Lake Buena Vista Hotel, Spa, and Resort was a great place to stay. The staff was exceptionally accomodating. The rooms were roomy and clean. The best thing was the value. Disney is getting out of reach for a large multigenerational family to enjoy a vacation together. Lake Buena Vista Hotel Spa and Resort allows that to happen .Grounds are beautiful and pool is an added benefit for those "off" days used to refuel between attraction days. Shuttle service to attractions is a nice perk. There is also a Pizza Hut with small grocery area, a restaurant, and breakfast cafe near the pool.

I have been to Lake Buena Vista Spa and Resort 4-5 times. And every time it gets better and better, at the front desk I was greeted by Rafael and Aiysha. They were very nice and knowledgeable about the property and the area, places to go and shop and etc. I'm planning to return to LBVR, on my next trip to Orlando? C.Bryant, Miami, FL 😃

Our only place to stay in Orlando”

As a family who visits regularly from Australia, Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa is always our only choice to stay. The rooms are spacious and the whole apartment is very well supplied for a self contained vacation. The kitchen is very well catered for in crockery and appliances. The hotel staff are always accommodating and friendly. Thank you for your quality of service and I can't wait to return again in the future.

Exceptional Stay (5 Stars) ”

I loved this hotel resort ! I had such a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. This includes check in and check out. I stayed in the 2 bedroom pool view suite and it was lovely ! The hotel room was fully furnished and cleaned very nicely. My room location was nice and quiet , no loud noises at night. The location of the hotel is perfect . It’s near plenty of food restaurants, outlet shops, and more. This was my very first time staying at the resort and I completely loved it ! I didn’t go to the pool due to me taking precautions of COVID-19 but , the pool was very very nice to look at . I would recommend this hotel to all . Book Now ! Book Now! Book Now! I will definitely stay here again on my next stay in Orlando.

Disney world trip 2020”

Our stay at this resort was one of the best. Its closer to outlet malls, Walmart, many other restaurants like Chiptole, Wendy's, Indian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant. The room was clean, it had a dryer and washer, full kitchen (with dishwasher) and utensils. The master bedroom had a jacuzzi which was a surprise for us. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the resort is closer to all Disney theme parks. I would definitely recommend this resort.

No extras”

This was a nice resort in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a long stay, the pool area is clean and welcoming. My review is based on what wasn’t available due to COVID. The resort wasn’t offering shuttle, housekeeping, or any on site dining This includes no garbage removal, towels for the 6 night stay, or service from staff in the lobby. If these were available we would have been very happy in the space provided for 6 nights. The great price is less great when you are spending 50-100 a day on Uber, having to purchase and launder your towels because they do mot provide them, or get coffee, drinks, food or refreshments on site. Would have ultimately been a more affordable stay to have simply went to a resort that offered these items. There were other resorts with shuttle service operations and when I booked I had no idea they did not provide a towel for bathing on site in room for 6 nights stays. This is the type thing you just expect. Great location just makes more sense to spend a couple dollars more on accommodations elsewhere and get all the things you expect in a motel setting.

Hotel Amazing; Customer Service Poor”

Pros: The room was clean, staff was pleasant, location is quiet and romantic, received an upgrade due to shortage of rooms. Mini parking garage, kitchen fully equipped, good bang for your buck. Cons: Office manager was extremely conniving and disappointing. I booked the room for the jetted tub, which my significant other loves for his birthday. Tub was dirty the entire stay. Asked for tub to be cleaned several times during our stay. 10pm the night of our last stay, i visited the manager to see why the tub had not been cleamed yet. We really wanted to use it. He apologized for the inconvenience, and waived my resort fee (which I never paid), waived my incidental fee (which was being refunded upon checkout anyway), then proceeded to offer me a discount on my next stay (which was offered via email by general manager anyway). 11pm, I cleaned the tub myself! Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Extremely upset with management.

Excellent”

The resort was good. The room we stayed in needs a little bit up updating. Hopefully it gets the updating it needs. The weed smell throughout the entire floor was a big turn off especially when leaving first thing in the morning. Also, the room we stayed in was not properly equipped with the things needed to run the dishwasher and washing machine...usually there is a day or two worth of detergents and there was none...when we asked for some from the housekeeping staff we were told no and that we needed to call the front desk for it.

Good Value, clean, good location”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property and amenities were good. Suites were very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Pool with pirate's ship in the middle was a great touch. Both ATMs were out of service. Paid for housecleaning one day. They cleaned and changed the bed and left a pile of towels, toilet paper, facial tissues and soap on the dining table. Food options (especially breakfast) were very, very limited. (Bacon/sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, bagels, english muffins, muffins only). Food at Irish Pub was good. Prices at convenience store were understandably high but reasonable. It was well-stocked and offered Dominos pizza. I'd definitely stay there again. Outlet mall across from property was convenient and their food court had great options for lunch and a light dinner.

Amazing time”

Factoring in resort fees (low) and parking costs (none), I think this may be the best bang for your buck in the Disney area. For less money than Disney All-Stars I booked a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette, balcony, and in-suite laundry. The pool was great, with the pirate ship and waterslide, and the location was terrific.

Mom to 3 kids: high school, middle school, first grader”

This hotel fit our family needs and had something for everyone to do. We rented a three bedroom unit and it was perfect fit for our family. Our oldest child had his own private space away from the younger kids. The pool was perfect for our younger child who is learning to swim. Infant, this hotel offers two pools. The only change I would suggest is for the hotel staff to update the pots/pans for the rooms. There was only one small pan to cook. This wasn't a big deal because there are two restaurants on-site for dinner. The hotel is next door to a shopping mall, perfect for me to do a little shopping while the kids played in the pool.

The room arrangement was excellent for families, lots of room, kitchen was great, dishwasher, and washer and dryer very nice to have when staying for awhile. The location was ideal for quick access to Disney World. Coming from -33C or -27.4 F in Feb, it was nice of the Hotel to arrange 30C all week! The youth loved the pool! And front office staff very friendly and helpful! Parking was a bit tough if arriving back later at night from the Parks.

great location, excellent value”

This is our third time at this hotel and we love it. The suites are huge and has everything you need for a complete vacation. We tried the restaurant for the first time and it was quite good. I recommend the nachos. The only recommendation I have is to provide umbrellas in the rooms for rainy days.

Great Stay”

This place was great it was spacious for my 3 daughters that are 6, 12 and 15 years of age plus my wife and I. What was great was having a washer and dryer in the room with a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony that overlooked the magic kingdom and Epcot fireworks. The great part of this stay was there was no pressure to tour the property since this is a timeshare we where left alone and had the option to if we wanted. I highly recommend staying here especially for the value.

Excellent accommodation - our two bedroom apartment was enormous! ”

We had a fantastic stay here. We couldn’t believe the size of the apartment! The kitchen was very well equipped. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the gym and the free bus to the theme parks. From our balcony we could see the evening fireworks from both SeaWorld and Universal. Great value for money.

Nice place would stay again ”

Nice place wild stay again. We stayed in building 5 and also building 2. 5 was a better location. However had some broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. Beds were comfortable, no cleaning service unless you want to pay a fee. Pool was nice and WARM which was great for the kids even on the colder day’s they could still swim. Bathroom fans were pretty loud but not a huge deal. Carpets in main hall ways were musty smelling when walking to our rooms. For a 3 bedroom unit it wasn’t supplied well for garbage bags and soap etc.... very little for potentially 6-8 people in a room. Only other complaint would be parking. Most times it’s later at night parking is hard to find people were parking on the grass and streets close by.

Amazing again”

Another great stay, this was our fourth visit and we were once again not disappointed with the accommodation. The suites are so generous in size and have everything you need during your stay. The location is great and having the outlet next door is an added bonus. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Good value for money”

I had read negative reviews but our apartment was clean, large and was well stocked with utensils and crockery. The beds were comfortable and huge.. The parking was easy. The wi-fi worked perfectly. It is well situated for Disney and outlets - if you have a car. The decor needs updating. But overall we had a great stay.

Bad room”

Even though I booked two months in advance, they put us in a handicap room that had no door between the master bathroom and bedroom so the toilet was literally facing the bed. They wouldn’t switch us so not the most comfortable resort experience. There was also a couple having a huge fight all night we could hear right through the walls. Otherwise, it was a good value for a spacious (not fancy) suite.
