We mainly used it to sleep so I cannot comment on pool or breakfast. Room was clean staff was nice.

Hotel was passable”

This hotel was ok to stay at. Some minor cleaning issues but otherwise ok. The breakfast was ok - waffles, pancakes, a good mix. The door to our room was a bit dirty but just needed to be wiped down. There was a ceiling exit sign hanging in the hallway instead of being connected to the ceiling. The one cushioned chair in our room was unite dirty looking - we did not sit on it. The sofa was ok on the outside but the pull- our bed was lacking . My daughter could feel all the coils- very uncomfortable. We asked for an extra blanket or comforter she could lay on the second night but the front desk was out of them so we were given extra sheets. The bathroom was clean! The king bedroom was clean but the light did not work with the wall switches, you had to use the tiny button under wa h light to turn then on. The room was quite and the a/c worked very well!

Our room had an adjoining door to the room next door. We did not request this. All night every sound from the room next door was loud and kept us awake. All night a dog was barking a couple rooms down the hall. Very annoying.

It has all the amenities and more! It is beautiful and very relaxing, and it is spotless!! You must stay here!

They gave us a room that smelled terrible. But then moved us to a better room.

Pleasantly surprised”

We usually avoid these type of hotels as we travel often. We prefer to go with the “bigger brand” name hotels to be a bit more certain but this specific location exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness is a huge deal to us, this location is very clean. Staff was great and was able to make special arrangements for us no problem.

Clean & comfortable, reduced services”

We've been coming here for several years. While other hotels are back to offering hot breakfast, they're down to a skimpy continental, and have spotty. On demand room service.

The room was clean and check in was very quick. I got a great price and couldn't be happier with my stay.

Dogs, dogs & more barking dogs”

This hotel has too many dogs. We called down over 6 times about barking! Also zero breakfast even though the website says it's included and no compensation offered. Sewer smell yesterday. desk lied and said it was outside...cleaning staff said they were working on the sewer system. Cleaning staff discarded our recycling which was rinsed and on the counter, but cleaned nicely. There's only one slow elevator too.

Very Pleasant Experience Staying Here”

We usually stay at Sheratons/Westins but their prices and locations didn't fit our needs this trip and I relied on the reviews to select this hotel. We were so glad I did! Opted for the King Suite so hubby could work in the 'living room' while I sleep a little longer. Everything was clean - carpets, bathroom, bedding, buffet downstairs, halls, parking lot. Buffet was kept well stocked, spotless and fresh. Someone was constantly on task and there's a variety. Our room 518 was next to the elevator. We actually tested it to make sure it wasn't going to be a noise issue - no problem, no noise! We were closer to the freeway but again, no problem. I heard a motorcycle twice but nothing disturbed our sleep or drew our attention outside. Must be pretty well insulated/good windows. Could hear the neighbor's TV at night a bit (muffled) from the living room, but not from the bedroom. Staff was friendly/efficient. Definitely will stay here next time we visit family!
