I am impressed !”
I don't normally write reviews. But the staff at Tinhat have been so great that I feel compelled. The hotel itself shines in comparison to hotels in the same price range. And except for maybe room size, in my opinion it offers more than hotels double the price. And that should be convincing enough. But what really has stood out for me is the determination or the staff to "hold my hand" with things more than I have never seen in any hotel. I had 2 situations where I really needed assistance that were not hotel related. These were not 5 minute problems. One of them took over an hour. But the staff patiently guided me and even came up with creative ideas that led the way to solving my problem . My only disappointment in this review is that Agoda only allows me to give the staff 5 stars. I really feel impressed, and lucky I chose this hotel.

Short but very high quality stay”
We just stayed one night but it was a great one. Located near Roxas market and just a few steps to the highway where most jeepneys are. There is also a pharmacy and 711 beside the hotel. Breakfast was filling and staff were very friendly and considerate. Over all, a great experience! Highly recommended.

Staff were accommodating and are very helpful to our needs. we were able to have an early check in due to needs of our child, were in a long hours of travel from Japan. I rate 5 stars over all.

Comfortable”
I just appreciate the bed, so comfotable. The sheet - thick cotton, the shower warm and the toilet with a bidet... The hotel is smack bang in the middle of Davao City - close to Magsaysay park where durians about, San Pedro Streer where chicken and fish bbq are plenty and jeepneys where access to Samal Island and the airport is there. Highly recommended!

- a lot of the Davao attractions are in walking distance; - I had visitors up to 1am without a problem; - iron in the room is a big plus since it's very hard to find a laundry with ironing services; the only thing is - they need a good plumber to do some work in the bathroom. anyway, it was a pleasant stay, next time I will book the same place

My room got upgraded for free and it was better than I expected. I stayed for two nights and had no complaints. They also have a resto downstairs that where you can order food and have them delivered to your room. The place is also near to almost anywhere.

A Gem of a Hotel”
I love the unique design and coziness of the hotel. Love the wooden staircase, handrails and floors that I saw in the hotel. My room was on the 4th floor and it was nice being on the rooftop. There are only four rooms up there, it was quiet with space like a patio that cover about half of the roof. Nice view and there always seem to have a nice breeze coming across the roof. If you are a smoker that will be the place to hang out. The whole staff of the hotel and restaurant are great, friendly and very accommodating. No elevator but that's ok, some one will help with your luggage. That was important for me. I will surely stay again when I return to Davao City.

Tinhat is such a cozy place..i like the room that was assigned to us. The interior is homey and the staff are friendly. I love also that the food prices in their restaurant is affordable. Though it was a one night stay - it did feel home. Thanks Tinhat staff 👍👍😁

Got what I wanted”
The single room on the top floor was great. Spacious, clean, and close to their smoking area. Readily available drinks for sale was a plus. Food downstairs was great. You can iron clothes here. Very close to a 7 eleven. Restroom (the toilet bowl and window) could use a little renovation. No elevator but I needed the exercise, so it's fine. No ATMs nearby.
