Staying with Toddler”
Exceptional customer service with attention to fine details. Every staff is friendly, loves a chat and will go above and beyond. Very clean and spacious. Love the pool with access from the room. Would definitely stay again when we next visit the city. Highly recommend for young families.

New and good location”
Though located very close to the heart of the city, the hotel is kinda new with a big, spacy room. Breakfast was made-to-order so took time to serve. There were 5 tables (15 people max) that day but we needed to wait for almost 25 min to get our meal; I cannot imagine how they will manage if the hotel is fully packed.

Near downtown, quiet zone and nice hotel”
Friendly staff especially at “Prik Cafe”, clean room and full accommodation, plenty of parking area, new and mini hotel, we booked pool access at first floor it’s a good choice!!

Okay stay”
It was a lovely stay and we had good night sleeps. But there were things that could be improved like the nasty smell of plumbing or something similar. The room was nice and well designed, but mind you they try to use the cheapest things they could to decorate the hotel, so it didn't feel as boutique as it looks on the website. The staffs are helpful and super friendly. Located not so faraway from town centre so it's convenient for guests with car.

Bad receptionists”
Receptionists are not friendly and supportive. We arrived a bit early but we were ignored by staffs. They just said we have to wait until the check in time and ignore us completely. While, most hotels will try to ask the maid to clean the room for customers that already arrived.

You have to pay for everything ”
I stayed with my husband and my son 10 months old. I asked for extra towels which the hotel only provided 2 sets, and pillow for my son but they said I have to pay for it. Just for your information, you have to pay for everything if you travel with your toddles under 5 years old and you need extra things to use while you stay.

- the blanket was smelly. Smell like dammed clothe. - the kitchen preparation was not ready to serve. I was waiting for my breakfast for too long. The buffet is not a buffet. Don't call buffet for misunderstanding.

Very good staff. Nice food and a good breakfast. If you are a foreigner you will enjoy the omelette and crispy bacon, better than most restaurants in 4 star hotels. The pool access from your room (ground floor unit) is fantastic. We had a gas and will definitely return next trip to Koh Chang (this was our on route stop).
