Over all assessment is good but there is small thing I want to or need attention..the complimentary coffee is just put in the kitchen without a tray....and without teaspoon..it should have put in the tray with coffee mug and teaspoon..that's all

We rented a chalet, big and spacious. Just no airconditioning in the living room and eating area, but not really a deal breaker as we were mostly in the pool. The kids had a nice, relaxing time at the fishing pond. They likes the wavepool best. The resort served reasonably priced foods and the staff were super helpful. Would recommend to friends, but probably just take the hotel rooms instead of the chalet so less time spent walking to the fun sites and be assured of airconditioning when inside

Nice accommodation but too pricey”
Chalet 1 was really a good choice for a family like us, clean and comfortable, though no cooking range to use. The wave pool and raging river however need water change i think as seems dirty lot of lizard shits and floating dead flies. Surroundings were clean in general. Food, not really worth the price.

Did not honor the free breakfast for 2 kids.. manager on duty could not decide... left so disappointed.. no answer given.. breakfast was not good

In the picture or advertisement the resort looks so nice and beautiful but When we went to the pool its dirty and there was no wavepool. It’s disappointing cause i had a lot options to stay, but i chose dleonor for my son to enjoy the wavepool but there was no wavepool and the pool is not suitable for swimming its dirty and its super different from the picture.

Worse place - rides are not working - employees unaware of do’sand don’ts of their rides”
CONS: 1. Front desk officers don’t know the rules of the ATV and buggy rides 2. ATV - only for 18y.o and above with weight limit of 70kgs so if you’re fat don’t even think about it. 3. ATV, BUGGY, Bump car - only 2 units are working 4. 30 min TOUR of the whole place - driver was not courteous and was borderline RUDE. 5. Chalet room CR is too small - butt won’t even fit 6. Food in the restaurant was served almost an hour after order was given. There were no other customers - just us - and it took them almost an hour to prepare food. 7. Employees - need customer service seminar - not smiling and are too excited to go home PROS: 1. Food prices are affordable

첫날 도착 비행기 연착으로 인하여 늦게 도착해서 픽업서비스를 못받았구나 생각하고 현지인의 도움으로 리조트 도착 셔틀 없고 24시간 룸서비스 마사지 수상스포츠 신문 여행안내소 없음 욕실은 혼자 들어가서 씻기도 버겁고 물은 졸졸 나오니 바가지로 물퍼서 사용하여야함.. 택시로 다니는데 빙글빙글 돌아서 15분거리를 2시간만에 도착함.. 배고파서 컵라면이라도 먹으려하니 레스토랑 문닫아서 포크도 쓸수 없음 씽크데는 있으나 기본 요리도구 없음.. 더욱 중요한건 전화번호 조차 달라서 리조트랑 연락하는데 연락안됨 나중에 알고보니 다른번호였음. 만약 처음 가시는 분들은 리조트조차 찾기 힘들듯하네요 현지인도 잘모르는 위치에 연락은 안되고 물어물어 찾아들어 갔어요 최소한에 과장광고는 이해가 되나 허위로 기제되어있는 사항들은 선택에 자유를 박탈한듯 보이고 예약취소는 되나 환불은 불가능이라는 말을 하기전에 기본적인 것은 지키고 주장하길 바랍니다. 호텔 전화조차 안되는 상황이면 돈받고 알아서 있어라 이것뿐이 안되네요 어찌되었던 전 한국에 왔고 여기서 소비자 고발센터에 신고조취하겠습니다.

Great Staff”
We booked a family villa for my son’s birthday and used the garage area for the mini party. The garage wasn’t well lit, unfortunately, so we weren’t able to capture good images but this was the only con. They had a great team of staff who were friendly and polite so I’ll definitely book again in the future. Definitely a good value for money.

Old, worn down”
We booked 2 rooms (1 room and 1 chalet). They were both quite old and worn down. The curtains were dusty and the bathrooms were not well kept. We placed a signage at our door (pls make up room) before heading out. We went back late at night around 8pm and still the room and chalet were not made up yet. We still had to call for housekeeping. They cleaned it fairly but without refilling the toilet paper and bottled waters. Considering the staff were not busy since the resort had very few guests staying there at that time. The service was bad because we were not accompanied by a staff to our chalet and we had a hard time finding it. They just pointed us to the direction but did not accompany us. It was hard to find the chalet number since the setting was like a small subdivision. We asked for 1 additional towel and 1 blanket and they said that we will be charged additionally for it. We checked out the wave pool and it was deserted. We had the feeling we were the only ones checked in at the resort at that time. Furthermore, the set breakfast was not good at all, and there were only few choices. I would not recommend this resort/hotel to family and friends. There are other resorts/hotels that are more worth your time and money. Definitely not staying there again.

Cheap means low quality”
The room I booked was during the weekdays. There was not much crowd. I think there were only 5 families checked in. We had the whole resort to ourselves. Unfortunately, the road to this resort is horrifying as there are a lot of construction going on, so prepare yourself on driving to very rough road. Zipline is undergoing construction. The hotel is undergoing construction. They don't open the wavepool if there is a very few crowd, which is sad because the wavepool was one of the reasons we went there. As for the room, it was quite clean but toilet produces an awful smell of the sewers. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in so we had to plugged it ourselves. There is no wifi in the room. Wifi is only available in the lobby and restaurant. Wifi strength is very poor that you wont be able to use it to upload anything on Facebook. Signal for globe is also weak in this area, so you are left to having very limited access to the internet when you are here. Not recommended.
