It has been over 6 years since I went home. I was out of my comfort zone yet the friendly staff of Acacia hotel made me feel like I’m home. Only in the Philippines where all staff members are polite, kind and accommodating shout out to JR for providing us the best customer experience. If you are travelling in Davao City don’t hesitate to book a room @Acacia Hotel. I have stayed everywhere and only Acacia hotel has provided the western standard comfort that I am looking for. I’m not fuzzy yet an uncomfortable bed means sore back the next day, thanks to Acacias most comfortable beds I have achieved a great night sleep. And when it comes to safety, I have felt secure that is probably be why I slept so well despite of feeling vulnerable away from home. If you are having a second thought if this hotel will suit your needs please give it a go they are the best! Ps: Book ahead of time as they are fully book most of the time. I wish I did stay with them before heading back to Australia but they are fully book that night. I stayed somewhere else. Same price yet I had a terrible experience and didn’t sleep well.

Highly recommended- Acacia Hotel Davao”
Room was spacious and clean. Amenities included bathrobes and ironing board, plus points definitely. Beds were super comfy with plush pillows. Staff was courteous and helpful - front desk, concierge, even the guard. Room service was slow however so possibly understaffed - took a long time for ice and water to be brought; we requested room service menu but it was never sent. I would still give Acacia Hotel a 10 for location, rooms, staff and service. Was in Davao for work, then my son followed so we could tour Davao. This was not my first choice as I did not know about it. Next time, Acacia Hotel Davao will be top of my list! Highly recommended!

BEST HOTEL IN DAVAO FOR ITS PRICE POINT”
Very accommodating staff. Amenities and price point indeed hit the value for money. From check in to check out are all smooth. Pillows and bed are smooth and soft. The room was clean and well-sanitized. l do wish they will offer more in terms of food and drinks on the hotel bar at the ground floor. Still, I enjoyed my stay and rate this hotel as 4.9/5.0.

My new favorite hotel in Davao City”
We booked 4 rooms. They were all spacious and clean. I love their mattress and pillows, very comfortable that we slept so soundly. Big double beds. Many choices for breakfast but make sure to dine early because they don't refill some food anymore. Great staff! The BEST part is the rates are affordable. Will be back again for sure :)

On of the BEST”
Acacia Hotel is indeed one of the best hotels in Davao City. We really love the scenic beauty of the place, most especially the spacious, luxury room that makes you feel you want to stay longer because it's so relaxing inside. Secondly, the swimming pool situated at the 3rd floor of the building enables you to witness the ambiance of the place and smell the freshness of the air. Acacia Hotel's staff and crews are courteous, customer-friendly and approachable, reflecting their best management they can offer. The food at waling waling is exceptionally and exquisitely delicious.

We enjoyed every moment we were here! The staffs were very helpful, the room was huge and very clean! The Housekeeping people were very helpful and assisted us with all our needs. Even the security people are wonderful. We also would like to thank Sir Arvin for making us feel at home. He made our stay more memorable. We will definitely go back!

We stayed in a deluxe king room. Check in was smooth. The room was nice and clean and had all the essential stuff. They even gave out a small bottle of alcohol, a mask and wet wipes. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location-wise also very good cos its near a big mall. Really enjoyed our stay in Acacia hotel davao

Big room, clean and new facility”
Since it's a new hotel... facilities can be experienced at its finest. Though its along the road and Mall is a walking distance, it can be inconvenient sometimes as the sidewalk is on a busy street to/from hotel. Overall its a place to stay. Pool could be better as it looked to be super chlorinated/water is not that clear.

An unexpected pleasure”
It was my first time to stay in this hotel and i can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels in Davao City. Definitely worth the price i paid. Hotel staff were kind and polite. Room was big. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good!

I had no issue at all upon check in. The room itself is very spacious, clean, and cozy. Area is just 5 minutes walk from SM Lanang and is easy to get a cab outside. All of the staffs are friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend Acacia to my family and friends.

Confusing Rules”
I booked during the pandemic so I made sure and confirmed twice OTP if pregnant women are allowed to book and the woman on the phone assured me that preggies are allowed. When I checked in someone approached me and said that I am still not allowed to book as per IATF. I waited infront of their front desk for almost 40min until they made a decision that I can check in but not to roam around their hotel. Just to stay inside the room. LOL

Not my first time booking here and definitely not the last”
Recommended this hotel to my boss so he booked a room for more than a week. I booked there for a night too to take care of an event in one of the hotel's function halls. We truly enjoyed our stay, my boss was extremely satisfied with the service that he received and so were my colleagues and I who all got to stay there during the week my boss was there. Will book again soon!

best place to stay in Davao ”
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and i really like the cleanliness and spacious rooms. the only downside is the parking space beneath which is a bit crowded while they have option for their open parking area beside the hotel (if you bring your car).

The walk is super easy to SM Lanang. Multiple street vendors are if you wanna try street food at night. Hotel is super clean and modern! One of the best in Philippines for sure!

The room is really beautiful and clean. I was able to relax after a very exhausting day from work. I also have a very good view of the pool and SM Premier from my room. It is very convenient that SM is just a few meters away from the hotel :)

Price was right on point.”
Price was right on target. At this price I thought it was the best in Davao. Better bed than my own new bed. King size too. The facilities were very modern. They even threw in free International breakfast all you can eat. I loved the place and will definitely go back when Im in Davao. Price was perfect through Agoda too.

Good location and good breakfast spread”
Located just beside SM Lanang. You can just walk from the hotel. Very clean rooms. Breakfast spread was great eith lots of options to choose from.

The hotel was located near SM Lanang. What I loved in this hotel was their breakfast! Food was great. Staff were accommodating and facilities were clean. Pool was just ordinary but the service was superb.
