Best Value around Sawarna area”

I went here with my scootering friends. We were a group of four. We booked the 2 bed-room cottage, and it was huge and spacious, it has a kitchen. Location is great, and the vicinity is also very spacious with ample parking space and playground if you are group traveler. The best part is its dog-friendly. Mas Uyung and Pak Anto were very welcoming and generous for we did arrive a bit earlier the first day and they let us check-in early with a small amount of fee. The only down aspect was the fridge. It smells like fish, I believe someone before us had used it for storing fish/shrimp. All and all, for the value of money, We had great time there. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

Not the best one but the located is quite good to stay quarantine with family. Eve though I stay here during pandemic, but this resort mostly is outdoor area, the have pool overlooking the beach. Not too much activities but we still can playing on the beach right after the resort. Nice experience stay here during new year eve!

Good view, low facilities. ”

Have a good view near beach, we arrived at 8pm not recommended go in there after 6pm cz not have light on the road. The water sometimes have sometimes not. Far from restaurants so make sure u bring food for dinner.

Worst place we ever stayed at. The staff didn't even look up from their phone and only pijnted to our rooms and never moved an inch. The beaches are quite nice but the beach huts where we stayed were absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms weren't even cleaned, there was pee and pubic hair on the toilet seat and the toilet immediately got blocked and the whole room smelled like a public toilet. The second night there was a large cockroach in the room so me and my daughter slept in the car the second night because of the horrible toilet smell and cockroach.🪳

Best view with private beach”

this resort is a small resort with only 5 units of resort/rooms. every room is equipped with all hotel facilities + private kitchen, shared refrigerator, barbeque, shared picnic table, and some rooms are heading directly to the private beach of pelabuhan ratu bay. large theatre window/door will give us maximum view to the beach. only few steps to the beach with only us and some fishermen boats. very quiet and calm wave. good for children to play and swim.

amazing resort”

arrived there very late at night, but the staff mr syarifudin welcome us warmly our room already prepared, spacious, clean and cozy bed air conditioning is enough, kitchenette is plus when we woke up next morning , we found this place really nice and well positioned, next to the beach with its own access a big area for my kids to running around gazebo with view over the beach This is really a hidden spot All is nice and the staff also , mr syarifudin and mr uyung will be back next holiday

nice short retreat”

The room is spacious and suit for family. Right in front of the beach. The management only needs to fix the water shower so the water can spurt out better. The rest is ok. You can ask to the staff for grill fish and coconut fresh from the tree. Feels like home. :)

Nice beach area”

The hotel is a little Spartan, nice single story buildings, with cathedral ceilings, just big and empty, a bed and a table. Kitchenette room, but we didn't use it,, no stove or fridge, or anything. The bathroom is showing it's age, with dirty grout, broken hose, and only cold water plumbed. No food in this hotel, but they will send out for delivery food, which was good. Hotel has no reception desk as such, an empty room used as an office. Transport in and out is difficult, no taxis or buses in this region, the ojek motorbike is about the only method. The beach area is nice, almost private, the Indian ocean has big waves, good for surfing, but brown and murky so zero visibility for snorkeling. If you enjoy living in a remote non touristy area, you might enjoy this.

Cocok banget buat acara honeymoon, keren banget sih soalnya tempatnya, bisa liat sunrise, dan yang paling cocok itu buat acara keluarga, outing dll yang ramean, garden party atau acara wedding outdor gitu. Bagus luas dan nyaman. Pokonya ingin balik ke sini lagi hehe. Coba di kasi gratisan min hehe

Not worth for the money”

I don't know who put 3 stars, it doesn't even provide towel. The living room is large but empty. The second bed is toosmall. The price is not worth with facilities. The only good think, it has nice and quite beach in vicinity.

New Hotel with no facility and proper toileteries”

We stayed 1 night here. The family cottage is the only building in the center of the field heading to beach. You may enjoy direct view to beach and hear the wave sound, and sun rise. However, remember to bring your own toiletteries as they will not provide it to you. We have to order the staff to buy soap from the local convenient store, The entrance gate is very dangerous and you have to be careful when stopping you car when entering the complex, as well as when you leaving the complex. No restaurant, but the staff offer their service to buy from nearest food stall. The WC cover is broken and can make a scratch on your skin.

Minimum facilities”

I booked the room for two nights, but checked out earlier after 1 night, because somehow it looked like an abandon hotel. Heard from the one and only worker who showed the room, it's going to have a change of owner by Jan 2023. It wasn't a convenient stay for us: 1. The wild grass were tall allover the places, and it stuck/ poked our clothes when we walked though it. 2. No restaurant/ kitchen/ basic kitchen supplies like kettle or a cup. 3. So many small ants allover the room (toilet, table, wall) 4. There was a dead rat head on the front terrace (I guess it was the cat's leftover) Good things were: AC and water heater worked perfectly fine.

広い敷地に1軒、コテージが建っています。従業員も若い青年が２名いるだけ。この二人が専属のパドラーサービスを提供してくれます。バーベキューの魚の買い出しを手伝いから後片付けまで、全部やってくれます。 広い敷地に1軒、不思議でしたが、ホテルの建築予定があり、高速が開通してジャカルタから早くなったら、存在しなくなるでしょう。 今だけのおススメです。

大勢での宿泊向け”

広い敷地がほぼ貸切状態のため、グループで滞在すれば楽しめると思う。 カップルもありかもしれないが、一人では寂しすぎると思う。 海辺の何もないところにある、1軒やのイメージです。

過度な期待は禁物”

貸切別荘の感覚。 周りに何もなく、寂しいが家族で和気藹々と過ごすにはいいかも。コテージと言うより、山のバンガローに泊まるくらいの気持ちで泊まればいいと思う。

部屋に虫が多い（特にアリの大群） 夜チェックインしてシャワーを浴びようとしたら、バスタオルがなく伝えたが、タオル置き場に入れるスタッフが居ないと言われ、当日はシャワーを諦めた。シャワーは水です。テレビも壊れていた。 屋根から雨漏りがあり、荷物が濡れた。朝食もなく一泊5千円以上の価値は全く無いです。もう次はありません。
