The room was just perfect for us--the space and location. There was a mini-fridge and a hair dryer. I just find it convenient. That's it. Awesome stay. :)

Value for Money”
Location of hotel is near the Chinese Consulate, which is my purpose of travelling to Davao. And my stay was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Room is clean.

Nice place for a quick stay”
Just stayed for a night because I had a convention. Place was cozy and good enough for sleeping. Close to a supermarket which makes it convenient.

Pros- budget friendly, clean room, near to Matina town Square and just front of Ateneo grade school;friendly staff. It's good enough if you're looking for a place for short period of time. Cons-Hotel name can't be easily seen; TV was not cable, no wifi during my stay.

They asked us during check out for a special fee for cleaning. It wasnt mentioned in the room description, so most likely it was an extra way to rip off foreigners. Just 100 peso but definitely annoying. And they didn't want to provide any receipt of it. Additionally wi-fi wasn't working and instead of requested two beds we got just one large. I am not sure if they tend to change sheets after every guest visit.
