Easy stay!”

My two friends and I decided to stay in Le Méridien Putrajaya for a night as part of our 5-star hotels conquer plan in Putrajaya! The Signature Twin room was big enough for 3 of us, we instantly felt like home. During our stay, we had a room service - food for dinner. The presentation of the food was very good but the taste was just average - we had Seafood Pizza and Mee Goreng Mamak. Breakfast menu had an à la carte variety to choose from though the taste was merely mediocre too. Access to the IOI City Mall was quick and convenient, it was connected. Nevertheless, the overall stay was very pleasant and memorable.

This is my first time staying with Le Meridien and I have no regrets. Checking-in was long but I don't blame the staff, he had to handled a group of fussy people so we switched queues and checked-in within 10 minutes. Went into the room and it was deocrated with balloons because it was my 28th birthday. The room is also very spacious as compared to most rooms in KL. Hotel provides free parking too. The swimming pool is decent. I have been staying in the Marriott properties and by far, this is the only kids club without any staff mending it. Normally, there will be staffs where they will give out colouring papers, do origamis etc. The kids club, plain boring! Second day, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake and I am really touched by the sweet gesture. The hotel is linked to IOI City Mall, a short 2 minutes walk from the hotel lobby. A money changer right beside the hotel too! IOI City Mall offers a variety of restaurants, we could just stay in the hotel without having to drive around. Also, very convenient for families with young children, after shopping we could just head back to the hotel to nap or use the washroom instead of using the public washing room. And, we can also catch a late night movie without worrying about safety. There is a cinema in IOI City Mall. Already planning to return! Thanks Le Meridien, Putrajaya! 👍

Wonderful service and fluffy bed! ”

I went for an event that is located at the Le Meridien putrajaya for 4 days 3 nights. The staff was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Room service was excellent. I need some food for my medication in the middle of the night. Rang room service and gotten a great meal! The Bed and pillow was very fluffy! the best pillow I ever slept in my life. It is like sleeping on clouds. Once me and my partner lay down, there is no getting back up after a tired day. A great thing about this location that it's connected to the mall! The IOI mall is just beside and connected to the hotel. It's large and full of varieties of shops . I am really satisfied with my stay at the Le Meridien Putrajaya.

This was my 1st best review for year 2018 and 1 word to describe AWESOME. Having a very nice weekend with beloved family as well as celebrate wife birthday. staff was very helpful and friendly, management well prepare to welcome us with complimentary and simple room decoration for my wife birthday. Le Meridian Putrajaya is a very good hotel. Room 1306 is very spacious and clean with oversized Twin beds. Not too many TV channels but adequate, WiFi worked great, 4 waters and 4 pillows, good controllable AC, shower with tub etc. Also free parking and no cash deposit required. 2 minor issues. The bathroom sink drains really slow. And was made to queue 25 minutes for check in, and a further hour for my key cards as room was not ready even though I checked in at 3.10pm. However, staff was polite and kind to extend checkout time to 2pm. Further, we were given a small complimentary cake the next morning as it was my daughter’s birthday week belated. Nice gesture like this makes this establishment a 5 star. Will definitely return if price is affordable. Keep up the good work!

If you drive, this is one of the best option to stay. Not all 5 star hotel are good. But Le Méridien Putrajaya really meet the standard

We are returned guests. Le Meridien Putrajaya always be our all time favourite hotel. Not all facilities are open to guest like swimmping pool, kids room and gym due to the pandemic covid-19. However all the staff are really friendly, knowledgable, helpful and really have high quality standard. The hotel maintained a good and excellent SOP to combat with this pandemic like social distancing, wearing mask, hand sanitizing and others. All these really make us feel more safe during our stay. Well done Le Meridien 👍🏻

Great customer service”

Mohd Izzas of front desk was amazing. His demeanor in dealing with us was examplary. It was a late check in and we were tired. He was quick, efficient, informative, understanding and accommodating all at the same time. In general, the room was quite big and location is real convenient being next to the mall. We will return to le meridian putrajaya because of this experience.

we had a great stay at le meridien putrajaya 1. location was convenient as attached to ioi mall so those were tired can easily return 2. your team had prepared some balloons and cake as we are celebrating my husband's birthday, despite the last minute request. minor error was they had written "happy honeymoon" but all is well. 3. breakfast spread was great. some minor details were missing to perfect the dining experience, e.g there was no salted egg at the porridge condiments, sushi selection was not too good. omelette was correctly cooked. juice bar was a plus point. 4. Kids room should have closed slightly later as kids just want to use the pool first. 5. room was spacious. bathroom was great. overall we were very satisfied, had recommended to our family and friends and would love to come back.

Great place to stay for comfort”

This is my last time I have stayed at Le Meridien Putrajaya. It is a great place for comfort. The most attractive thing is connecting IOI Mall. No need to worry about food. The hotel itself provide various facilities and staff is very pleasant. Will stay again to Le Meridien Putrajaya.

Comfortable stay ”

Back for the second time. Stay was another comfortable and pleasant one like the last. Staff at reception always so helpful and friendly. Specifically to a night shift Front Office staff on 14th morning was so helpful to help me use his phone to book a car through another app as did not realise Grab could not accept order on my phone if I opt for cash payment before 7am. What impressed me most was he walked me to driveway to ensure he got the right driver and promised to track on my journey. So sweet of him and his extra mile of service. A big thank you to him. Le Meridien Putrajaya never failed my expectation of their rooms and services.

Short Vacation Putrajaya”

Booked 2 nights executive room for weekend gateway with my family. Such a lovely stay at Le Meridein Putrajaya good food, good staff will visit again in future. only the coridor carpet from lift to room smelly, wallpaper peel off and the even in the room also. our room the wardrobe sliding door almost hit us the moment we enter the room, ensure all the saftey, thank to maintaince guys who fixed the sliding door.. overall good

Choose this hotel just because I have a conference to attend at the same hotel. My first stay in le meridien, and it was a very great experience. As expected, the room was spacious, the bed and pillows are one of the most comfort ones, I sleep like a baby. The bathroom is amazing. Comes with a bath tub. The housekeeping left a cute msg after my room is done which is a nice touch. The hotel is connected to ioi city mall which is a great time to spend and if you’re hungry, lots of choices too. The breakfast spread was above average to me. From continental to our local food is available. Will definitely choose le meridien again!!! I’ve enjoyed my stay here.

I love that the fact le meridien Putrajaya have an easy access the IOI city mall. The room is beautiful but standard enough. The food for breakfast is delicious and have a variety of food selection. I love that I am just a walk away to IOI city mall. the swimming pool was small, I wish for bigger pool and more attractive for kids. But overall, I love the the hotel.

Overall it was just a great experience, we were lucky to get the upper floor room which entitled us to the le meridien lounge( really exclusive and fancy). we had our breakfast there, very cosy, no queue, staff was really friendly, view was excellent and the carrot juice( miss it so much). not sure how we got the room which is super big, our kid could run around it with bathtub and shower. Personal touch like dodol and welcome note from the hotel, very nice touch. As always le meridien never fail to deliver. Just the parking is a bit confusing because under renovation, so please follow the hotel staff instruction. Superb stay.

Le Meridien Putrajaya is always a choice when i travel to Putrajaya. The hotel is convenient in a way that the hotel is attached to IOI City Mall. The room is spacious, exclusive and shut during the stay. Value for money indeed!

Non smoking floor but with smoke smells!”

Pros: Great location - adjacent to IOI Putrajaya, spacious & modern room, great wifi & television channels Cons: I was in a non-smoking room and on a non-smoking floor. However the smoke smells permeate very strongly into the room at night. I complained twice but situation still persisted. Am really disappointed that I did not get to enjoy my stay because I was coughing so bad and checked out early at 10 am. Really wished Le Meridien to step up and be stricter on no-smoking policy with the guests

Staycation-worthy!”

Had a staycation here with my family, room was spacious & clean, staff were very polite & helpful. Unfortunately all their facilities are closed due to CMCO except for the gym (which we enjoyed). The hotel is adjacent to the IOI City Mall and very convenient, it sits just on the outskirts of Putrajaya (abt 5 mins drive from Putrajaya central). Overall, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
