Kuiburi Hotel and resort.”
My wife and I initially booked two nights here but extended it to three. Because of Covid problems affecting travel and tourists, we found that we had the whole resort to ourselves on the first night. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be good and very well priced. The staff were attentive and friendly. On the second night, a Thai family and a couple had arrived, making the place less empty. The third day was a Friday and a public holiday, making it a long weekend for many people. The resort had many more people - it suddenly came alive - not that we were bothered about the peaceful nature of the resort before, but it was nice to see the facilities being used and the restaurant much fuller. For us (my wife and I) the resort was well placed for the many local attractions that we could easily visit. The area was peaceful, rural, and scenic and within easy reach of the local national park areas where we visited a large cave, wandered around walkways over lotus ponds and through mangrove areas, where we also saw lots of monkeys. Our visit was all too short and we'd love to return sometime. We'd certainly stay at the Kuiburi Hotel and Resort again if we found ourselves in the same area.

Nice resort. Very good management; well kept! I love the swimmingpool . Very good food in the restaurant!, was amazed how good it was! Good value for money!! Second time I have stayed here and when I'm in the neighbourhood I would stay here again.

We didn’t stay much in the hotel since we had a lot of day trips planned, but overall the staff was quite friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool, beachfront and facilities looked nice. My only complaint would be that the shower walls were dirty and seemed to have mold, and the knobs were rusted, I really didn’t like this. Everything else was fine and the rest of the room was clean.

Not Bad - Good Staff & Pool”
It’s older and there’s a skeleton crew keeping it running. COVID takes its toll. Room is sufficient. Staff is helpful. Pool is clean and large but no extra towels there. We liked the quiet and nice foliage. Gardens are well maintained. Fitness room is a joke don’t bother!

The hotel is good location. It’s quiet and good to relax. There’s a nice pool and private beach. Breakfast is okay but it’s not hot enough for me. The staff is polite and friendly. However, I went there on long holidays. There was a group tour came on my last stayed night so it’s quite busy.

This hotel was very peaceful and nice staffs. What they need to do is tv channels, they need to match the channel with tv channel guildnote that they provided. Other experiences were ok.

Staf was really attentive and available all time. It would be desirable to have more English-speaking people since it was difficult to communicate any little question out of the strict basic service. There was some dust on cabins and draws. but the general areas were ok. It was comfortable and convenient for the trip we made, I will certainly recommend it.

Pros: Excellent location Cons: Noise from other rooms and outside, old facilities, slow staff at the restaurant, nothing organized for New Year’s Eve; it could be a great resort but the management seems to not care

Do not Book Standard room !!!! Not Worth the Money”
All of The Standard rooms are located in the old building almost look like staffs rooms. The bath room was not up to standard, no seperation between shower & toilet shower head is disgusting. Matterss was really hard, Air con is very lound!!!! If you have to pay more than 500 THB per night is already a rip off. Althoght the pool and the beach are quite nice. Breakfast is notthing to exicited about. So we will not go back

Pool was full of very dirty water with nasty bugs, backswimmerd, etc. Staff did not speek english so impossible to raise the dirty pool complaints. The restaurent was exellent.

Pool is dirty,cloudy,smelly water.aircon not working properly. Rooms not clean. Breakfast was ok.I understand everything shut down due to Covid for 2 years but this is not good enough.I will not consider staying here again.

Overnight at Kuiburi Hotel”
What a great find for an overnight stay while driving Kog Samui , to Prachuap Khiri Khan, to Bangkok. Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely need a car if venturing away from hotel. Upstairs room (they did have ground floor villas) was a minor problem for our old legs, but room was good value, facilities good & staff attentive & friendly.

I stayed in Kui Buri hotel for two nights this month with my husband. Actually we have been in this hotel many many times as we like it very much. I liked its location at the beach surrounded by beutiful trees and flowers. You feel very romantic in such a serene and close-to-nature atmosphere. Everything's fine: very friendly and attentive staff, a nice restaurant (they cook very well), a big and clean swimming pool. A little drawback: out-of-date TV-set and hard matresses on beds in rooms. There is no free-of-charge internet, but that one you should pay for is very slow.
