Staff was great, building is outdated and population around were questionable. The rooms are stocked with only 1 shampoo 1 bar of soap. No conditioners etc. It is a bit dark and rusty place. Not exactly pretty. The shower head is low. In the bathroom ceiling there are brown stains of some sort.

So sure it was only one night...but geez...what I place. First it is a dirty motel in a very dirty area with absolutely nothing around. Second, the reception/check-in was absurd. Took over 20 minutes and 3 other guests got checked in before me by another person even though my reservation was prepaid. Third, clearly a stop over for people wanting to party. IN other words, there wasn't a care in the world by other guests. Fourth, room was absolutely barren, old, worn out and just plain terrible. Take it from this review and a dozen others like it...stay somewhere else (I should've headed my own advice here).

Shower broke ”

I didn’t realize how important a shower is until I got a room with a non working one. Reported the issue both days of my stay. No one showed. They wouldn’t even move me to a different room. I won’t be staying here again. I recommend you do the same.

Waste of money”

This place is not worth your money just pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Checking in was horrible and staff was rude and was unwilling to help find reservation that I had made. Also, staff gave me a room that already had someone else in that room. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Horrible EVERYTHING! ”

No Air Conditioner! Literally felt like a sauna. Not in a good way either! One towel for 4 people. Mattresses made ALOT of noise every time I moved. I could feel springs. Don’t do it! Go to a different hotel !

Marginal at best”

I picked the la quinta for airport proximity and shuttle services and from previous experiences at other locations. Staff were not very friendly. Airport shuttle turns out to be not available. Was given a room that was dirty and door wide open. Next room smelled like an ashtray, but my toddler was falling asleep so stayed . Overall a marginal experience

The hotel is good, close to the airport, but a little bit far from Downtown and the theme parks, there are restaurants couple of miles away where you can buy food.

I stayed last week and found bed bugs and it did not seem safe for my children.

The room in general just did Not feel clean. There was hair on the beds, stains on the comforters, bathrooms were not swept/clean, there was a dirty white washcloth with pink stuff on it bundled up on the closet floor. The neighbor room stayers were super loud into the late evening.

VERY OLD HOTEL, NO BREAKFAST”

ok so, when i purchased it stated BREAKFAST INCLUDED, i have stayed during pandemic and all hotes give you TO GO bag, and something to heat plus juice or coffee. but this hotel only gave COFFEE and JUICE!! the waffle machines were there but there was not waffle mix there was a microwave but nothing to heat!! there was a sing on the reception we there was supposed to be the TO GO BAGS, but nothing!!! asked the receptionist and stated that every thing was out because of covid. will not stay here again. OH!! and i choose this hotel because it included trasportation to/from hotel, but guess what? no transportation due to covid!!! and i saw trasnportation from other QUINTA INN. not coming back, dont recommend!!

Not the LaQuinta we know”

I prefer to stay at a LaQuinta when we travel domestically, so it was a no brainer to choose this inn by the Orlando airport when the kids and grandkid flew in. Upon inspection the room was not to the cleanliness standards we come to expect with others. The bathroom was hideous, tubs scratched, gouged, and looked to be patched and both rooms had cigarette burns on tub, toilet, and sink area. Few outlets worked, the carpet was dirty, and the so-called breakfast was as bad as you can imagine. This LaQuinta was a complete disappointment and could use guidance from Inns in Texas, Nevada, and other cities in Florida. Booking by the name is no longer a guarantee of cleanliness.

Too expensive for the quality”

The room was dirty, I wiped off pubes from the shower walls. The beds were not clean either. There is a bar right across the street so if you’re with your family or a single woman I would not recommend it, not safe. The manager refused to give me a refund even though I didn’t even stay in the room for 30min. Not worth the money, I paid $75 for the stay. It’s worth about $20.

Er werd gezegd op de site te telefoneren voor airportshutlle . Zoals gezegd ook gedaan en kreeg v d receptie als antwoord dat deze service al 2 jaar niet meer bestaat ….Dit ondanks het duidelijk vermeld werd. Dus taxi genomen en deze moeten we dan terug nemen de andere dag daar we onze auto gaan huren . Als we dit hadden geweten zouden we NOOIT dit hotel genomen hebben. Taxi heen en terug 65$ . Het hotel is verouderd , de kamer had alles , 2 queenbedden , ligbad maar alles onverzorgd . Dus GEEN aanrader .
