Great Value and Location”

This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it. It’s a great value and located only a few miles from Disney. The room was clean and well furnished. The only thing I’ll mention is that the shower is a bit on the small side - it didn’t affect us but if you were bigger it may. Overall a great stay and the right price.

A Hidden Treasure!”

I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room to the extent that I had to compliment the manager. The front desk staff are very friendly and understanding. They are very willing to assist the guest. I highly recommend this hotel!

Never again!!”

We will never stay there again! They accidentally gave our room away while we were at Disney because they thought that we had left. The keys never worked. The office wasnt open for breakfast and coffee like we were told. The room was full of tiny spiders and the floors were caving in. The bathroom was really dirty and the toilet didn't flush.

This was presented as a 3-star hotel. Far from it. Does Agoda assign these ratings or allow the hotelier to choose? There was no phone in the room. The accommodations might have rated two stars on a good day. We were promised breakfast but it was closed up.

Horrible experience ”

Hotel was closed when we arrived and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to give us a room key and since all of the hotels in the area were already booked to capacity and we had to sleep in our car that night. The next morning they extended our stay till the next night but after being at the parks all day and coming back the key card didn’t work and the office was closed again and our stuff was locked inside the room and we had to sleep in our car for a second night to wait for the office to open to get our things out. The owner can never be contacted and didn’t help at all and it was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst Customer Service Ever!”

We booked a two night stay. Our room was very old. Many of the rooms had been renovated but they would not move us into one of those. We received no maid service our second day nor did we receive new towels. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. I was told at reception that they only clean "every other day." I was not told that when I checked in and there was no sign to that effect. I spoke to the manager on the phone because I felt that I should be reimbursed for the night that I slept in a dirty room. He was very rude and said I would have to take that up with Agoda. He even went so far as to say that this is a "motel" and if I want maid service like that, I should pay more and got to a "hotel." Actually there are many people living there so I would call it more of a "Halfway House." I definitely would not recommend this "Motel."

Yikes!”

cheap rate, but even still the bed was horribly uncomfortable and tiny barely large enough for a couple. Which I can deal with that but what really upset me is when some of my wife’s clothing disappeared from the room while we were gone, I do not like making accusations without proof but when things are missing that you know were there when you left it’s kinda hard no too.

I traveled with a legally registered Support animal. The owner gave me a hard time about her and wanted to charge me a fee for her

Got there Sunday evening and lobby was closed, sign said business hours 8am to 7pm mon-Sat and closed on Sundays.
