You get a good value for money on this hotel. The rooms are well kept and very clean also. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Even let me borrow adapter for my laptop. The air-conditioning is also cold.

The location of the hotel is very convenient because it's in the center of the city and you can easily go to some places just by walking. The room is very spacious, perfect for couples. I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a place to stay in that is nearby tourist spots.

For the price you pay, it's a great deal! Staff are friendly, air-conditioning is cool. Location is chef's kiss as it's on the center of the city. Only downside is the shower's cold and hot function doesn't work. But all in all, 9.5/10! Great stay!

All factors from room to staff were excellent the only thing that they should provide access for hot water and cup and saucer and even coffee for sale incase a guest wanted to have a cup of coffee in his/her room and doesn't want to go out.

The room is very spacious. You can even fit a living room inside the bathroom! The hotel is kinda old, but clean and cozy. It’s in the heart of the city. Very near to Roxas night market and there’s plenty of restos and bar nearby. You can walk and explore the city due to its location. Obviously, they have a hotel soap and shampoo. Would be great if there’s toothpaste and toothbrush too. Only concern is that they need to buy new towels for the guests. Wifi is okay. There’s a 32’ Sony TV and has a cable. Over all, one of the best experience. SPACIOUS ROOM, it’s like a 2br condo unit

Checked in last week and room is great! Bit old but spacious and WiFi services are great! Bed is comfortable and staffs are nice. Location is good, surrounded with small restaurants and have a 7-11 store near by. Overall a better stay.
