an undiscovered gem”

i had a wonderful stay here, although it was just for 1 night. i was traveling with my older parents and they enjoyed it as well. the tv has very few channels but i barely looked at it. the parking was secure, and receptionist kindly reminded us to park at the 2nd floor where security would be tighter and overnight fee for guests would be only RM10 (we originally parked on the 4th floor). the room was spacious as well, all 3 of us adults could walk around and not run into each other. the beds were comfortable as well, my elderly mother who usually has trouble sleeping, slept like a baby during our stay. eateries we’re near and plenty, we went to kedai kopi 33 lintas which had a delicious array of choices (non-halal) as well as jia siang (non-halal) which was full even during night time. there was also a pizza hut nearby for fast food lovers and rhb bank a few steps away if you need cash. it may look and feel old, but i highly recommend this place. this hotel is one of my top hotels in kk now.

Convenient location and nice hotel”

I must have lost count of the number of occasions (more than 10) I stayed in this hotel. Before that I stayed in other nearby hotels. The hotel is comparable or better than higher rating with large nice rooms, comfortable bed and bathrooms. The location is absolutely perfect, 10 minutes from airport and next door to many banks, restaurants, shops and cafes. The receptions and cleaning staff are friendly, polite and have excellent communication skills. I think their facility maintenance procedures need to be improved. On many occasions I found the safety box or the fridge in the room not working but they attended to the problem immediately.

Spacious room with affordable room rate”

This is the best hotel you will have in Lintas area. The room is spacious and comfortable with affordable room rate. The bathroom is clean and the shower head has no problem. Very nice hotel and the location is very strategic if you wish to walk nearby lintas area.

Excellent”

I am a regular visitor of this hotel. They are currently undergoing renovation and the hotel feels new and refreshing as if they just newly open for business. The room is beautiful just like a 5 star hotel, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for it's location, it has a lot of local eateries and offices, which is a perfect place for a business traveler like me.

Lintas View Hotel location is very perfect close to airport and close to downtown, around the hotel have many choice of restaurant, convenience store and you feel safety and that area. This is 2nd review, 1st day in KK we stay in Lintas view hotel after that wego to Kundasang Valley Sabah, when back to KK we make decision stay another 2 days in Lintas view hotel

A parking for car is quet dificult because I need to park at public park .I need to show a parking coupon if then it can be compound charge to you.A parking operation time at 9am untill 5pm after that you no need to show parking coupon.U can be get a parking coupon at DBKK counter at nearest park.If you dont have car you can refer agoda apps for rent taxi or car...tq for good service and facilities at hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem of Kota Kinabalu, it has the price of a 3 star hotel but the room and service of a 5 star. There are renovation and upgrading being done, the repainted corridor and rooms looks like newly opened hotel. Recommended
