Location: very central, near the Tugu Simpang 5, town centre, very near Masjid Raya Baiturrahman Extras: Free shuttle service to Masjid Baiturrahman for Solat Subuh (Fajr prayers) Service: Wonderful. From the warm welcome that we received during check in to the lovely hospitality through out our stay. Room was clean and nicely decorated Food: Yummy buffet breakfast with jamu drink served as well as lots of local specialties. Special mention of Mr Aang Muharam, the Front Office Manager who is so warm and courteous, always very thoughtful and helpful. He even upgraded us to a wonderful family room. We are so happy for this thoughtful gesture. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Very friendly staffs, polite and helpful, me my wife and our daughter stay there for 4 nights.. never regret.. hotel are very clean and tidy.. I like the fresh smell, we booked buffetat hotels restaurant, it was full of Aceh tasty foods.. yummy, close to shopping area just within walking distance, shuttle service to the mosque in morning and evening, wake up call etc... My friends and i are staying here for 1 night after return from Sabang Island. The location was great, near to many shops. We booking deluxe room but get free upgrade to family room, thanks for that. The room is lovely, good space, very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet with Indonesia and International menu. Great hospitality and friendly staff.

The Best Hotel in Aceh”
We have a wonderfull experiance staying here. I reached the hotel earlier and they asked me to wait until 2.00 pm but we got our keys by 1.30 pm. The room was nice and very cleaned. Tip top serviced from all of the staffs. They also provided free transport to Mesjid Raya Baiturrahman and back to hotel for Subuh and tarawih during Ramadan.

I wish I live in Banda Aceh, just so I could check in once awhile to eat your breakfast! Breakfast selection was a lot! I regret I didn't eat all of them. Maybe because some are too sweet for my liking. But I am fan of your Vegie Lasagna. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Aceh. Other than that, thank you for upgrading us to a queen/king size bed and room with view. We love the location too - walking distance to Mie Razali and other warkop, also walking distance to Masjid Raya & Pasar Aceh. Safe & Comfortable room which was spacious cosy clean and fresh. Breakfast was good with plenty of food and variety. Ambiance of restaurant too was very good and spacious Downside: Bathroom did not come with a hand held shower. Muslims clean ourselves with a hand held bidet after each toilet visit. The built in Bidet at the toilet bowl itself is not as effective. Even a shower removable head is good. But the shower head is fixed to the wall Computer access at the Business Lounge is expensive at Rp50,000 per hour. Other simple budget hotels like Ibis have it as complimentary at the Lobby

Idul Fitri Trip”
We stayed there during Idul Fitri, and it was a nice experience. The hotel location is top notch...very close to Baiturrahman Mosque, so we could walk there for the Eid Prayer. The staffs are super nice and the breakfast options also good. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Banda Aceh.

Wide choices for breakfast, there's kids corner at the restaurant so really helps for family with small kids. pizza hut and kfc nearby. near to tourist attractions (masjid and museum) definitely will come again p/s: bbq buffet on saturday night

Unfortunately, we were here for one night only. Extremely value for money with so many things to offer. Great breakfast, near to attractions & eating places, great & friendly staffs, nice live jazz band at night and the hotel ambience & it smells so refreshing!!! Definitely will come back again.

Breakfast was good choice. Even got kids area. Room was big & clean even under the sofa, free of dust. Very nice & comfortable bed. Cons no water bidet or normal pipe in the bathroom. Didnt expect that in Acheh (muslim) country. Other than that, everything was good!

All are good, the facilities, location, breakfast but what kind of hotel dont have extra mattresses. I emailed the hotel to assist my brother but they didn't reply any of it. A bit disappointing on this part.

We’re couple travelers but the key given was only one. It was always 2 keys in other hotels we’d checked in. One key made it difficult to mobile for example when I had to go out and mu husband stayed, I didn’t bring the key and should ask for help staff when I was using lift. It wasn’t practical at all
