Small but friendly staffed hotel in a great area”

we liked the hotel though we were surprised to find the "superior" room still did not allow us to walk around the room in the suitcase was open. parisian rooms are notoriously small but this was surprising for a "superior room". still we liked the amenities and found the location to be best of all. neuilly is near by and of course you can catch a bus to the airports from port maillot.

Disappointing hotel”

I've been to many different hotels but this one is just so bad. Toiletries and complimentary water were free only on the first day but not on succeeding days. This is totally unheard of especially it is not a cheap hotel in terms of rate. The minimum is at least they render good service to clients. Not to mention the rudeness of some staff (the Indian guy at night and the French lady in the morning). I would totaltotally not recommend this to any of my friends.

Good location very basic ”

Good location for walking distance, however we ordered a taxi for 7.15 in the morning at reception and the next morning no taxi arrived and it turned out nobody had ordered the taxi.. we ended up missing our TGV due to this and having to pay an extra 150 euro each for the next TGV. I emailed the hotel about this and recieved no reply

Good for business travel as very good location but this is not a 4 star hotel. It is clean and functional but vey dated.

Good location, worth it, near metro and arc”

Great location (few mins walk from Argentine metro, walking distance to Arc de triomphe and Champs Elysees), has restaurants and Franprix supermarket nearby. Safe to walk at night too! Shower gel and body lotion are provided too.

Exceptional”

Nice Hotel with helpful staff and good location. the only problem was the size of the room which is very small otherwise i would rate the stay 5 out of 5.

Consigliatissimo!! ”

Comodissimo per la navetta per l’aeroporto di Beauvais (10min a piedi), vicino all’arco di trionfo e a fermate metro e bus! Camera pulita e carina con tutti i confort, staff gentile. Prezzo medio alto ma come tutti gli hotel di Parigi!
