A family runs small hotel in villa type, just opened 2 years, it's good for a weekend hideaway for family with kids. 15 mins to downtown. Unfortunate, it also open for public for swim or sauna bath. We have found the crowds were noisy, rudness speaking and serious smoking. Although, nothing serious jeopardize to your family activities in the pool area, but we didn't feel comfort with noise disturbance plus stinky cigarette smells for sure. The Sranrom resort is supposed a great. place to stay, with peaceful surrounding, riverside view, spacious accomodation villa with parking lot, restaurant & accommodation in fairy pricing, inclusive of breakfasts, cleaniness in room and warmly service. If there didn't spoiled of the noise and cigarette ashes all around the resort, it is a gem. Suggestion: seperation of smoking area, more non smoking signages and outdoor ashtrays + trash bins.

Good price. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast buffet. The only complaint is the pool. The pool has a sauna and is opened to public so there were outsiders with alcoholic beverages sitting and smoking around the pool every evening when we were there. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Good for a night”

We booked this place on our way to Trat. It was clean and big for two. Everything we needed for a quick nap. The staff was kind and friendly. We got there around 10pm-ish. The staff was there waiting for us. Each house has an attached parking. The breakfast was standard and there're only a few options but I didn't expect much from this place anyway. Some cons - there's nothing around this area. No restaurants. You must have a car to get here. Overall it was a good stay.

New resort on the river.”

We stayed just one night on our way back from Koh Chang. The resort is a little hard to find, being a few kms from the centre of town and not on a main road. However it is on the river and enjoys a very pleasant position. The rooms (separate cabins) are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and there is also a sauna. However it seems that a health club operates from here also and a number of youngish well to do (judging by their expensive cars) men were in occupation when we were there. Breakfast is satisfactory.

Beautiful rooms. Nice swimming pool. very relaxing place. Staff were very good. Should have stayed longer. Transport is essential as it is a very remote place.

This property is not close to anything so you will need transport it’s not that old so it’s clean and new. The pool needs a good clean Th staff are friendly but struggling with English

Exceptional value for money”

Huge Brand new units with fantastic beds,pillows and sheet. The pool is great and right beside the river. Will be heading there again next trip for some more great relaxation time.

Good for relex time”

i think this resort is good for relex time. i love the kindness of staf. but a little as i want to request is the tree, i hope more trees because they'll decorate the resort to more and more relex.

pictures can be deceiving”

pictures can be deceiving unfortunately the pictures show the good old days. The resort is showing its age and that can't be hidden. The area surrounding the resort is also not very enjoyable. But clean and nice staff.

Not clean bathroom and swimmingpool.”

The bathroom was not clean. Only shampoo provided the soap was empty. The reception require you to tell the day before at what time you want to eat your breakfast. The breakfast was really not worth eating at all. I can not recommend anyone to stay here since there are better places to stay for 800 bath.

Its too far from city and once you in property, you are far away from anything, nothing can be baught , no super market nothing, ill never stay here again

Big room”

Even stay for 3 persons also not make a room tight since the room was big enough. Resort is new but may be not finish decoration.
