가격대 대비 좋으며 기본에 충실함, 넗은 방, 좋은 위치 ”

세퀴아인은 다바오에서 부자들이 많은 차이나 타운에 위치하고 있으며, 가이사노몰까지는 5분 정도 걸어가면 갈 수 있어 위치가 괜찮은 편입니다. 4박에 16만원 정도로 가격도 싼 편이며, 방이 굉장히 넓어 오히려 방이 썰렁한 정도입니다. 샤워 시설이나 에어콘은 기본에 충실하게 잘 되어 있으며, 같이 운영하는 식당에서 룸서비스도 운영합니다. 그러나 식당은 깔끔하기는 하나, 가격이 비싸고 맛이 그리 좋은 편은 아니어서 추천하지는 않습니다. 전체적으로 가격대비 좋은 곳입니다.

가격대비 훌륭하고 방이 상당히 넓어서 당황했습니다. 바닦은 타일로 되서 먼지가 안나고, 욕실도 좋습니다. 가격대비 이만한 곳이 있을까 싶네요. 주변 위치는 다운타운과 쇼핑몰에서 떨어져있고, 택시로 이동해야 함 주로 농산물과 공산물 도매시장이 근접해 있으며, 도보로 10분 걸어가면 항구가 나옵니다.

Our room which is Matrimonial room is big as well as the bed. It suits our family well. Only the noise upstairs bothers us while sleeping because there is a undergoing renovation. But overall Sequioa Inn is a budget travellers haven.

Place is good. Taxi just outside. Food downstairs. But staffs are a bit hard to ask for something you need. Extra pillows you have to pay for it. I been to many places but this the only time I have to pay for my extra pillows.

below average, elevator was not functional when we stayed there. we have to climb to 3rd floor for our room assignment. overall, it was clean, spacious, cheap it looks and smells old.

good room price for stay”

This hotel is located in the warehouse area in the chinatown, but you can walk to downtown for shopping by walkin only 5 minutes. To the ferry terminal to the Samal island is also 10 minutes walk. Hotel room is large and clean. Outside of the hotel in the night is very dark but safe.

It was close to a nice restuarant " Ombu Chicken" and tha G mall.

You get what you paid for...”

The hotel is not that bad for the price you paid, as i said you get what you paid for. I chose this hotel because it is where our 1 week seminar was held. If you want to visit Davao and your budget is somewhat limited then this hotel is perfect for you. Their resto, Ombu, serves good food for the loner and introvert person who doesnt feel like doing social stuff at night. At night, for extrovert the street is somewhat quiet and weird which sometimes makes you feel bored but you can just go wander the next street as it is a busy street. Only thing i struggle with is getting a taxi cab, i know they have staff who will go outside to find or wait a taxi for you so you have to be patient at some point. Tips: bring some additional outlets for your personal gadgets, they have limited electrical outlet in the room and of course your personal stuff like shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer (female) for the hotel are not providing it to you.
