Exceptional”
Komodo Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay! It's super clean, quiet, there's a beautiful garden in the center, and the staff couldn't be nicer!. It is outside of the town, which I loved because it's a much quieter location. I rented a scooter and drove into town everyday, but they have a shuttle to take you if you prefer. When I'm back in Labuan Bajo, I will only stay here.

Great base in Labuan Bajo”
We stayed 6 nights in Komodo Boutique Hotel, while diving around Komodo national park and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are good, the garden is nice, but especially the staff is absolutely amazing! They’re so nice and always try to accommodate. It is 15 minute drive from the main town (so really quiet), but the free shuttle service is seamless, even really early to go diving. The only thing that has room for improvement is the breakfast, which is pretty basic and would benefit for a bit more choice and flavour.

Value for money”
Fastest WiFi speed in Labuan Bajo that I’ve stayed! It’s a basic room to sleep and shower. Although location is not great but the hotel offers free shuttle to airport, city and jetty which compensates for it. Value for money!

So this is a value hotel. In addition the staff is great. It’s not close to anything but they make up for it by having s free shuttle so it’s great. The driver always picks you up in a few minutes of calling them. We loved it. We decided we wanted to spend couple of days on the beach. We chose Sylvia Resort. It’s just ok. I prefer Komodo Boutique. We are spending 7x and the staff is friendly. You need to pay for the shuttle. We will go back to Komodo for our last day. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, reasonably priced place stay here. It is VERY basic but it has everything. Highly recommended

Helpful and friendly staffs,, very clean room, free shuttle to downtown/airport/port, very good facilties. The hotel also offers the sailing tour with good deals. Suggest to have the hotel name board and a garden at the entry since the hotel is not right away close to the road.

Lovely staff and free shuttles”
Newish hotel which was very clean and accommodating. Don't worry about its distance from town (15 minute drive) as the staff will shuttle you back and forth for free to and from town and the airport between 7am to 9pm. They were even sweet enough to shuttle us to the airport at 6:15 am when we got an early flight. Nice to away from the noise and bustle of town anyway. Built in a courtyard fashion around a garden and fountain, each room has a small verandah screened by a wall from the next. Wifi weak in room, but you can get it outside your door or get on it and then go into your room and it will work. Good water pressure with the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom so it doesn't soak the bartoom as in most Aisan bathrooms. Staff is lovely and accommodating when you ask for extra pillows or towels. They stored our luggage while we went to Lomido too! Simple but adequate breakfast of fruit, and eggs cooked they way you ask, toast, coffee and tea. Bottled water too.

Excellent hotel”
The rooms are tiled, spacious, mine had aircon, twin beds, local tv, a desk, space for your clothes and belongings, a modern bathroom with hot water, and a terrasse with two chairs and a small table facing a garden. Everything was super clean, they clean the room , change the towels everyday, and give you two small bottles of water a day. Breakfast is included. It is very quiet. The only bad point is it is faraway from the center BUT they provide for free a car or minibus any time you want to go anywhere you want in town for free . They took me several times to the immigration office (I extended my visa) and in town. From town, just call and they come in five or ten minutes to pick you up. The owner is always present to help you to book your bus or next hotel, in all an excellent stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

Great option in Labuan Bajo”
The hotel looks new and the facilities are excellent: working wi fi, TV in the room, shower separated from the toilet (which is kind of luxury in budget places around SEA), refilling water, and breakfast included (pancakes/omelette, toasts, fruit and infusions). As the hotel is located a bit far away from the centre, they offer airport transfer and a shuttle to/from the city every 30 minutes. The staff is super helpful: the hotel manager helped us solve some issues we had with our bank in Australia, and also found an excellent alternative when the van that was supposed to take us to Ruteng failed us.

Noisy and bad value for money.”
Only advantage of this hotel is the comparatively big rooms and recent construction. Plagued by rude and noisy groups of tourists during the afternoon and late night hours. The hotel is neither boutique nor relevant to Komodo. The design of rooms opening doors and windows only to an internal courtyard is horrible as you are constantly faced with the talking, screaming and smoking of all other guests. Sometimes 10-20 people would be walking or standing outside your room at a distance of 2-10 metres. The staff and manager/owners make no apparent effort to work or manage and just sit around smoking. The junior staff like the cooks for the breakfast have no training or knowledge about anything related to hotels or catering. It has been probably the worst breakfast experience especially considering title of boutique. The offered pancake was drenched in cooking oil and the local coffee was the worse I tried in Indonesia. No reason to go there. Almost any other place is better value.

a good hotel outside the tourist area”
The hotel is far from the beach and tourist area but they do have shuttle, you need to tell them in advance anw where you’re going to go. The room was good for the price not really big but enough and so comfortable for rest after couple days of sailing trip. The breakfast was just ok. The staffs were so nice and helpful

Not quite place”
We booked this hotell because of the reviews about place out of town for rest. We stayed only 2 nights special for our Komodo island trip. To rest was impossible because of the disco both nights and muslim prayings. It was not even a weekend! The room was clean, but smell from the sink/wc was disccusting! Staff was friendly, but I still would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent”
Although far out from the main street they offer free shuttle bus to and from the hotel which is very generous. They pick you up from when and where you want. They were also kind enough to let us make our breakfast early. The room was very clean and had ample room. Unfortunately the shower was not consistently warm but we didn't mind too much. Wifi in the lobby is fast but unfortunately cannot connect to it in our room.

Don't understand the bad comments ! This hotel is amazing !!! Located far away from the noisy city center, in a peaceful area. Rooms are very comfy, hot water, AC, good breakfast and there are free pick up and drop off to the center. What do you want more ?! Staff is nice as well. 6 nights here, amazing stay, thanks again !

Nice Hotel with great shuttle service. Location a bit off but they provide great wifi and shuttle. You can still get free shuttle before 9pm. After 9pm need pay Rp 50000. We love the hotel cos it feel safe plus clean. Staff is friendly and nice. Happy Holiday

Excellent place for the value”
The hotel is very far from the city center (main road of LB). however they offer free shuttle to downtown during all day. Also to the airport. So you can go there without problem. They also can arrange to rent a scooter, laundry service and serve breakfast. The staff is incredibly helpful.

Its an escape into serenity. The place is filled with good vibes. The hotel may be quite a distance from where all the action is but the shuttle service in and out of the hotel at any point in time is a winner. Its just like getting Uber or Grab but more on a personal level. If they could improve their breakfast preps (to a more practical yet decent menu), everything will be perfect!

Look, the place is clean enough, breakfast is good, the shuttle is amazing. The price is worth simply because of the shuttle (plus everything else). So what is a bit far from the city? You have a shuttle that will literally leave 30 min after you requested - literally amazing. no hassle.

Trying their best”
This hotel has potential. The staff has not been exposed much to the service industry so tend to overlook things seasoned travellers take for granted, eg request for an extra bed should come with all the other extras like towel and bottles of water. But I can tell the staff tries hard. Just no exposure, hence no initiative nor foresight. The location is further from town but the hotel tries to minimise that by providing shuttle service. Saved us IDR100,000 each time we run into town (50k one way). I would return to give them my support so that they can survive and realise their potential.
