the hotel is on pham ngu lao road on district 1. near cho ben thanh and other the things to see. the room is very clean and the service is wonderful. liberty 4 is only 2 minutes from liberty 3, same road,same price, but its so differnt. everythings is better on liberty 4. i have been in ho chi minh city a lot of time. and stay in a lot of hotel with that price, but on liberty 4 you got more for the money.

Enjoyable Stay”
Liberty 4 is in Saigon District 1 which is great for holiday makers. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants, travel agents etc in the immediate vicinity. Also close to many of Saigons city attractions, night markets, parks, the river, reunification place etc. Saigon is an interesting city, very busy. Even crossing the road is an experience. Trips to the Mekong, city tours and trips to the Cu Chi tunnels are very cheap and good value. Downside of hotel. No window in room made it very dark. No parking even on the street. Not even easy for taxis to stop outside.

Excellent hotel in every way”
This hotel lived up to everything I had read in the reviews before I booked. The staff were helpful and organised my airport transfers, which were there on time. My room was very large and spotlessly clean and it had a balcony overlooking the city park, which was great. The room was very large with very comfortable beds and the hotel provide 2 free bottles of water every day. The bathroom had lovely toiletries and a great hairdrier. The safe was attached to the wall, too so I was happy to leave my valuables. The hotel arranged some tours, too. My overall impression was that it was a very well run hotel and I will definately stay there again if I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

We had enjoyed the 3-night stay especially the buffet breakfast. The nice is near ben than market and saigon square where you can find cheap prices for any types of clothing and accessories. You can enjoy the City Tour of Ho Chi Minh from hotel to nearby scenic/hitorical views. You must get the direction map from the lobby/information center of the hotel to give directions of the following must see on a day tour without spending much like the Opera House, War Remnants, Saigon Cathedral Church, Ben Than Market, Saigon Square, and many more... Try to explore the Cu-Chi Tunnel and the Mekong River Day Tour on nearby travel agencies. Staff were very accommodating. Complaint about this hotel is their aircon and their elevator is just good for 2 people with luggage. We love the Massage for a total of 1 hr and 30mins for body and foot spa. We would definitely come back because of the breakfast buffet. Taste Good!

In my Southeast Asia travels, I've found that there's always something broken or missing in a hotel room. Given that I have simple needs, I stick with budget hotels and keep my expectations low. The Liberty Hotel Saigon Parkview is THE BEST one I've stayed at so far. Air-con works, there's a desk, there's a place to set up your luggage, there's no smell, the room is pretty spacious. My only complaint is that the gym is pretty sad... But you're not there for the gym so whatever.

Liberty 4 Hotel is just great value”
Great location, next to the many little restaurants, pubs and tourist bureaus offering various tour packages. The hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly. Reception staff and porters all spoke english very well and could answer any queries and give directions and tips with no hesitation. Breakfast buffet was very good with a large assortment of Western and local food on offer. I had my birthday while staying here and reception suprised me on the day by presenting me with a birthday cake. The staff just seemed to go out of their way to make you feel at home. In all i feel it was great a value for money hotel. Will book the hotel again when i next visit and will recomend it to all my freinds that intend to visit Ho Chi Minh city

Pleasant stay at Liberty 4”
A very rewarding experience overall. the lobby was well appointed with very attentive front desk personnel. Location is perfect as it is fronting the park outside the hotel and one can walk in the evening and relax. The hotel is very near and accessible to all forms of food and entertainment. Presence of candies offerings at the reception desk makes the guests feel they are all welcome. A vey pleasant stay in Ho Chi Minh city at Liberty 4 Hotel.

Nice room, good location, helpful staff”
Our room was on the eighth floor on one side of the hotel with a view over the city but away from all traffic noise. The room was large, and and had all we needed for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds, a room safe, tea & coffee making equipment, and a clean bathroom with tub and shower. Staff were helpful. There was a good buffet breakfast offered in the ninth floor restaurant. The location was great as there were many restaurants nearby and a fun night market just a ten minute walk away. We'd stay here again f we're ever back in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great Location with great , friendly staff”
We booked for a balcony room (executive deluxe), however when we arrived we were told there were no balcony rooms available. When I queried this, they happily upgraded us to their Liberty Suite which was fantastic. It had a seperate sitting area , and a balcony at the front of the hotel. Location is right in the middle of the tourist district, and near bars, restaurants, and tour companies. Staff were always friendly, spoke a reasonable level of english and always tried to help.They were also more attentive than many hotels in Vietnam. Breakfast - Fantastic, HUGE choice, both western, asian, and continental. Served on the 9th floor, and we sat on the terrace overlooking the city. Very Nice. Restaurant - On 9th floor, again, very good food, attentive staff, and reasonable prices sitting on the terrace under the stars watching the chaos below. Security - Good, they had 2 or 3 security guards at the entrance every time we went in or out, but they were quite unobtrusive. Bar - Mmmmm...strange one this, as it is not really a family bar in a tourist hotel. You need to go through 2 doors and the blackened glass makes you wonder. When you enter, the bar is staffed by 10 ish Vietnamese young ladies wearing quite revealing uniforms, and while the atmosphere was good, and the girls friendly, it was a bit offputting seeing old Asian men pawing at the girls. I think a bar like this is ok for businessmen, but I know my girlfriend was a little uncomfortable in here, and she's no prude :P

Great Location, Clean and Cheap”
Staff are friendly and helpful. The Liberty is clean and we stayed in the Junior Suite which was large. We have stayed in this hotel twice and for the price it is of good standard. The breakfast is included in the price of your room and has something for all tastes. If you are on a budget in Ho Chi Minh try this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

Stayed there before, was pleased then so his was a repeat stay. Good value for the price, but note this is not a "luxury" 5 star hotel. However as I said it is good value for it's price and I will certainly plan on staying there again if I return to Ho Chi minh City in the future. Always get the "breakfast included" with your booking as he Breakfast Buffet has a large variety of Vietnamese as well as international food. This area is a tourist area of HCMC and within a couple of blocks of this hotel, you can find everything from coffee shops to Tour agencies or shopping available. That's what I would call a City Central location. Nice area, but hotel is still quiet enough for sleeping at night, Again, expect to stay at this hotel again when I have the opportunity.

Good location”
Hotel is on a very busy street but there's a park directly across from entrance. This was a great place for walking any time of the day or evening and so enjoyable to interact with the locals who were playing badmitten, frisbee, or exercising. After walking to nearby market, museums, and palace on the very busy streets, this was a welcome treat to walk after dinner in the park. Restaurants nearby served good food at reasonable price. There are 4 Liberty Hotels in Saigon and think they are all managed by very competent helpful staff.

Liberty 4 Hotel Feel At Home ”
We booked two rooms online before leaving home for HCMC, not really knowing what to expect. Arriveing at Liberty 4 in the heart of Saigon the taxi had to stop on the other side of the street, it's one way, staff came across to help us with our luggage and to negotiate the standard motorbike traffic. We stayed two nights then were able to leave our luggage at no cost while we took a 3 day side tour, we had booked one more night for our return which was given at a discount. On return we were upgraded at no cost to superior rooms. After a couple of weeks touring Vietnam we again booked rooms online for our last night, we were greeted like old friends when we arrived back at the hotel and were able to arrange a late checkout as our flight was not until 9.30pm. We enjoyed our time at Liberty 4 and would recommend it to anyone.Our group of 3 comsisted of: 15 year old, 56 year old and an 84 year old.

We have visited Saigon many times, first time we have stayed at Liberty 4. As we knew the location right in the centre of the tourist area of Dist.1 thought we would try it. What a good choice it proved to be. Our room was large and well appointed, a balcony overlooking the park with a great night-time view. There were fresh roses in the room, and room was serviced daily, well worth the extra cost. Breakfast on the roof was a delight, the service was excellent. All the staff at Liberty 4 were very friendly and helpful. Our friends who were enjoying their first visit to Vietnam were impressed with the service. We will be staying here on our future visits.

Good Value for Money”
Even you have to be careful with your belongings in this town, I always felt sefe in this hotel. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast you get at the top floor and you have a nice view over the city with the possibility to sit outsite. The two small lifts may cause some waiting time, at the busiest times, but you still can use stairs. If I come back to Ho Chi Minh I will book here again.

great location, lovely hotel”
we had a 3 night stay here over new year. overall a nice hotel, with a great location near district 1 of ho chi minh city. rooms were clean and the staff were nice and friendly. we only made breakfast once but regretted not going on the previous days. theres a great bakery a few metres up the road called ABC which is well worth a visit.

Great location and fantastic balcony room”
My husband and I stayed at the Liberty 4 for 7 days. We were originally booked into a room without a balcony and after discussions with the management we were able to upgrade to a balcony room overlooking a park for just an extra per night. The room was lovely serviced every day and it was great to come home to it every day after a busy day of sightseeing in and around Saigon. The hotel also offered facilities such as a salon, gym and spa. It was great to be able to access these facilities at most times of the day and evening. The in-house breakfast was very extensive and offered a variety of items to suit either European, Asian or English tastes. Would highly recommend this hotel - value for money.

Good value for money for business and hol trips”
I book the hotel on-line prior to my trip after reading the reviews from past guests. Hotel is well located in the busy downtown of ho chi minh city. No surprises when I arrived. Check in was a breeze although I was a little surprise when the front desk executive retain my passport for the duration of my stay and they is no need to swipe my credit card as deposit unlike other hotels I have stayed in other countries. No a problem though.The room I stayed was on the sixth floor and the right size I expected although the bed I requested was a king size but was given two single beds instead. The breakfast on the 9th floor restaurant was good with enough variety for both asian and western travellers and have a great view of the city at the roof top. The location of the hotel is about 10 mins to the main market. It is quite an experience walking in the park in the eve with locals hanging out.
