Comfortable and Charming!”

Stayed at Little PP Hometel for 3 nights and cannot say enough good things about this charming hotel. Service is extraordinary, rooms are very comfortable and location is super. When you need any support - ask the staff or Tree. Would highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time I'm in Surat Thani

Nice and comfy..”

Little PP was our stopover for a night before catching our flight back to KL. Travelling from Koh Samui was hectic so this was a good stop for a days rest. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were great. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. However I seem to think that asking for 3000 baht as deposit a little too much. Maybe cause we took 3 rooms, I'm not sure. To add to that you were not able to use your credit card for the deposit hence leaving you with 3000 baht extra upon checking out. Since we were leaving for the airport from the hotel we had nowhere to spend that money, unless you want to waste it on overpriced items at the airport. Besides that, our stay at Little PP was good. They had a pretty comfortable bed and a reasonably good shower. Staff were very helpful especially when asked to organize the airport transfer. Price for the transfer was very reasonable as well. Location wise was a bit hit and miss. Close to a lot of the attractions but you still needed a tuk tuk. The tuk tuks were cheap though, charging around 20 baht per person to most of the major attractions. A little advise, if taking the Seatran bus from the jetty, just show the driver Little PP's address and he will take you to a bus stop which is about 1km walking distance to the hotel.

Clean and comfortable with charming staff”

The little pp is great for a short stay in Surat Thani. The hotel is spotlessly clea , comfortable beds with good quality linen and highspeed wifi. There is a small coffee shop on the ground floor which is fine for a snack. The location of the hotel is away from what seems to be the newer center of town so the only restaurants within walking distance are very basic local eateries. For places with menus in English or western options it is best to head to one of the malls or bigger hotels. There is a 7-11 within walking distance. If you have trouble with stairs then make sure you request a low floor room. My room was on the 4th floor which involved lots of steps and heaving bags on check in and check out. The rooms do not have a safe to secure valuables, possibly something for the management to consider for the future? All round a lovely little place with very sweet staff who were very helpful.

True Definition of a Boutique Hotel”

This lovely little hotel is a bit of an oasis in this town. With a very small footprint, it’s easy to drive right past it. Snuggled up front by the entrance is a small cafe that makes great expresso, and where you can also have breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms are spotless the bed is comfortable and the pillows are brilliant. The owner used excellent fixtures throughout the hotel and it shows. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Most hotels you go to offer a couple of plastic bottles of free water, this hotel offers you two big glass bottles of filtered water as we well as more filtered water in a cooler in the corridor - nice touch.

Neat, Clean and Comfortable Stay in a Small Town”

After wonderful trip to Koh Samui, we had a transit stay at Surat Thani before leaving for home. Not much mentioned regarding the town. But, the location of the hotel was convenient. Convenient store and restaurant can be found next road. The riverside night market was a bit far from the hotel but still within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. We really had a good rest after long hours of ferry and bus transit. From bed to bathroom, everything were good. The lobby and cafe were nice and comfortable. We can rest while waiting for check-in. The cafe was cozy and entrance walkway was decorated with a lot of plants giving nature feeling within the city. Unfortunately, due to a early flight, we cannot try the food and drink before check out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no problem during check-in and check-out processing. Overall, it will be a good place to stay if you visit Surat Thani.

Highly Recommend This Hotel”

I had to stay one night in Suratthani to catch the morning flight. I glad that I choose this hotel, the room is big, neat, and clean, and the staff also helpful. My room was facing to the main street, even though I am a light sleeper but I still could sleep well. I am highly recommend this hotel!

Super hotel ”

Clean room. Good bed (bed sheet smelled super fresh, just cleaned). Good modern bathroom with nice warm shower. Silent (new type) airco unit in the room Breakfast was good. Staff was super helpful. Like the industrial style of this hotel. Definitely worth the extra price compared to other hotels in this area that are not so good, clean&hygenic as this hotel. Checking out the nearby food market and Surat thani central plaza mall with eng cinema was fun. You could also make a 1 or 2 day trip to khao sok National Park from here.

Nice & comfy room,high speed wireless internet connection,staffs are friendly n helpful,due the hotel is in the shop lots there is no lift for lift up for those with trolley bag to check in. Really thumb up for the manager ,he is friendly n helpful ,assist & advise us a lot, what is so lovely in this hotel -there is a cafe for guest or walk in to dine in,indeed on the coffee is really aromatic ,pastries are tasty ,price are cheap n good relaxing environment. For night market distance from the hotel is 800m, For river market is a bit far from hotel need to take Tuk Tuk to there bout 10minutes drive. Distance to airport take 30 minutes drives. Highly recommend on this hotel, Is new,clean n comfy. 👍

Good for a brief stay”

Very clean and extra helpful and knowledgeable manager. Little on the pricey side given there were no amenities. Breakfast overpriced and not really worth it, but presented very nicely and the eggs were lovely. Great service and able to leave luggage when travelling to the islands which was extremely useful. All in all, was a nice place to stay and good alternative to a large hotel. Would return and recommend.

Perfect for a stop to the ferry”

We just need a hotel to get our shuttle to the ferry to Koh Samui next day. The hotel was perfect, nice room and very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was not included and cost 200 Baht but it was huge and very good. Staff helped us to get a cheap transport to our meeting point - they were very nice!

A little treasure nestled in Surat”

A little treasure tucked away in Surat Thani. Very comfortable with a lovely coffee shop. Good security access. Would definitely recommend.

Comfy, Clean and Friendly staffs”

We only stay for a night in Surat Thani but we have a nice experience during the stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice arrangement of the breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious and feels like home. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. TV Channel all in Thai. Sharing fridge (at the corridor), no hairdryer in the room. Overall is relaxing and comfy stay. Walking distance to night market but all shops closed early maybe its on Sunday, try to get a tuk tuk.

NICE BUT WITH DRAWBACKS”

This small hotel is easy to find. It does not have private parking but it was possible to park safely on the main road outside the hotel door. Thai and English breakfasts were tasty. The room was comfortable but beware if you are a light sleeper on the top (4th) floor because you can hear the water pump all night long. The place was spotlessly clean.

We stayed only one night, but the place is awesome. The owners are truly committed to the place and so nice and helpful. If you’re travelling to one of the islands and you have a boat ticket already bought, tell them and they’ll organize the boat company to pick you up at the hotel. We had Lomprayah and the transfer is 50thb.

If you’re looking for the 1 night spot before or after Koh Samui - this is it! Located 10min from the night market and 3 blocks from Seatran ferry office - we had a great stay. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and our reception and host (Tree) was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again when we pass through again in a several days.

Location is not ideal”

There is only one attraction in Surat Thani that your hotel should be near, and that is the night market. This hotel is not near the night market or anything else for that matter. There also is no refrigerator in the room. The hotel is very cute with comfortable beds and good coffee served downstairs, but for half the price you can stay in a hotel near the night market that is just as comfortable.

Stayed 1 night, great experience”

Pros: manager extremely helpful and gave us a ride to market when we didn't arrive until 9 pm and couldn't get tuk tuk to stop. It was our most comfortable mattress since we arrived in Thailand and was extremely clean. Balcony view wasn't good, but loved the spacious room.

Incredible staff great space ”

Staff were incredible booking transport for our ferry and directions to night market. Comfortable beds and close to night markets and water in room that is filtered. Excellent coffee shop below!
