Dreamy and spacious place next to river and church”
We got a crazily big two room space with large balcony. Well equipped and beautifully made interior, construction of house in simple local wood house style. Bit shy (language challenge?) but kind personal prepared some decent fried eggs for breakfast for us.

Beautiful wooden building in the great view”
I was surprised how big and nice the room was, compare to the small amount I paid for. And the great location in the old town street. Wooden floor, wooden wall, nice wooden furniture. I felt like I'm in the luxury house in 1950. A big wooden bed with the canopy mosquito net was a great set for a honeymoon atmosphere. Thank you to the staff who allowed us for the early check-in. But I think the bathroom cleaning can be improved.

Family room shouldn't be next to a dorm. ”
The wall has zero sound proof. We could here every movement and whispering of the room next door. No staff availability at the hostel after 8 PM. We didn't get a chance to have a good breakfast from chef there because the chef left for holiday, a housekeeper cooked pork boiled rice for us but luckily it's tasty. Overall not satisfy for the money we paid.

When we arrived they were not ready for us. Had to wait 10-15 minutes. We were given a wrong room (two single beds instead og one big bed) and it was right above the reception with creaks in the floor = very noisy. When pointing this out they said it was a miscommunication through agoda. They ended up giving us a family room. It was more quiet and the bed was comfortable. However there were many holes in the walls which allowed for mosquitoes to get in.

예쁘고 분위기있는 숙소”
첫날 밤 숙소 찾는데 1층이 카페라 그냥 지나칠 뻔 했어요. 아기자기한 소품이 가득하고 매우 예쁜 숙소입니다. 방안의 조명이 조금 약해서 살~짝 어둡긴 한데 분위기는 좋아요~ 그리고 아침식사 정말 맛있어요. 이틀 묵었는데 하루는 국수, 하루는 죽을 따로 주셨고, 기본 빵과 과일은 부페식으로 즐길 수 있습니다.

터미널에서 걸어가긴 거리가 조금 있지만 도보로 20~30분 정도구요. 길이 외지지 않아서 이것저것 보며 걸을만 해요. 성당에서도 가까워서 구경다니기도 편하답니다.

Big room with a lot of character and clean and comfortable beds and bathroom(s). Staffs English is basic but enough to help you out. They’re very friendly too. Breakfast choice is limited but decent. You can have your breakfast, lunch and diner at their restaurant, overlooking the river and the cathedral. Location is fantastic, it’s in a lovely street with lots of (coffee)shops and old buildings and next to the gem street an cathedral. Yes you can hear everything in the hotel but that is what you get if staying in such an old woodenand lovely building. Yes you wake up from sunlight as there are no blinding curtains, but we actually loved that! Definitely recommended and would go back.

We booked for one night and then stayed a second as the place is located in the middle of the old town. The accommodation is good, but not very soundproof as it is one of the old wooden buildings, but still good value for money.

Efficient hotel. Room has what you need, modern, very good shower. Only thing is, that the rooms are small. The Kingsize bed covers 30%, the bathroom ditto. Big Lcd TV. Okay for short stay.

For the money you pay, this is the best place in town. It is located in the old town next to the river, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but still retain the character of the old building.

Perfect location, unbeatable”
If you’re in Chantaburi as a tourist, no hotel , no matter the price range, has a better location. It is directly in the heart of the sightseeing area and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the cathedral. This was my second visit to Chanthaburi and I saw this place the first time I came (and wished I’d stayed there). The room is tastefully designed, somewhat rustic, not perfectly clean but it does the job. Would defintely stay here again.

Not much English spoken here but we used google translate. They tried to give us a different room than we had paid for, one with many beds and no mosquito net. Mosquito net was very needed since there were large gaps in the folding French doors. We kept asking for our room and after showing us 2 other rooms, they finally caved in and gave us the room we had booked. Then they asked if we could leave by 6am the next morning because they wanted to film a movie in that room. I said that was not okay and they said alright fine (was it a student film? they were all teenagers checking us in). I said I could ask Agoda to cancel the booking and we would go somewhere else but they refused. We woke up at 6am the next day from the loud sounds of a real film crew setting up. What a weird experience. We packed up and they were happy we left. Why rent out your rooms if you are filming a movie there and need them?
