2nd Time”
It is my 2nd time to book, I enjoyed it much better than my first stay. Staff are friendly and nice, the elevator is okay this time. Although there is a fridge, just wish there's a microwave to reheat food. Enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and hot shower. Haven't tried their food yet. Might try it on my next visit.

Best Hotel Experience in Manila”
This is my 2nd time in Lancaster and I could say that the overall experience was great. The staffs are all accomodating and nice to talk to face to face and even via phone. I have quite a few demanding requests during our stay for our own convenience, but they had attended to them all for our comfort. I booked a Junior Suite room for a day but decided to extend for 1 more day. I can't manage my booking in Agoda so I tried booking another Junior Suite room for the next day. Upon check in, I asked the receptionist attending to me if they can have my booking for day 1 be linked with my booking for the next day. In that way, we wouldn't have to check out at 12nn and wait for 2hrs to recheck in 2pm. They informed me that they can't because they have no available Junior Suite rooms for the following day. They asked us to check out the following day and they'll transfer us at a Deluxe Suite Room instead for FREE. When we checked out the next day at 12nn, we didn't have to wait for 2pm because they had arranged our transfer beforehand and got our new room right away. Really satisfied with this accomodation.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday for a 1 night stay cation. They enjoyed the pool and the Breakfast buffet is good, if only they have more choices but for the price of Php350 it's somehow worth it. We'll definitely come back. Thanks.

Stayed in a junior suite. Very spacious and clean. Aircon worked well.. internet is challenging ..u will need to sign on once u become idol for a period of time. Breakfast buffet was very basic. If you are in the mood to walk around the area, you will find a better meal for the price you pay. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.. they come around daily to refill water and change towels and clean your room upon request. The hotel is secure as your card key would only access your room floor and common areas. The door guards and bell hoppers are helpful. There is parking available on a 1st come /1st serve basis. The hotel is located in a busy area.. minutes from major malls and places of interest My major is the elevator experience. During peak times you will wait for a good amount of time as they only have 2 elevators working and it goes up 30 floors. ..there is a weight and occupancy limit which it more challenging For the money it's worth the stay.. def a 3 star solid

Surprising Ortigas find!”
The hotel shows a bit of age and could be top tier with a little better care. Nevertheless, it is excellently located near public transport, malls and food in the downtown Ortigas area. With its own rooftop pool, restaurant and close proximity to everything you need, you’re guaranteed to get a good night’s sleep. Sheets are a little old and other than better property management, no complaints. The staff are nice and it’s great for singles or couples who want the quiet.

Value for money but needs improvement”
Check-in was a hassle and we had to wait long. They had me and my family wait while other walk-ins were entertained and were given rooms first. We paid the booking thru agoda so they couldve anticipated our booking beforehand and had the room tidied up before their check in sched. We also chose the option with wifi and paid extra for it but it turned out that their wifi isnt stable and we werent able to use it at all. They were trying to fix it for us but because we had small kids and we just wanted to rest, we just let it be. They couldve fixed this first and not have to wait for a guest to complain. Their housekeeping services were great though. Everytime we request for something, they would deliver it in time. Waiters at the breakfast buffet were really great too. They were very helpful. Pool was okay, and but we hoped they have changing rooms so guests will not be soaking wet when they go back to their rooms. But overall, it was good value for money. Check out was breezy.
