Agoda does nothing but still your money and converts it into agoda cash so they always get paid and stay in business all the while paying customers get stuck with the stress and anxiety. Worst ever. Asked for money back and they begged not to tell RLH Corporation! Drugs, Cockroaches, and Blood! I will now begin a campaign on all social media to post videos and pictures. My refund was never processed! Don't stay at Knights Inn! Especially in Mesa, Arizona! Pooped backed up in toilet, mold, doors off hinges due to rust, holes from outside can see in, marijuana and smoke smell everywhere. BLOOD on sheets and floor. Holes in walls and drapes...a true cash cow that is running amok by the addicts or?

This is not a hotel it is more like a rehab for sick people im actually wanting to dispute the charges because it is nothing like a motel/hotel and it’s defiantly not “knights inn” because I have stayed with knights inn before. This place should be closed I wouldn’t stay there for free.

I've worked in the hotel industry for years and know the neighborhood with the clientele will reflect in the property and staff. Granted,my room was just to rest and not for any amenities but the room didn't even have a television. That should have put the room unrentible but nope we got the room as if the front desk staff was unaware. The bathroom light was missing a bulb so the light didn't work another unresolved maintenance issue should have came with a warning or put the room unrentible. However, when I had arrived earlier for check in the front desk person was out checking rooms. Most often, they should be checking for all check outs to be gone and communicating with housekeeping about the condition of the rooms. The front desk person should have known about the missing TV and bathroom light. If maintenance couldn't fix it then the room shouldn't have been available without telling the guest issues of the room. Even though the room was to sleep but to see televisions in other rooms and not this one was ridiculous. I had requested for a smoking room...most often there's an ashtray....nope not this room. The last couple of things which also will keep me from renting here again are the check in practices not mentioned on the site. Not ONLY was I billed advanced of my check in but the motel charged and extra $3 for check in. The staff member could not explain this charge so I felt there is a loss of communication because I was charged for the room regardless if I stayed or not and then to be charged an additional amount in order to be checked in for a room I've already paid for!!!! WTF?!?! Absolutely absurd!!!! At check in she required to make a copy of my ID and debit card. I asked what happens to them and if they are destroyed. She said shredded but didn't know when. That should be information shared with the staff...again not at this property. This was my 1st and absolute last time to stay with this motel!!!! If I could get a refund for my awful sta

I almost cried when I entered to think I was going to sleep in this: Filthy, cockroaches, crickets, ants, broken toilet seat taped together, door to fridge duct taped, wall lamps inoperable, head board ripped off wall. Plaster had been slopped on ceiling and bathroom door. No chair to sit on. Just deteriorated, ratty table. Every surface in room had dirt on it. I have photos I would like to send. You should not be associated with this. I did not even receive “housekeeping” and had to call for a washcloth. Area and people very sketchy. Mold in tub.

Definitely need to be aware of your surroundings. I stayed here for only 1 night and the police showed up 2 different times because of domestic disturbances. The room and towels provided also did not seem to be very clean.

The nastiest overnight stay I’ve had in my 57 years, and Even though we checked out after one night having paid for three nights in advance, the hotel refuses to refund the unused nights. The pictures on the website are complete fabrications and lies, And the front desk person that was there the evening before mysteriously vanished between 1030 and 11:30 AM the following morning which happens to be check out time. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with any service ever

First there was mold in the shower to which I myself had to recall. Then there were roaches, holes in the wall, only one outlet out of 4 worked, the swimming pool was a green swamp, the ice machine didnt work half the time,cops there every day. Shall I go on.
