We stayed there for just two days but felt at home.. The place was perfect, very near food options and the big mall nearby! The staff was very helpful especially during when the earthquake struck, we evacuated safely assisting us! Thank you very much!!

It's one of the greatest hotel in Davao. It may not be luxurious or fancy but its super clean, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms...plus its near SM Lanang Premiere and just infront of McDonalds.

The hotel is accessible to public transportation. My booking was without breakfast but no worries because the hotel is surrounded by food establishments. The hotel has a restaurant also. Those on a budget, Mcdonalds is also just accross the street. There is no complimentary coffee in the room though.As to drinking water, the guest needs to fetch the water in the lobby where the water dispensee is . While a little incovenient but i pressume this is the hotel's way of helping the invironment, that is, lessening the use of single use plastic bottle of water so just ok. Greatly appreciated. We used google maps in locating place but when voiceover says "You have arrived at your destination" , the hotel was not there! We are on the right street but the hotel is still 500 to 1000 meters down the road! Please correct this error,if you can.

Overall, the hotel is very decent and clean. The staffs is very friendly and helpful with in direction. There are many foods stalls and a few PUB nearby hence no issue with the foods and there is a Supermarket across the road within 5 mins walk. Not forgetting McDonald too. :)

Close to SM Lanang”
I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay near SM Lanang. The prices were really good at the time I booked (around 50% off). The room was wide and generally clean (except for a dried blood stain I found under the sheets, so I had room service change the bedding). The breakfast buffet food was decent and had ample selection. The highlight of my stay would be the very friendly and accommodating staff who handled my requests very responsively. Overall, a good place to stay for a short while.

Very good location near SM Lanang and within Damosa gate. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff are helpful. Breakfast not good for family with children, my kids age 3 & 5 yrs old was charge 200 pesos each.

I was placed to a room with very poor wifi and mobile signal 🙄”
I should have stayed for 14 nights more, unfortunately, as a working personnel (related to essential services) amidst COVID-19, the room location will not work for me to provide all reportings and communication need. Maybe that is what I got for always asking for discounted price 😬 good thing I decided to book only few days with my rest days and holiday.. I could have love the place, but felt bad for having to go outside room just to communicate both for work and for my family. I then moved back to The Lanang Suites for much of the stay
