A Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and helpful”
The battery on our rental car died and one of the staff went out of his way to help with some jump leads. When that didn't work, he took me to a garage to get a new one. Luckily, the rental company sent someone to replace the battery before I had actually paid for it. All fixed within an hour. Fantastic service

Good location great staff and great food ”
Great place and easy walking to many restaurants and bars . The hotel also have the beer garden at the front which give us and easy walk back to the room after so many drinks.

Great location”
This is my first time staying there and I would definitely stay there again. It is a great hotel with all the amenities you can imagine. The only thing missing is a fitness center but there is a very nice one right in the next street behind the hotel. There are many restaurants and cafes in the hotel complexe. Great swimming pool. The location is also in the center of town. Strongly recommended if you go to Surin.

Exceptional service”
This has been a grand hotel in its day and still displays much historic charm and impressive features, such as wood paneling, chandliers, and huge drapes! The upkeep on such a large historic complex is no doubt challenging. However it is very pleasant to take a step back in time to enjoy the surroundings. By far the most impressive feature of this hotel is the superb friendly service of all the staff. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with advice and taxi bookings. The bellboys are proactive and helpful; the gardener too is friendly and pleasant proving that you do not need to be able to speak the language to display a genuine friendliness and interest in people. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious; wifi works well and the breakfast buffet offers sufficient variety to cater for most tastes. An external beer garden offers live entertainment and good food options. Location is ok but a bit too far to walk to the city centre.

Does the job. I was let down with a booking elsewhere. So I just booked it in the run. Agoda was a better price than asking at their desk. It’s dated and not special. At around 1000 not exceptional value. I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel made the mistake of assigning our 4 rooms to twin beds instead of deluxe but upgraded two of the rooms to make up for their mistake. Hotel is old but staff is nice and rooms were clean. Location is perfect, close to the bus, train stations, restaurants, clubs and bars.

Nice Hotel”
A large and well finished hotel. It would have been "Real Grand" when built. Does show some signs of it's age but still a beautifully finished hotel. Staff were excellent and food very good,however a bit on the expensive side for room service but very good anyway. I would stay there again if given the chance. Breakfast buffet was very good also.
