I booked the Royal Lily, the owner was very kind upgraded us to the apartment at Crown Imperial. Staff was friendly, easy checked in and out. Towels, shower soap, slippers, milo and tea are provided which normally other apartment would not provide. . The are fridge, tv, electric stemboat cooker, cups, plates, fork spoon and wifi in the apartment too. You can cook your own steamboat if you want. I did it cook because we ate out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again when I go Cameron in a group.

We brought along my parents who kept saying it was a wonderful trip for them especially the stay in Royal Lily apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Infact we had to stay put in the evenings as it was raining but it was like a stay at home-comfy. The staff- Mr.Wong is not only friendly but a helpful person too. We enjoyed our stay there

it was more than what I expected with the money paid..the price was affordable and apartment was so clean, nice and convinient for a small group of my family..thanks a lot to Mr. Wong for the warm welcome and kind consideration to put us on the first floor since we have an old parents. The location also very near to Tanah Rata town..definitely this apartment will be our first choice for the next visit.Recommended 100%!!

A nice & cosy place to stay”

U would not regret booking this unit. The staff (Mr Wong) who assisted us was very friendly and kind. The unit was very clean and the location is good as it's walking distance to restaurants, bank (maybank), morning market. I would book this unit again if I come to Cameron Highlands.

Good Place to Stay”

Good place to stay as a family. Very neat and clean. The owner is very supportive. The apartment one of the Good thing in Cameron. You have three bed rooms with one private toilet and one common toilet. Apart from the bathrooms are near the kitchen the apartment will make you feel like home.

Family choices”

The apartemnt was near to Tanah Rata town, a 15-20mins walk to starbucks for a cup of hot coffee which really nice. Overall of the apartment was alright, it just that the shower heater was not hot enough and the water pressure too small. Apartment comes with utensil, plates and cups that really good for family gathering.

Very happy with the staff. He offered me apartment at LVL 5 but once he noticed my grandma, he changed the room at ground floor. Only one thing I hope this hotel should provide to future customers, that is towel.

Having difficulties to locate the apartment. And there is no contact numbers to contact the unit owner. After almost an hour searching finally we found the unit. Contact number was written on the door unit for tenant to contact owner. Very weak network coverage. If lucky you will received 1 bar signal. Suggest to replace high performance water heater, as the weather is so cold, the water does not heat up, we seem like bath with ice water. Nice unit with basic amenities and facilities, clean and nice. Prompt respond from unit owner. Will stay again when i return to Cameron Hoghland

Clean and comfortable”

Overall my stay here is satisfying. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good, near tanah rata and a bit secluded from the busy town. Parking space is a lots, convinience for group travellers. The apartment is not too big or small just nice for group around 7 to 10 people. My only problem is the we couldn't adjust the temperature of the water heater, one is too cold and other one is too hot for us. I hope they fix the water heater.

It was a great apartment for a family outing in Cameron with 4 adults and 2 kids. there are 3 rooms + 2 toilets in this apartment. A living room and kitchen with fridge and dining table. It is clean and comfort for 1 night stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We get some recommendation on food choices. The apartment is amazing clean and cozy. Very hygienic utensil and bathroom. I would recommend to family to check in these apartment. I will definitely choose to stay there on my next trip.

Average is good. I've got a good assist from Mr. Wong Kok Peng (person in-charge) even at 1.00 a.m check-in. Value for money to stay here. Even no breakfast included on the package, it's not a problem because this apartment is locate near Tanah Rata Town. There's a lot of foodstuff you can bought there during stay.

Pros: 1. The apartment unit is clean and fully furnished. 2. Sufficient parking space (even late nights). 3. Quiet neighborhood. 4. The owner is super friendly and efficient in handling our check-ins. Cons: 1. It's not strategically located in the heart of town but we don't mind to walk a bit (best to drive your own vehicle).
