Keseluruhan hotel lumayan terjaga, butuh sedikit sentuhan2an perbaikan utk mempercantik dan lbh menghidupkan hotelnya lg. Staff ramah, fasilitas blm terjalankan saat ini.

Over all bagus. Pelayanan staff nya ramah. Kamar luas rapih sayangnya banyak bercak kotor di sprei dan di soffa. Belum lagi air nya kecil dan kotor. Kaget pas mau sikat gigi air yg keluar coklat bgt. Air panas doesnt work. Just for once not coming more.

Everything is fine with the hotel room except the location of this hotel is totally bad. Bad means it just next to the highway and whole night traffic was pretty heavy most the time (almost every second) horn from the truck/ cars and whistle from the ambulance will get you mad. Nvr had a proper rest during our 3 days 2 nights stayed.

This hotel just next to the highway, traffic is very very busy. whole night will be the horn from the truck and also the whistle from the ambulance or police. really cannot rest. nothing can complain and also the staff can do nothing for this problem.

Check In time to strict if the hotel is empty why not give early check in. the cleanliness in bathroom and pool need to be improved

The staff dont have any professional skill to organize hotel”
I came when flooded happend in bekasi area, the price for room night become double , i came at 5 pm and got i. To the room on 10 pm in the night. There are no supervisor in this hotel event the situation is chaos. All guest are angry and yelling to the staff. Very nightmare situasion. They dont clean my room for 3 days!!! even i already ask many time. thank god i ask for change room on day 3. And they give me change room. Swimming pool is dirty. The plus size is only for the big room and sofa bed in the room .

We spent the nights here and we thought we got the room as it shown but when we got there the hotel was still under maintenance.
