Great luxury hotel near waterfront and nightlife”
Really nice luxury hotel in walking distance to near the waterfront and nightlife. Level 14 has a nearly opened rooftop sky bar which would be probably the best location in Kota Kinabalu. There is also a special private club lounge on level 14 which is worth the daily upgrade if you take advantage of the amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner buffers and drinks. The hotel feels brand new and there was lots to see and explore within the complex. The pool on Level 2 is great relief to avoid the day time heat. The daily night market and other markets are very close by which are worth visiting to see more of the real Kota Kinabalu culture. We highly recommend this hotel for couples, groups and for business conferences. We attended a Wedding dinner on Level 3 and the service and atmosphere were excellent.

Family trip”
It is a must stay hotel in Kota Kinabalu for family trip. Hotel provide a first class service (concierge, reception, room service, food &beverages), friendly staffs and hospitality. It has one of the best Seaview from the room. Basically you can spend the whole day in the room while enjoying sunrise to sunset! Hotel buffet for Lunar New Year Eve was yummy and lots to choose from. Serving staffs are polite and welcoming with smiles. It has a very nice view when visiting the rooftop in a pleasant day. Definetly recommended to friends and relatives who would like to have a well earned holiday in Kota Kinabalu. Thank you for your excellent service!

This hotel is in a great spot location wise. Food is fabulous within and plenty to eat from outside places as well. Night market is directly across the road for more food each night. Staff are very helpful, cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Areas such as hallways and pool were immaculate. I couldn't have been more happier with my stay here and would highly recommend!

Great location, located at City centre and very convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Service was perfect. Pre arrange with hotel on my partner birthday celebration at Favola, it was perfect. Great Hotel ”
I stayed in this hotel about 9 years ago and I marvelled at how nice the hotel had become. I stayed for a night in a room [Vista] facing the sea. The room was nicely decorated and all the things worked well. The staff were nice and friendly. The check-in & out were smooth. The breakfast spread was really sumptuous and tasty. The hotel is located nearby all tourist attractions like the mall, seafood restaurants, shops selling souvenirs and many others. Looking forward to come back here again.

We like this hotel so much first due to its location. Strategic location in the middle of the city, easy access everywhere. Other reason is the hotel is beautiful, modern design and so comfortable especially we travelling with a toddler. After a long day outside at the beach, coming back to this hotel is very relaxing, highly recommended.

Room is newly renovated. We have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast varieties are good, quality of food is good, coffee is good, freshly baked pastry including croissant is good, the only down side of breakfast is the porridge is warm towards cold. Other than that, all are good.

We like to stay this hotel because it very near to Jamilah Jewellery and Pasar Kraftangan (Souviner). Just take around 5 minute only. Besides, near to the Night market and others attractive places such as Sabah State Museum, Signall Hill Observatory and Atkinson Tower. Awesome location with great facilities”
The room is clean, except there's a stain on the window which spoils the sea view. I guess this is due to the rain water. Bed, bathtub and shower all good too. Staff is friendly and helpful. For those who are looking for an easy access in town, especially to go to the "Philippines Market" and the nearby souvenir shop, this is the best hotel. It's within walking distance to all these tourist attractions, but if you are enjoying a sea view, want to relax yourself or want an access to the beach, you might prefer to look for other 4-5 star hotels.

Long que during check in, but the frontdesk staff was very fast and efficient. Our seaview room is true beauty as advertised, very happy. The only lacking thing was the carpet are very very stained. Breakfast spread was delicious, plenty of vege and fruits. Just wish they station more staff at the noodle station.

Went here for our honeymoon and being provided with swan decoration, balloons and also a complimentary yummy chocolate cake! The sea view is awesome and the KK hotspot place (night market, pasar besar and shopping mall) is just next to it just in case you want to buy any dried fish, keronsang and etc :D The best!

Club lounge's view and food quality is above the value! and all the staff are so kind and friendly. Even the chef as well ;) On the other hand, Room condition is a bit old... and room window is dirty. Oh! I recommend the loof top bar to see the sunset. Overall, I really want to recommend this hotel
