공항에서 가깝고 SM 몰도 짚.니 타고 5분도 안걸리는 위치에 있어요. 위생상태도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절합니다. 같은 건물내 1층에 맛사지 샵도 있고 바로 길 건너에도 맛사지 샵이 있어서 이용하기 편리합니다. 1층에 식당도 있어요 맛은 괜찮아요. 필이핀 음식이 입맛에 안맞는 분들은 비프 블랄로(beef bularo) 드셔보세요. 한국의 갈비탕과 같은 맛입니다. 단..... 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 첫날은 도로쪽에 있는 방에서 잤는데 고속도로 밑에서 텐트치구 자는 줄 알았습니다. 다음날 도로 반대 방향으로 방을 바꾸어 달라고 해서 잤는데 거긴 괜찮았습니다. 이 호텔을 예약하시는 분들은 꼭 유념하세요! 콘센트 코드가 저희나라랑 안 맞아요. 우리 110볼트 모양입니다. 핸드폰 충전만 하실거면 카운터에서 빌려쓰시면 되고(usb 연결) 다른 전기 쓰시려면 준비해가세요. 헤어드라이는 카운터에 달라고 해야 줍니다. 기타 세면도구는 모두 있어요. 첫날 소음 말고는 대체로 만족합니다.

Hotel accommodation fee was cheap for its location and facilities. I'm happy with the service by the staffs.

Great place”

Stayed for 2 nights during the Ironman Davao. Great place for the price. The wifi though is slow and our aircon was not that cold. Loved the bathroom setup though and that there were water dispensers in the hallways giving free water. Your staff were top notch. Will be staying here again next year :)

when I arrived, the electricity in my preferred room suddenly conked out. i was transferred to a bigger but very noisy room. i got out at 7.30am and returned 7pm to my room. frustratingly, the room was never made up nor cleaned.

Location and the room size is good. The problem we encountered during our stay are the wifi, no elevator, no telephone. The hotel wifi is not working. No elevator. So it’s hard to go up ang down in the stairs specially if you have problem on your knees and the telephone is not working.

Stayed in a twin room, which was spacious but the beds were too narrow. Room was clean. Staff (from the security guard, front desk, housekeeping to those in the restaurant) was courteous and helpful.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable but felt a bit short for me. Staff for good. The lightening inside the room was dim and made it difficult to see when I shaved. No fridge which is inconvenient. My wife requested 2 extra pillows and we were charged 60 pesos when we booked out, I thought that was petty. It's a tiny sum of money, felt like an insult. Overall it's an ok hotel let down by a few basic thing's. I would try another hotel on my next visit to Davao.

North Palm is 10-15 mins away from the airport. For a back-packer traveller, this is a good hotel for you. Quite far from the city center. Clean and friendly staffs.

We stayed here for 3-days and 2-nights. I just booked a deluxe room here in Agoda. just because of the reviews and photos I saw in the internet. When we checked in, they informed us that they upgraded our room to Family Room instead of a double deluxe room. With the same price. The room is very clean, new, beddings are clean, comfortable beds, cozy, nice CR. hot and cold shower. toilet with bidet. hair blower is not available in the room,but you can request one from the recep. Set of coffee 3in1 is available, with coffee maker and cups. very nice. worth it! very near in SM Lanang. around P46.00 for taxi fare.

Great hotel for price”

It was hard to choose a hotel for a fair price by looking at the listings in Davao on Agoda. I took a bet on this one and it turned out to be a good choice. It's an older hotel, but the bathroom was new looking and the TV and Internet worked great. I had a good view of the mountains and room service breakfast in the morning was quick and well prepared. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and attentive. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to stay anywhere expensive and downtown.
