shower, which was a bit annoying. The breakfast was a buffet, which was actually very nice. (Also - the power goes out in Kuta often, apparently - this is not the hotel's fault, we did not know this when we arrived and it immediately went out and then went out at least once a day - FYI!)

We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was a great room. Don’t book the superior room as the standard of the room was not good at all. Pool was great and the room was good size. Rent a scooter to visit the beaches around as Kuta Beach is not the best. Go to Mawun or Tanjung. Beautiful.

Perfect except...”

Staff are great, friendly & obliging. Room is so comfy, bed linen (5star) altho I paid for VIP room the 1st night which is not much different to standard room except VIP with TV & chairs/table outside yr room. Unfortunately TV is not working as no connection I was told so please don’t bother paying the extra for something not working. Anyway hitelnis still best value for money. Motorbike rental is cheap, 50K/day. Clean beach is about 15mins walk unless you just wanna watch beach full of rubbish & fishing sampans by a fishing village behind this hotel about 300m otherwise rent a bike & drive out to Aan Beach or Selong Belanak

Love this place!”

Great little hotel in the heart of Kuta. Pretty close to the prayer towers though, but I tuned it out after a few nights/early mornings. The staff was top notch! I'll be back!

Good stay for couple backpackers ”

The location is good as it is located at the tourist central. U can go to restaurant, bar n mart with walking distance. But kuta not like the gili island so u need a bike to round the kuta. The breakfast is limited. But its ok for me as the price u pay. Dont expect much. I love the hotel for us to rest n relax after exhausted explore around mostly of the kuta beach.

just a normal hotel”

normal hotel. just for a night stay is ok. pool quiet small. but it is located in central kuta, so its easy to find food here. breakfast just ok. nothing too remarkable. since the price is also cheap, so we got nothing to complain. at least the wifi is good. but for those whose thinking to upgrade from court yard view to pool view, dont bother because all room actually overlooking the mini pool haha.

Credits - friendly & cooperative staff, nearby wet market, mosque, restaurants, Mini marts, cheap souvenirs, nice local villagers & simple breakfast To be improved - hotel rooms facilities e.g. toilet can't flush, ants everywhere (thank god for the swift action fr hotel staff), bathroom door malfunction, proper toiletries such as soap bar, rooms needs to be vacuum not just by sweeping only, WiFi so-so, swimming pools at times is quite murky (needs to be clean on daily basis as well) Nearest beach at the back of hotel is quite an eyesore. have to walked further up in 400-500 meters to the Kuta Mandalika Beach Park. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

Value the money”

Room is okay for the price, the compound is nice with the greenery and pool. Need some more care of the garden and water in the pool cloudy with a living crab inside. muddy road to reach the hotel. The toilet is so smelly like a pee smell that does not go away with pebbles floor that trap the dirt. pebble floor is suitable for open bath/toilet not for close room here. The water pressure good but all the taps seems clogs with somethings that make the water flow not smooth but really "sharp" and hurt the skin. If the water flow is good the pee smell maybe not there. Very minimal menu for breakfast but we can ask for major 3 items. The staffs are friendly.

Not to well for me”

The hotel itself was good supposedly. The staff, i think only Mr. Yogi that can actually know to handle the guest. The room was okay, but they need to clean all the bed and the linen, I got bit by flea and I just recently start the holiday :( The bathroom was to dark, they need to lighten up the room, change the floor material, it stinks, repair the water drain system. All the room had the same problem, we booked 5 rooms and the water drain is not working! Need to wait about 20 mins and more to drain the water after we finished shower. Please clean the swimming pool, it's the only best thing I can see about the hotel. Location is good! near the crowd of KUTA just 2 min walking distance.

Good location near the center of activity in Kuta”

The beds & aircon & room was good. but the bathroom was a bit basic for a 3 star hotel. Location is very good as its a few minutes walk to the main attractions in Kuta - restaurants and nightlife.

Exceptional”

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. The room was really nice and spacious the bed was comfortable the bathroom needs some work but it was fine and there is a pool which was nice to jump in after a hot day out exploring. The staff are so friendly and they did a great breakfast every morning. The location is great, up the road is all the shops and restaurants we rented a bike for really cheap from the hotel to go to the beaches.
