Ciletuh stay”

It's not located in the heart of Ciletuh, but still nearby. And far from hustling bustling Pelabuhan Ratu. Located on a beach front, this place would totally different if the beach was clean. Room cleanliness is average, and I think it needs improvement in maintaining the furniture and bathroom facility. But if I were to choose a place to stay whenever I went to Ciletuh, this certainly would comes first in mind.

Not recommended”

The pool, the view from the cottage.

I would not recommend this unless you have high tolerance for a poor location, you like a beach of black sand full of rubbish, brownish sea water, and you have a car that can drive in mud, rocks and more potholes that I've ever seen in my life. If you don't mind the staff hanging up on you when you call asking for directions, if you don't mind extremely basic comfort (little if any cell phone reception, no internet, unclean toilets) and if you don't mind driving 7 hours in traffic from Jakarta to reach the place. We originally booked for 2 nights but left after the fist day (we didn't get a refund). To be perfectly fair, the kids enjoyed the pool, and we had all the peace and quiet we could hope for as we were the only people staying there on a week end. Seeing how disappointed we were, the hosts offered us a free lunch and a voucher to come again for free. We didn't take the voucher, we paid USD 360 for a cottage for two nights but to be honest I wouldn't go back there for free. Simply not worth the time and effort to get there, the strain on a city car to drive on such awful roads, and the 14 hours return drive from Jakarta. I'd rather stay one night in a 4-star hotels for less money.

Perjalanan yang menempuh 6-7jam dari jakarta setelah sampai lelahnya sudah hilang karena view dan tempatnya bagus banget,..bersih..dan pelayananan ramah, baik dan cepat hanya 1 aja air di shower kamar mandi kecil sekali overall TOP BANGET

Kamar Bocor ”

Suasana tenang

Pada saat menginap di lojiwood, cottages yang kami tempati terdapat kebocoran sehingga air hujan masuk. Akibatnya mengenai peralatan elektronik kami, salah satunya handphone saya rusak akibat terkena air hujan yang masuk . Selain itu lampu teras mati dan remote a/c tidak berfungsi. Tersedia kolam renang tapi tidak bisa digunakan karena airnya nampak kotor. Arena bermain anak dalam kondisi rusak dan menyebakan anak kami terjatuh saat bermain. Tidak ada tindakan apapun dari petugas cottage mengenai hal ini.
