Best holiday park EVER!! ”

My husband and I both agree this is the best holiday/ caravan park we have ever stayed at. Other than our stay in Milford Sound, our stay at Lake Tekapo was our favourite during our travels in the South Island. The studio room was clean, good size & what a beautiful view of the water! Close walk to the hot spring & we loved the ducks on the grass out the front. We will be back !!

Great Place to Stay”

My ife and I really enjoyed the Lake Tekapo Motel. The room was great and very clean. The view from the front of the room looked right up the lake. It was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect view, small but very sufficient ”

At Lake Tekapo where everything costs so much, this 2 bedroom cabin was a very good find. Its view was awesome though there was some road works going on, and is equipped with simple pots and pans, oven, salt and pepper for your simple cooking needs. The bathroom is surprising very big, warm and spotless. Highly recommend this place that is adequate for 5! The location is slightly off the main tourist area but a little 5-15min wall is actually a plus in this lovely lake area.

Beautiful Lupins Flowers beside Lake Tekapo”

For 4 of us, we were given a motel unit with 1 queen size bed and 8 single beds, fully equipped with cooking facilities, BBQ set, living and dining area! The full bloom Lupins Flowers we’re right in front of our unit - what an amazing view on this already scenic lake size holiday park.

Up Close View of the Lake”

It was our first visit to Lake Tekapo and we love how very close the motel is to the lake. The beds were also very neat, clean and cozy. We'd certainly love to stay there again on our next visit. =D

Great location! Breathtaking View!”

I wish I had to stay longer in this place, it was very peaceful and calm - a good place to meditate. The location of my cabin is absolutely perfect in view of Lake Tekapo, it’s mesmerizing to wake up with clear view of the sunrise. The sky was a bit cloudy at night so I wasn’t able to see a lot of stars. But I will definitely come back to this place and stay longer. :-)

Good Location with Nice Lake View”

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Location is good with driving distance to Church of Shepherd and Lake Tekapo is just in front our hotel room. We enjoyed our breakfast with nice lake view.

We stayed at the motel rooms which had a fantastic view over Lake Tekapo. Room was clean and comfy, but the heater is a bit weak for 3 degrees Celsius temperature.

Just next to Lake Tekapo, hv a brilliant view and near the town centre. Helpful staff to recommend the nearby sightseeing with promotion price.

BEAUTIFUL JUST OPPOSITE THE LAKE TEKAPO”

Arrived late from christchurch. Friendly staff and booked two bedroom with cooking facility and spacious toilet. Facing the beautiful lake tekapo. Highly recommended.

The room was facing Lake Tekapo and it has got built in toilet Location is near to all major attractions. . Everything works well. Great stay!

Lake tekapo just in front of cabin...nice surroundings, depending on the room location, the shared facilities maybe a bit far.

Good hotel for viewing star”

Hotel location and facility are good. My view of the suite is the lake tekapo. I can view even i sit in front of the suite.

We love the motel! The room is fully equipped with kitchenette; we had microwave, induction cooker, and pots. The only downside is that ventilation wasn't as great as the room easily got smoky when we cooked even for simple meals. The motel has great view of the lake!

Comfortable room with Beautiful view ”

Room is comfortable with all facilities except microwave but there is one available in shared kitchen area which is just a quick walk. The hotel close to Tekapo Spring, just a 2-3 min walking distance. Convenient if you have a car.

Spot on location with an awesome view of Lake Tekapo”

Loved the hourly views it provided us of Lake Tekapo, the closeness to the crystal clear water and the overall experience with nature. A little inconvenience with showers & toilets as it's located out of our cabins especially with young children and cold weather but the view compensated for it!

Hastle free check-in with friendly staffs. Located just beside lake tekapo so you will got a very nice panorama.

I stayed in ensuite cabin for 1 night, lake tekapo could be seen from my room, the view is gorgeous. The room is clean and tidy. Great place to stay.
