Classy Hotel”

It is surely a classy hotel of it's own style. Very lovely interior decor . What you in the website is the actual view in reality. a very brand new boutique hotel with 25 rooms only. Located in Dist 4 Only issue is quite a distant a way to the city centre (15 minutes taxi ride) and only a few local eateries outlet nearby. Hotel does not have a restaurant and therefore no breakfast

We had a really nice stay here, the rooms are really elegant and comfortable for a very reasonable price. The people were really nice and kept a suitcase for us during 10days while we were traveling in the rest of the country. The only downside is it’s not in the center, you’re close by but the walk is not very pleasant. Thanksfully it s very cheap and fast to order taxis through grab app.

The staff were very kind and friendly. They were also very helpful and gave us some assistance when it comes to places and suggestions. The room was kept clean during our stay and they even made a short redecoration as per short notice via facebook. Only thing to note is the water may suddenly change temp but is okay. There was a construction next to our room from the neighbourhood yet still can tolerate.

room was quite small, breakfast option is poor and not vegetarian friendly. everything looks really good but that's about it. the pool has no direct sunlight and wasn't very clean when i was there. the staff doesn't speak very good english but the customer service support through agoda worked perfectly. this wouldn't be my hotel choice next time in saigon.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. My comments are 1. The hotel wanted to keep my passport or resident card till I check out. I didn't feel comfortable about it, as a foreigner. They said it's their hotel policy. Even a hard copy of the passport is not enough for them. 2. The room is small. I was assigned to the room by the stairs/elevator. The noise of the high heels going up and down the stairs is very disturbing. 3. the exhaust fan in the toilet is very noisy also. 4. at night, you can hear someone getting down the mezzanine next door. 5. The location is not far from the city center, but not easy to get to. Overall, you can take a lot of beautiful pictures if you stay there. If you can, pay more for bigger rooms.

아! 정말 최악이네요. 이 호텔은 방음이 전혀 안되는거 같습니다. 맞은편 방에서 밤새도록 무슨 음악을 듣는지 베이스&드럼 소리에 잠을 못자고 이렇게 글을 남기네요. 1층 데스크에 항의하려 내려가다 방 키를 깜빡했는데 자다 일어난 관리자가 인상 쓰면서 방 번호가 몇번이냐고 만 묻네요. 열받아 내려간 사람에게 방번호가 뭐가 그리 중요한지 참나... 자다 일어난 관리자에게 건너방 소음에 대해 이야기하자 ok라고 이야기하고 내려 갔지만 소음은 계속되고 정말 미치겠네요. 화가 많이 나지만 최대한 점잖게 남깁니다. 새벽시간 외에 근무하는 친절한 직원들에게는 미안하지만 이건 아닌거 같습니다. Oh! that's the worst. This hotel doesn't sound like it's soundproofing at all. I can not sleep in the bass & drum sound what I listen to all night in the opposite room. I went down to protest at the desk on the first floor and forgot the room key. The manager who woke up was impressed and asked how many room numbers he had. I can't believe the number is so important to a pissed-off person. I told the manager who woke up about the noise in the other room and I went down to say ok, but the noise continues and it is really crazy. I’m angry, but I’m as decent as I can be. I'm sorry about the kind people who work outside of dawn, but I don't think this is the case.

the size of the room in the picture look bigger but the reality the room quite small.

Brand new hotel”

Everything was perfect expect one little issue. The shower water temperature was not consistent. It could be hot for a few seconds and changed to ice cold. Didn’t enjoy my showers but the overall stay was excellent.

Everything was super satisfied except the shower water temperature was not able to maintain steady temperature. It went hot then cold then hot while showering. Couldn’t enjoy the shower.

Hot water was not working The room is one of the smallest I've stayed. There was cigarette smell in the restroom when we arrived. And there is no wardrobe, only a rack
