Excellent location, professional staff, clean room”
The reason we booked this hotel is because of its location. The hotel is located in the heart of Mulhouse business area, behind the popular store H&M and around 4-5 minutes walk to the nearest tram station Porte Jeunne. Upon checked in, we were greeted by English speaking staff, which to my relief speaks good English unlike many other hotels which I used to stay in Mulhouse or France. I especially love the clean and comfortable room, as well as the adequate size, just nice for our family of 3. One thing that can be improved is the type of pillows used for the hotel. I wish the pillows can be more comfortable. Other than that, I totally recommend this hotel, it is easy to find restaurants near the hotel.

Escolhemos este hotel pela relação qualidade/preço e não nos arrependemos! A localização é perfeita,bem no centro da cidade de Mulhouse, todo o staff é bastante simpático e o pequeno-almoço é excelente! O único ponto menos bom foi a limpeza pois nas duas noites que lá ficámos nunca despejaram o lixo que estava no cesto e apenas puxaram os lençóis para cima! No geral foi uma experiência bastante positiva!

Very helpful and nice staffs. For this budget, it is very good! Just in the centre of the city, near train station about 10 mins by walking. Many restaurants around. The room is a bit old style but it is doesn't matter to me. It is clean and comfortable.

Good clean hotel in the middle of the center and easy (paid ) parking facility. For me out was a transit hotel but will use it the next time to. Very quiet because it's in an pedestrian area.

Very pleasant once we found the hotel but we drove around for over an hour because the gps could not find it. Need a note to head for the parking station not the hotel.

Drive to the place - there is a big parking - not included in the hotel - ~15 Euros per day. Good location. Small but good beds ~ 200*150... big enough for two - not luxury - nice flat tv -> all you need

Great location no Air Conditioning when it is more than 30 degrees”
We were very happy with this hotel when we stayed there before, the staff are friendly, except one. But when we stayed in May we were told that they would not put the air conditioning on even though it was 29 degrees! They said ' We can not plunge the whole hotel in winter because it is hot for two days, the weather will change next week'. I was furious because I was in a triple room with my two children and we had to have the window open, which meant that the electric lights from outside shone into our room and so did the Friday and Saturday night noise from the street. When I complained again at 11 p.m because myself and my children could not sleep the woman who was on the desk at night time argued with me! She did not even apologize she just kept saying that 'we can not plunge the whole hotel into winter for two days of hot weather'. I was so frustrated and very very upset with her for arguing back with me. The kind barman went to find me a fan. Very disappointed.
