The neighborhood. Avida Towers Davao T1-1615 is a high rise condominium unit located right in the heart of the city business district.
The view. The place gives you a cozy, romantic feel while looking at the breathtaking view of Davao skyline from the 16th floor.
The room. It is fully airconditioned studio type room. The double bed with pullout can accommodate up to 3 guests. Guests can avail of the FREE Wifi, coffee and tea, bottled waters, bathroom towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap. The hot/cold shower is perfect for soothing aching muscles.
Outdoor pool. Pool use is free for 2 guests. Extra guest will be charged P150 (Tuesdays-Fridays), P200 (Saturdays). Pool is not available Sundays and Mondays.
Safety. The building has a 24-hour security who ensures residents’ safety.

Love this place. Just 200m away from Roxas Night Market. Host is very kind and accommodating. Place is clean & complete. Host even provided drinking water we needed for 1week. Staff are so friendly too. Location is very safe & accessible. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights for our Davao getaway with my family. Miss May’s place raised my fam’s standard in terms of accommodation, where we have all need in one place - the bed, ref, clean comfort room, tv with Netflix, and of course, the WiFi speed is pretty fast! This is also nearby all necessities such as ATMs, restau (like Penong’s, which is highly recommended too), public transpo, and of course, the famous Roxas Night Market. So if you’re planning to visit Davao, I highly recommend this place - both for couple and group of 4 as well. Enjoy! 💕❤️

The price of the room is worth it. I like the room because it's simple but looks cozy and elegant. You just need to bring your clothes, pocket money, phone and of course yourself. There is a nearby food store or convenient store where you can walk or a mall just one ride.
