The best stay I've had in KL”

Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is nothing short of amazing. Seriously, I don't see how I'll ever choose to stay in other hotels if I were to visit KL again someday. Prior to my trip, I've had all my family's activities planned in advance but they all went out the window the moment we checked into our room. Both my wife & son seemed to enjoy spending time in the cozy room rather than going out. The Bukit Bintang MRT station is just within walking distance so transportation is never an issue. Reception was also very accommodating with my request for non-smoking room & helping us print some entrance tickets. In fact, just the other day, my 5yo son asked me if we'll be flying to KL again & when I asked him to compare the recent KL trip to Singapore that we had last year, this is what he has to say: "The KL hotel is so much bigger & nicer!"

Great Apartment for Business Travelers”

Perfect serviced apartment for business travelers. Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is close to Changkat Bukit Bintang where many choices of eateries and nightlife are conveninently available. The gym on top floor seems underutilised, but is great for exercise. The buffet breakfast can be really boring if you stay more than a night, but it should be sufficient for health-conscious travelers. Highly recommended place while in town, be it for business or leisure. Good service from staff. Will surely return.

Hotel Apartments - perfect for large groups”

We were a large extended family consisting of small children, young and old adults traveling to KL for a wedding. People came from all over the world. We booked three 3-bedroom suites (there's only one 3-bedroom suite per floor) and one 1-bedroom suite for nearly a week. Pros: the front desk is responsive and present 24h/day. There is so much room (even in the 1-bedroom)! The water pressure and shower heads are divine. For larger groups, windows can be opened next to toilets to air out bowel movements subsequent to street foods. Walking distance to night eats and bars (safe area) and if tolerated, walking accessible to most downtown tourist sites. Uber is also readily available (note: another building is called Lanson Place so make sure the one you indicate is in Bukit Ceylon). Floor 5 infinity-esque pool is incredible. There is also a kiddie pool, outdoor playground, and indoor air-con play room on the same floor. Your room key only takes you to your designated floor (you can request for additional access if you have book multiple rooms). However, you can still walk to different floors using the stairs. So many cups, plates, and cutlery! The house keeping will also wash all of your dishes in the sink (god bless them!). No noise complaints. Beds, pillows, and linens were perfect. The security men will salute you (wave back!) and will help with all of your luggage. Dining room perfect for large group breakfasts and meetings. Cons: the expansive living room view is not of the KL or Twin towers. However, it can be seen from the other bedrooms. Floors are dusty but generally clean. One suite smelled of smoke (and had burn marks on the dining room table). Insist for an ionizer and leave it on during the entire duration of your stay (or request for a different room). Don't leave food out - there are bugs (as expected). The washer/dryer is not intuitive and the manual can only be found online (google the make and model; make sure to clean out the lint trap). Equi

A Prince of a Place!”

We stayed at Lanson Place Bukit for 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. We would have been happy staying longer at Lanson Place. They have excellent facilities, and the price is more than reasonable. You get luxury and the feeling of a real home, even though you are not home. Lanson Place is in a great location. It was very easy to get a taxi in and out. Our large one-bedroom apartment had a king-sized bed, a free standing bath tub, a living room, a work area with Internet access and a well equipped kitchen including a washer, dryer large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There was plenty of dishwashing soap and laundry powder. Modern amenities included a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There were lots of little extras, such as slippers, bath salts, a loofah, etc. The wardrobe space was very generous. The Wi-Fi was great. However, we did find the coffee maker a little less than user friendly. This is one of the best places we have stayed!

Great location, Spacious Room”

We had a one night staycation at Lanson Place. It is in a great location, within walking distance to Changkat (4 minutes), and Jalan Alor (within 20-30 minutes). The serviced residence suite comes with a very spacious living room with a magnificent view of KL Tower, the kitchen comes complete with kitchen utensils (pots, pans, mugs, glasses, cutleries), coffee machine and coffee capsules, and a spacious bathroom. The room was clean, and we had the view of the Bukit Bintang Reserve Forest, the check-in was fast and no fuss. Guests can park at level B2 FOC, just use your room key to tag in and out.

wonderful stay at the lanson”

Lanson Place is one of the reasons I love to go back to KL. I always have stunning views from every room, the apartment is spacious, stylish and well thought through, the beds are wonderful, the people are friendly and efficient. The only draw-back for me is the noise (usual to KL though). It is difficult to get a really quiet moment anywhere else than in your room. The morning cleaning of the pool involves a very noisy piece of machinery (I'm sure quieter ones exist) and at the far end of the pool, the suction engine makes a constant ruckus. And then, of course, there is construction all around, like everywhere else in KL. Noise is just part of the city and you have to make do with it. If you don't mind walking a bit, Lanson isn't very far from anywhere, be it Bukit Bintang with Jala Alor or the old mosque and Little India. Even KLCC is within thirty minute's walk. Often faster than in a taxi when you're stuck in traffic.

Exceeds our expectation”

Our stay at the Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residences exceeded our expectations. The staff upgraded us to a to two 3-bedroom apartments for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids under 8 years old, even though we booked two 2-bedroom apartments. In the end, we only used one 3-bedroom apartment. The location is convenient, just minutes away by foot from Bukit Bintang and the food street (Jalan Alor). Taxis are plenty outside the apartment if you don't drive. We will definitely be back again next time we travel to KL.

Space Space Space”

For our year end family vacation, we have stayed at 7 different hotels at 7 different locations. Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residences is our favourite among our family of 5. Great apartment with plenty of room, storage space, clean, aircon is awesome, location is good. Only downside is our breakfast for the 3 days stay are the same.

Huge room with everything you need”

Room was huge and well-equipped, very value for money! Had a view of KL Tower and KLCC from our room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend people to stay there. Location's good if you're just gonna take a Grab everywhere. Nearest convenience store (Family Mart) is a 5-10mins walk away. But if you prefer walking around the Bukit Bintang/KLCC area instead of using Grab, you might wanna consider elsewhere. Also a walk to the Bukit Bintang area at night means enduring a stretch of pubs at Changkat Bukit Bintang where all their staff shove menus almost into your face and tell you the promotions they have + lots of foreign girls standing on the roadside soliciting for business. Only issues we had with the room: 1. Water temperature in shower was cranky - either very very hot, or cold. And it automatically switches between the two every 2 mins or so. Can't relax in the shower. 2. Towels were old, tough, and dirt-stained

Great location ”

Our stay in Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon serviced Residences is wonderful. The location is fantastic too with walking distance TO Pavilion shopping Mall and public transport. We are impressed with the spacious-ness of the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped With cooking utensils and Cutlery if you intend to cook during your stay. We indeed had A wonderful time staying here and would love to stay @ Lanson Place for our next visit to KL.

Could be better”

Despite the amazing value for money for the apartment itself, we didn't have the best stay at Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon. The staff could do a lot more to make the guests feel welcome and be more friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful, but a bit of a trek in the hot humid weather to any eating/shopping locations... there is no room service! The view was great and handy to be able to wash our own clothes, but in other ways it was an exhausting place to stay!Staff need to improve on their customer service skills!

Relaxing Weekend Gateway”

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon at 1pm but the check-in time is at 3pm. The reception services was lukewarm at best. We decided to leave our luggage and went out to town and only came back about 7pm to our apartment. Location wise, Lanson place is located at Bukit Ceylon. It is about a 5 min stroll to Changkat, 7 mins to Jln Alor and 15-20min walk to Bukit Bintang Area. The apartment itself is fantastic. It's massive. It has a kitchen area with full facilities including an oven, microwave, a capsule coffee machine, stove top, all utensils, etc. There is a washer / dryer for your clothes. A very comfortable living area with a big screen tv (and a surround system). We lounge here most of the time and watch our favorite tv programs. The main bedroom area is roomy with a queen sized bed and have its own tv set as well. The bathroom area has a water hose next to the toilet (which is what every hotel should have). It has a big airy wash basin. The shower area has my favourite rain water sprinkler overhead. Upon entering the room, we found that the designated WiFi does not work. I tried to call the reception a few times. I don't know what's going on with their phone intercom system but I can't seem to hear any ringtone and there are no ringing tone to indicate I'm calling someone. It's just dead silent and out of the blue someone picks up and respond to you. I asked with regards to the faulty login/password for our WiFi and after several tries they gave us another general WiFi credentials which works. The WiFi signal / internet access speed is very good. My only gripe is that we have to call repeatedly to get this up and running. The reception / service personnel never called me back. Most time, we use the kitchen to prepare our breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. Lanson place is great if you want a relaxing gateway from the hustle & bustle of the main city area and if you want to prepare your own food as it has kitchen facility. I would stay here again definitely.

Great serviced apartment in Bukit Ceylon that is serene. Clean spacious room and complete with amenities. Distance to the minimarts, eateries, spas, cafe, and bars on Jalan Alor and Changkat Bukit Bintang is within 5-10 minutes walk. Very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended for both business visitors as well as tourists. Easy choice for repeat stay.

Luxury, Chic serviced residence”

I took the liberty to stayed in this newly launched serviced residence that I found in Agoda. The unit that I stayed in was a corner unit, so I got the privilege to have overall city view from the unit.The unit are very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Everything else are just walking distance, it's very near to Changkat Bukit Bintang where all the bars are just there. Also, nearby Jalan Alor (Hawker Center). They don't have dine-in room service, please take note of this. And the lounge only serve coctails up to 8pm. Check-in time is at 3pm and checking-out time is at 12pm.

Luxury & Location”

I had a great experience staying there, they gave me a corner room which had city views from two sides. the best part was I could see the KL Tower was right in front while I slept. It was amazing. the staff was really nice, apart from just little misunderstanding, I thought my breakfast was included in my booking, which wasn't, I wasn't properly informed, so I had to pay extra money (the money I saved by walking on foot and not taking taxi) , although I do not regret my stay, I loved it. my suite had its own laundry machine, which was great. the place is in Bukit Bintang, the most happening place is at walking distance from hotel. Its a luxurious hotel worth your money.

Location wins all”

Lanson Place is located within 8-10mins walking to the famous Jalan Alor food street, plus other restaurant choices along the popular pub street (10% discount coupon for Lanson Place guests). But as soon as you arrive Jalan Ceylon you are back to a quiet neighborhood which is very comfortable for a stroll at night especially after food. Even walking from the Pavilion is possible, consider this an alternative option when city center is heavily congested at weekend evenings. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is western style in a nicely decorated room on 48/F with fantastic view of KL city. Staff is friendly and helpful, front desk operates at 24/7.

Large Aparments at Lanson Place”

Lovely stay at a very modern & new serviceed apartment. Lacks the itamacy of say Ritz / Marriott but more than makes up for it in apartment size & pool size. Excellent location close to Bukit Bitang, Starhill, Pavilion, lot10, J.P Ramlee & Changkat (note nearest Monorail station to Lanson Place is Raja Chulan). Will return
