Fantastic gem close to Old Town”

If you are looking for value, cleanliness, and location then look no further as Little Town Villa Hoi An is your answer! We spent five nights at Little Town and could not be more pleased with our decision as we had decided to cancel a previous booking at another hotel in order to stay here. The hotel has recently opened and it easily apparent that making everything with high-quality materials was paramount. Lovely little bonsai like plants dot the compact grounds adding a nice touch. The family who built and run the hotel are delightful and will do anything to make your stay a perfect one. Situated not far from Old Town with plenty of restaurants nearby plus you have the complimentary breakfast option. The pool is a perfect size and temperature and it's easy to spend an hour or more in at after a day of cycling or the beach. Can't recommend this fantastic gem enough!!

Perfect Stay in Hoi An!”

I had a perfect stay at the Little Hanoi Villa. It's a very new hotel and you have to be a little forgiving of the service sometimes, they are young and still learning, but the friendliness and hospitality more than makes up for this. It was like staying in an intimate homestay, but with all the comforts of a nice hotel, like a big room with a very comfortable bed, minibar, great wifi, safe, aircon etc. The hotel is brand new and everything in my room was still sparkling. The bathroom is stunning, even has a tub. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the old town and you can also get a bicycle to drive around. I would stay there again if I come back to Hoi An.

Wonderful little hotel with superb staff”

We loved this hotel. Could not find fault, it was just perfect. The rooms were big and immaculate, the staff were so friendly and helpful it just added to what was a fantastic stay in Hoi An. The old town was only a couple of minutes walk away with many restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool but it looked fantastic. We really wanted to go and feed the monkeys at Son Tra while we were there, the owner and her husband drive us there and we went for lunch to, such kind, lovely people. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to come back some day.

Absolutely perfect! ”

We stayed the past week at Little Town Villas and by the end of it we did not want to leave. All of the staff are incredibly kind-- we didn't get in till almost midnight on the first night, and the owner of the hotel had fresh fruit smoothies waiting for us on our arrival. Breakfast every morning is delicious and has a great variety from sweet to savory (also I am going to miss those banana pancakes!). The facilities are very clean and they provide fresh bottled water everyday. Location is superb with just a short walk to Old Town (but enough distance where at night it is quiet). We cannot wait to come back again next year-- Shantel and Vincent. P.s. she also has a tailor shop next door that is quite good.

great place to stay”

we were a big family and stayed in two rooms. everyone enjoyed staying in this hotel. there were not a variety of food but it was warm and good. we were satisfied. Pool was not huge but depth of pool was various so it was fun to swim. the staff were very kind and helpful when i have questions and needed a taxi. 10 mins walk to main street of old town but it's a straight way so it's easy to find. u can also use a bike there. like to stay again if i visit Hoi An.

Exceptional”

Friendly owner. Walking distance to ancient old town. Room is big, and highly recommended if you are looking for a accommodation in Hoi an. Less than 5mins walk to The Hill Station where the food and coffee is superb.

Excellent place to stay in Hoi An”

Little Town Villas would really suit any traveller. The pool is excellent. It is an easy walk to the centre of town and the staff are fantastic. Such great value for money.

Best friendly hotel”

You will not regretted staying in this new hotel. Owners are very friendly and helpful and work so hard to make sure your stay is like being at home. Breakfast and homemade juices are great. We stayed in a family room. The room is mega spacious. Swimming pool is clean and kids enjoyed it very much. Free bicycle where you could cycling around definitely make everything so close by. The location is only 10mins from the old town which is great. My son had a high fever one day and the owners arranged a doctor visit to the hotel. The caring of staffs always making sure my son is well are priceless. They even making lemon honey juices for my son and takeaway breakfast as we depart very early. One of the best hotel we stayed so far in terms of value and family feels. Even better than the 5 stars hotel we stayed before.

Lovely staff, always upto speed to help you with whatever you need. Beds, the breakfast, everything is great. Laundry also a good price per kilo. Bycicle rent for free. Thank you, cam un ban!

Amazing Hotel ”

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, such a family feel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool was brilliant with the kids and the breakfast was great. Getting to town is easy on the bikes. Our 9yr old isn't a confident rider so she sat on the back and our 12yr old master them toads with ease. A week here was nothing but brilliant!

Great value with friendly and helpful staff”

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the market and ancient town. The room is spacious with a private balcony and great wifi and a TV. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to fulfil any requests. I would say they have a really great breakfast for a boutique hotel -a mix of the local food and also western. Great place!

Best Hotel in Vietnam! Hoi An ”

I truly loved this place, if you are looking for an authentic and quiet, this is the one. Feel cozy, love the pool and the staff are amazing, the manager was so lovely!!! I was looking a for charming and not too crowded hotel, this one has it all. Close to all markets, very well located. And clean room. Will come back, thank you for having us!

A peaceful, hidden oasis ”

Stayed here with a friend and it was heavenly! Staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were deluxe and so comfortable. The property is a hidden oasis, steps away from ancient town. The pool was clean and refreshing, the breakfast buffet was simple but lovely. I just can't recommend it enough! You will love it, guaranteed!

New and warm small hotel”

This hotel is only away from ancient town around 10 mins by walk and opreated by a warm family. Everything is quiet new and good quality. They also provide delicious breakfast especially good teasty Vietnamese coffee. Stay here just like your home, if you come to Hoian, this is a good choice for you.

Lovely place to stay”

Perfect location right next to old town ( 5 mins walk). Beautiful boutique hotel with a great pool which came in handy during the hot days. Staff were great and very easy to get around with the complimentary bicycles the hotel had.

Very good hospitality”

The location is closer (7 minutes' walk) to the morning wet market but a longer walk of about 15 to 20 minutes to the riverside, Japanese bridge and the night market. The family is very hospitable. They run a tailor shop called Tan Tan next to the hotel and the quality is good. Less than USD25 for a short sleeved made to measure men shirt is a good deal. My husband tailored 5 shirts and waa happy with it.
